When we are stressed, or anxious, or even upset our mind goes into overdrive and we lose our inner peace.  Today’s quote reminds us to just breathe. It is through breathwork where we can regain a sense of calm and peace. While you “just breathe” find something else to do. Listen to music, try earthing, or even a simple task that you can do without stress or mental exertion. Just breathe and be still…..
