This is one of my standard pasta salads for potlucks or parties. It’s vegetarian and so good! Don’t skimp with the dressing because the tortellini soak up a lot of dressing. I estimated the dressing amounts, so you just need to taste for yourself.

As human beings we really do rely on each other. There are many situations where we have no choice but to trust each other. When we drive on the freeway, for example, we trust that each driver will adhere to the traffic laws and do his or her best to avoid an accident. We trust that when we wait for a bus, that the bus will show up approximately when the schedule says it will do so. Parents trust schools to educate their children, and schools trust parents to get the kids to school on time. Customers trust businesses to provide the products they need, and business trust their customers to keep coming back when they give good service. Love makes the world go ‘round, but trust definitely makes society go ’round!
