Today’s Message: Spiritual Spa Day

413:  There are times when we could all use some extra loving and healing energy. When we feel a little needy or emotionally insecure it can be because we have given away too much of ourselves and need to replenish our energies. Downtime, nature time or alone time can help you to recharge. Today the Universe is giving us a boost by surrounding us with the essential energies we need to be balanced and at peace. Remember to ground, clear and center. This helps you to let go of the negative nasty’s that are sapping your energy. Everyone needs a break from the demands of others so allow yourself this emotional and spiritual spa day!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines, and cords that have been attached to me by others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc followed by a sense of relief.

 The Ascended Master Buddha is our go-to guy when we feel “wobbly’. He teaches us that the key to happy living requires moderation and balance in all things. This includes the important balance between giving and receiving. When we are balanced we find that inner peace is ours!

  The Hindu Mother Goddess Durga teaches us how to create boundaries and maintain them as well as protecting yourself from the negative or controlling energy of others. She says:  ” Personal boundaries are important to your well being. It is sometimes best to walk away. I can help you to step back and give you the self assurance to do what is in your best interest.”

Amazonite. This stone is sometimes called the stone of hope. It helps us to speak our truth with confidence and instills us with hope itself. It calms and soothes frayed nerves during times of stress and helps us to feel and embrace universal love. It works with both heart and throat chakras.

Golden Ray Calcite to boost your creative thinking and to eliminate patterns of self defeating thinking. This helps to promote new and innovative ways to solve problems and move things forward.

 Morganite (aka Pink Beryl) helps to bring awareness to emotional our needs or feelings that remain unfulfilled. It helps us to express them in a positive way so that we can begin the healing process.

 411:  Today is one of those days when you may feel overly sensitive to people and outside energies. The angels are telling us to avoid unpleasant people and situations if you can manage it. Otherwise “bubble up”  and surround yourself with protective energy and let the “nasties” bounce off. Another way to keep your sanity today would be to engage in something creative. Immersing yourself in a creative project is a sure way to promote peaceful feelings. It also creates a block against negative energy. Remember, the angels are just a thought away so if you need help just ask them!

Archangel Michael is the go-to guy for protection. His clear, powerful energy acts as a shield that helps to buffer energies directed at us. He offers protection from those who would do us harm or cause pain, even those who think they “have our best interests at heart or simply can’t stay out of our business”. The Ascended Master Sanat Kumara teaches us that we have an unlimited supply of personal power and helps us find the energy we need to keep going and rise above negative experiences and thought patterns. It enables us to release things that are no longer relevant to our current path and dispels any guilt we may have when we leave things behind. Smoky Quartz helps to neutralize negative energy and teaches us how to work through the fear of failure which can show up during times of change and transformation. 34:  There are times when we just need someone to listen. To share in our joys, and dreams or  our concerns, our fears, or our worries. Like a dear friend the angels and the ascended masters are also here for us. Their job involves assisting us on all levels as well as surrounding us with protection and love. The more often we talk to them the easier it becomes to “hear” their replies. If you ask a question and find yourself receiving repetitive impressions, signs or thoughts then be assured that they have heard and are sending you an answer. Our job is stay open to receiving the information being sent, this will also become easier as our relationship with the divine evolves. Remember, never be afraid to ask for their help. Keep faith in yourself, your inner wisdom and in your Divine support team!

 224: Today we are being reminded to embrace the faith we have in ourselves. The Universe and the angels know that we are worthy of receiving the blessings that they offer. Prosperity, love, abundance and more are always available to us. However, there are times when we feel less than worthy and spend precious time knocking ourselves down. (Remember when we talked about being your own worst critic?) At times like this take some time to ground and center…. just breathe, do your best to let go and surrender the situation to your spiritual helpers. Dust off your courage (it’s there.. it really is!), ask for help and give yourself a big hug and acknowledge your power as a creator. You ARE worthy, YOU are amazing and YOU have the ability to create wonderful things for yourself!

Rose Quartz brings inner peace and harmony. The energy of this stone is very soothing and can help calm frazzled nerves. It helps to promote the softer, move loving view that we need to embrace gratitude, it soothes and clears the emotions and fills us with loving compassion. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feelings that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace.

Today’s Message: Inspired Growth

219: Life is an ongoing series of lessons and we are constantly learning new things. It is through this process that we continue our personal evolution. The knowledge and insight that we acquire along the way can be shared with others and can play an important role in our “service to others”. Service to others means that we are putting them before ourselves and while this is a good thing the angels want us to remember the importance of creating and maintaining our balance. We can tip the scales in either direction by giving too much or not enough. There are many ways that we can be of service, lead or teach others. However, the simplest forms are through word, deed or example. If you think about it it’s pretty cool that these simple things have the power to inspire those around us whether we’re aware of it or not. Today we are being asked to share our light with others through word, deed or example. Look to the people who inspire you and strive to inspire others.

Archangel Michael teaches us that through compassion and commitment to our beliefs we can lead effectively through example. Deep blue Lapis Lazuli helps to open the Third Eye Chakra (mind’s eye) and stimulates our personal power. It promotes clarity and helps us express our opinions in a positive manner and teaches us the value of being an active listener.

128: Drama people are everywhere. Today the Universe is gently reminding us that when we get caught up in the everyday dramas of others we lose our focus and our momentum. Let yourself rise above these distractions and direct your energy into creating new opportunities, opening new doors or simple the things that bring you peace.. To take advantage of these blessings we must be willing to let go of old habits and thought patterns. Both of which can be centered around the dramas (direct and indirectly) taking place in our lives. Allow you inner wisdom to guide you as it will keep you from getting sidetracked. Remember to stay flexible because when one door opens another closes. This initiates and activates growth and opportunity. Remember, the angels will not do this for you and you must do your part to make things happen. The combination of thoughts, actions and energies will all play a major role in our overall success and the key is in maintaining focus and keeping an optimistic outlook to make things flow.

124: Every day we are surrounded with loving energy and today our message is a gentle reminder that our spiritual helpers are always with us. Their lines of communication are always open and we can ask for assistance at any time, especially on days we feel down, scared or helpless. Asking for their help can be as easy as saying “Angels/ Goddess, God please give me strength” or “Angels/ Goddess, God please help me now!” Ground and center, take a cleansing breath and allow their peaceful, healing energy to fill your being. It is the desire of our spiritual helpers to promote courage and confidence so that we can be happy, healthy and achieve our goals and dreams. They know that we are stronger than we realize and that sometimes we forget that. If you have hit a rough patch recently or things have been rough for a while, our helpers want us to know that we are cared for. They are here to help and support us and want to see us succeed. It teaches us to trust in ourselves and helps us find creative solutions to current issues  as it boosts self esteem and invites us to embrace our personal power while promoting positive life choices which enhance our ability to draw new forms of prosperity and abundance.

Eulite (Hypersthene) which helps us to find solutions to problems (large and small) that get in our way and can hold us back. It will also make seeing the answers and solutions easier by stopping the need to overthink or overly critical thinking. Eulite is also useful for building solid relationships which are necessary for the manifestation process and our personal evolution.

Howlite helps us to formulate and achieve our ambitions and goals and helps us to communicate these things calmly and reasonably and helps us to embrace patience. Howlite also creates a link to the universal realms and prepares the mind to receive guidance.

 Unakite. This green and pink stone helps us to see blocks that we have erected within ourselves and then provides valuable insights on removing them so that we can move forward. It helps us to appreciate and gain clarity from the present moment and works with both base and heart chakras
