A simple grounding exercise for today. Grounding is something that should be done on a regular basis but is more often pushed to the side because we are too busy. By taking the time to ground ourselves we clear our minds and our energy. In return, we gain inner peace, clear focus, and a sense of well being. Right now taking care of yourself is a top priority and a clear mind will help us to navigate the turbulence around us.
