Today’s Message: A Look At Habits

211: Today’s message is related to our habits. Habits, both good and bad, are created through our thoughts and actions. Both new beginnings and change require us to break the hold of outdated or bad habits in order to create essential new growth. There comes a time when we need to perform a self check-up. (that day is today) It’s important to periodically take a look within and find those dark and dusty areas that require a little clean up or a serious overhaul. Letting go of what no longer serves us in a positive way helps us to cordially invite new growth and opportunities into our lives. The Universe is reminding us we are all powerful creators who are worthy and capable of manifesting amazing things. It’s time to pay attention to the signals and information that you receive. Old, bad, and outdated habits hold us back and it’s okay to let go and move on. You’ve totally got this so embrace what inspires you!

Today’s Recipe: Spinach Rolls with Puff Pastry

This spinach puff pastry snack is a vegetarian version of mini sausage rolls with a spinach and feta filling. I used frozen spinach because it was a better buy than fresh at the time but the equivalent amount of fresh spinach, chopped and wilted, would do the job.

Today’s Message: A Team Effort

28: Prosperity and abundance are some of the most common things requested of the Universe. It’s important to remember however, that prosperity and abundance covers a wide range and not just the material. To encourage the flow of good things we must first embrace our sacred tools of faith and the attitude of gratitude. We must then combine this with the willingness to work together with the Universe and our helpers making it a team effort. Use the new cycle of growth that started at Imbolc to clear away the old and outdated. This will help us to make room for new growth. Today the angels are telling us that our prayers have been heard and reminding us to have faith in the Universe and in ourselves. Things are on track and the abundance you have been working to manifest is on it’s way.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Haniel showers us with stardust, illuminating our thoughts and memories so that we can remember what magickal beings we truly are, which assists us in the creation process. In turn this shows us how to receive with grace and gratitude. This process accelerates when we allow beauty and harmony to surround us. It’ helps us to enjoy ourselves which makes blessings easier to receive.

The Ascended Master El Morya can help if you have trouble staying present and focused in the now. He teaches us the importance of putting aside what we cannot control so that we are free to think about other things. We can transform painful memories by re-imagining them from the soul’s perspective of love and meaning.

Andrew Schneider says that all experiences have the purpose of serving the soul. An experience in the past blocked us because our fear at the time distorted our perception of what happened. To transform this limiting experience, we must bring what was then unconscious into the soul’s realm through consciousness.

We can do this by following these steps:

RECALL the past experience that might inhibit us.
OWN the experience (no judgment, blame, etc.).
TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for it and the consequences (i.e., the experience was determined by my subjective perception of what occurred, dictated by my lack of wholeness — specifically my fears).
GIVE IT MEANING (the soul was attempting to gain some kind of mastery or skill, but we didn’t know that at the time).
RE-IMAGINE it from the perspective of soul consciousness (showing its higher purpose)

Today’s Message: Moving With Grace

27: Our daily readings focus quite often on faith. Faith isn’t inherent to just one religion it encompasses them all, including spirituality. While we can have faith in many things one of the most important things to have is faith in ourselves. Our personal faith enhances our intuition and helps us to have a better understanding of self, and our inner workings. Remember that the Universe and the angels are here to helps us but we must be willing to do our part. (This sounds familiar… right?) This is where faith in yourself comes into play and the stronger your faith the more you can create. Today the Universe is asking us to surround ourselves with our faith and remain open to the guidance and messages that you receive. Allow yourself to move forward with grace and an optimistic outlook!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Chamuel helps us in regards to relationships. This includes the one we have with ourselves and our own spiritual nature. He helps us to build a strong foundation from which we can create our personal evolution. Archangel Chamuel also helps us to find what is lost. The Ascended Master Saint Germain helps us to persevere in our personal quests and provides us with courage and direction.
