314:   We’ve all heard the quote that says our thoughts create reality. ( positive = positive and negative = negative) This is true…to a point. While positive thinking certainly helps, the truth is that you need to combine that with taking the necessary steps and actions to help make things happen. Today we are being reminded that positive thought creates the framework while positive action opens the doors to opportunity. Do a little self-assessment today and ask yourself “What action can I take to help me create my dreams and achieve my goals?” Take charge of your life and put your best foot forward. Remember….. small steps and each one moves you closer to the life you want!

Archangel Michael helps to calm our fears as he guides us through issues of self-doubt by clearing our energy field and quieting the internal chatter so that we can access the guidance being sent to us. He helps us to find our courage and our direction while giving us the strength that we need to choose wisely and make decisions on our own. Michael’s energy is easily felt particularly during times of stress and confusion and helps us when we feel lost or overwhelmed. He sets us on the path of commitment to our purpose by showing us how to work through obstacles that pop up as he teaches us that we have what it takes to create new things for ourselves as he helps us reach new levels of self-confidence

  The Ascended Master Solomon helps us to take what we are given and make the most of it. He teaches us how to do things more efficiently as he guides us through difficult situations. Focus and efficiency help us in our quest for personal evolution and help create the necessary stepping stones we need to move ahead.

The Greek goddess Nike, Lady of victory and success helps us to embrace the good things that we have accomplished. By acknowledging them we can increase our faith in ourselves as a creator. She says: “Do not be afraid to acknowledge the amazing things you have done but don’t rest to long on your laurels. Remember that your power comes through movement and momentum is lost through inactivity. Keep moving and you will be victorious!”

Peridot brings new levels of awareness as it promotes growth and necessary change as it helps to sharpen the mind and enhance our self confidence. This spring green crystal can also teach us to look back at the past and find the gifts that are  hidden within our experiences and then shows us the path to forgiveness and moving forward.

Smoky Quartz helps to neutralize negative energy and teaches us how to work through the fear of failure which can show up during times of change and transformation. It also promotes clear insight and focus which helps us to leave behind the things that no longer serve us and make room for the blessings headed your way.

 Unakite. This green and pink stone helps us to see blocks that we have erected within ourselves and then provides valuable insights on removing them so that we can move forward. It helps us to appreciate and gain clarity from the present moment and works with both base and heart chakras.
