Mind Body Green: A World-Famous Explorer On How To Make Every Day An Adventure
David de Rothschild is no stranger to adventure. The 39-year-old Brit much prefers remote, off-the-grid locales to cities and his resume could easily belong to Indiana Jones. He crossed the Antarctic on foot at the age of 26, was part of a team that broke the world record for fastest crossing of the Greenland ice cap, and was the youngest Brit to visit both the North and South Poles

Beliefnet: Spring Into Self Confidence
Something about spring makes me happy! It’s almost as if Mother Earth is reminding us that we can always begin again — after a long winter of hot chocolates, and staying in the house more than usual now is the time we go outside. Daffodils are blooming, bees are buzzing and bunnies are at play. I just love how life naturally begins again. Read more………………..

A Bountiful Moment
Always be yourself because the people that matter don’t mind, and the ones who mind, don’t matter. Dr, Seuss
Daily Thought: Never be afraid to act upon your wildest dreams and desires. Live loud and proud! Being who you are takes courage so always remember that the people who are most important will never be unkind in their judgement of what you are thinking. The individuals who offer support, encouragement and a perspective of “you can but be on the lookout for” are the only individuals who should be a factor in what you do and what you are planning to act on.
Daily Practice: Take an objective look at your current relationships. Who are they with and how are they serving you? If they are critical and make you question yourself in a negative way they are most likely a relationship that needs boundaries. If they are relationships that are honest and allow you to be who you are without judgement take the opportunity to develop them and use them as a sounding board for your growth.
Have a Great Day and Believe in Yourself!

Inner Journey: Going for guilt-free play
“There is no pleasure in having nothing to do. The fun is in having lots to do and not doing it.”
— Mary Little
When you’re tempted with a promise of pleasure, does guilt promptly spoil it for you?
For many of us, the work ethic still rules supreme. It keeps our life out of balance and our health at risk. There will always be lots of work to do. We can’t wait for it to go away to enjoy ourselves.
Today, we invite you to become aware of your attitude towards rest, relaxation, pleasure and fun. When you give yourself a break, do you carry guilt through it? Deep down, do you believe that you don’t deserve to have a good time, that you haven’t earned a holiday? If you do discover these thoughts, send them packing.
“Guilt is the source of sorrows, the avenging fiend that follows us behind with whips and stings.”
— Nicholas Rowe

A Note from the Universe
The reason others think they need you is because they don’t yet fully believe they already have all that it takes to have all that they want. So they pretend you hold the key.
And vice versa.

MNN: How Youth Activism Underscores “Isle of Dogs”
After tickling our funny bones with the quirky and delightful stop-motion feature “Fantastic Mr. Fox” in 2009, American director Wes Anderson is returning to the genre later this month with “Isle of Dogs.”
Featuring an all-star cast of voices that includes actors like Bill Murray, Brian Cranston, Scarlett Johansson and Tilda Swinton, the film is set in a dystopian future Japan where dogs have been banished to a remote island due to fears over something called “canine flu.”
