423: Our spirit helpers are part of our support system and they helps us navigate through life’s up’s and down’s. The key to their assistance is simple….just ask. If we don’t ask they are unable to step in without our permission to do so. Once we have asked for their assistance we must also do our part to make things happen and keep the energy flowing. Take opportunities when they present themselves and stay strong in your faith in the universe and in yourself. Remember that the key lies within you. Make time for a self check and ask yourself:

*Am I where I want to be on my path?
*What can I let go of to make my journey easier?
*Am I balanced or am I giving away too much of myself?
*What self care have I indulged in today? What can I do for myself?

By doing your best to turn life’s challenges into opportunities and embracing life with gratitude you will find that doors open, good things gravitate your way and miracles happen!

Archangel Gabriel helps us to access our inner wisdom and shows us how it can guide and inspire us. Gabriel also teaches us the importance of communication on all levels. This helps us to overcome our fears so that we can complete the things we start and achieve positive results during times of transformation and change.

The Ascended Master Solomon helps us to take what we are given and make the most of it. He teaches us how to do things more efficiently as he guides us through difficult situations. Focus and efficiency help us in our quest for personal evolution and help create the necessary stepping stones we need to move ahead.

The Hindu Goddess Devi helps us to find meaning in our lives and gently guides us in learning to follow our own inner wisdom. She says “Take my hand and let me guide you on your journey of self-discovery. You need only look within to find your true meaning. Release your cares to me and I will purify your heart and spirit. “
