Today’s Message: A Light-ness Of Being
921: Many of our daily readings revolve around faith, in both the universe and in yourself. I’m sure that you’ve noticed that some days your faith is strong while on others you may feel like things aren’t working out or that what you do doesn’t matter. (This is normal, it happens) Take a moment to acknowledge your feelings, even indulge in a short pity party if you like, then pick yourself up, dust yourself off and remind yourself that you are worthy, strong and nothing will hold you back. Today, the angels want us to know that everything we do is important, even the small things. Help and support are always available and it’s only a request away. If your faith is feeling puny today start by grounding, clearing, and centering, and then ask (Spirit, angels, masters) for a little TLC and support. Make sure to release any negative thoughts and feelings that you may be holding and regain your light-ness of being!
Today’s Spirit Helpers include:
Archangel Raphael teaches us that it is through our spiritual journey that we can heal ourselves and our lives and regain our self-confidence and faith. This opens our spiritual eyes so that we may see what we have and how blessed we truly are as it teaches us how to make room for new things through the clearing-out process. He helps to clear the way so that we can achieve balance by removing the blocks associated with giving and receiving by promoting flexibility in thinking and attitude.
The Ascended Master Sanat Kumara teaches us that we have an unlimited supply of personal power and helps us find the energy we need to keep going and rise above negative experiences and thought patterns. This gives us the skills we need to strengthen our personal boundaries so that we can be and stay strong in situations where we need to be.
The Hindu Goddess Devi helps us to find meaning in our lives and gently guides us in learning to follow our own inner wisdom. She says “Take my hand and let me guide you on your journey of self-discovery. You need only look within to find your true meaning. Release your cares to me and I will purify your heart and spirit so that new information can be sent to you. “

Agate. This humble stone is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. Charoite. This multi-hued mineral is a stone of transformation. It helps to open our hearts to the concept of unconditional love and brings those energies forward. Charoite enhances our perception and helps to ground our spiritual nature into everyday reality and helps us to see ways we can be of service. Pink Kunzite is a feel-good stone that helps us to go with the flow. It brings feelings of peace as it connects us to universal love as it removes obstacles from our path and promotes communication on all levels.

Today’s Message:The Angels Hear Us
920: One of the most important things we need when working with everyday life is support. Last month we talked about how friends and family help to create this important support system. This support is necessary because it brings new ideas, blessings, and people who can help us. Today we are being reminded that the universe is part of our support system and that we should never hesitate to ask for what we need to support our endeavors. Remember, when we ask for assistance we are effectively setting things in motion, and even if we can’t see immediate results things are happening. If you feel as if you have lost something or that something is missing in your life bless the situation with love and affirm that you are ready to make room for something better. Have faith that you have been heard and that help is on the way!

919: Making your home a safe haven filled with loving, healing energy is our focus for today. As we get closer to the Autumn Equinox the Universe is asking us to create a peaceful realm that we can look forward to entering at the end of the day. Home is our sanctuary, one that provides a respite from outside stress for both you and your loved ones. Maybe it’s time to do some space clearing, make peace with a family member, make a comfort meal, or even do a little pre-fall cleaning. Mabon Activities: This is such a beautiful season to go outside! Take some nature walks and collect pinecones, acorns, colored leaves, and interesting seeds and pods for decorating your home and altar. Other activities include making gourd rattles, harvesting from your garden, sharing your garden’s abundance with others, fill your bird feeders with treats for your avian friends. Most of all, count your blessings. Have everyone in your family make a list of all the things they are thankful for and then read them aloud. I will also include my favorite activity…” feeding the trees”. We share a drink of apple cider or wine with our trees.
Mabon (pronounced May-bon, May-bone, May-bun, May-bawn) is celebrated at the time of the Autumn Equinox on or around September 21. This festival marks the completion of the harvest begun at Lughnasadh. It is named after the Celtic god Mabon. Other names for this Lesser Sabbat include Harvest Home, Festival of Dionysus, The Feast of Avalon, Mea’n Fo’mhair (druid), Winter Finding (Norse), Equinozio di Autunnio (Strega).

918: Today the angels are asking us to consider this question: “How can I be of service?” Being of service to others is part of everyone’s Life Purpose or Mission. By helping others the energy that extends flows out and on its journey, it touches multiple people and situations before returning to us. Sometimes being of service can be a big undertaking, however, more often than not it’s the small things that bring the greatest joy and reward. There are many ways to be of service: Helping an elderly relative or neighbor. Maybe you know someone who needs a little mentoring or just someone to talk to. Spending quality time with your family. Volunteering at a local charity or even helping a stranger. Embrace unity and community and keep the energy moving today, not only does it makes others feel good, it makes you feel good too!

917: Today is about affirmations. While I’m not a fan of the whole affirmation thing, I AM a fan of “self-lifting” phrases like “I CAN” and “I AM”. These phrases are some of the best words of encouragement you can gift to yourself. They ignite our courage and determination which is essential to making forward progress in our lives. They can also help us in regard to our life purpose. Remember, your life purpose revolves around things you love or feel strongly about. The spark you create with self-lifting thinking helps to promote a successful attitude and helps us to move forward on our path. You are capable of manifesting great and wonderful things and it’s a good time to embrace your power and see where it leads you!

We can’t escape problems and negativity. Escaping just brings denial and suppression – we continue to carry the problem with us. Ironically, it is our lack of acceptance and resistance to the problem that creates the pain. Resistance builds up an energy wall or block that, if not discharged, gets suppressed into the body. These blocks identify places where we have not enough understanding or love.
For health, we must work through what we seek to avoid. How do we do this? We can love parts of ourselves that we don’t like. We can seek the lessons we are being invited to learn through the problem. We can examine our beliefs and seek to see different perspectives and a bigger picture. As our perspectives grow, more of life makes sense and has meaning.
