830: Today is a good time for a little  meditation and the Ascended Masters (AM’s) are inviting you to sit them and simply be at ease. Enjoy nature sounds or soothing music and fill your mind with your favorite energizing, soothing or healing color. These are different for everyone, mine are watery blue-green or sunny yellow-orange, so whatever color speaks to you today just enjoy it! Ask you favorite AM to sit with you and allow the loving light and energy fill your entire being. Personal quiet time plays an essential role in you emotional and spiritual well being. Too often we forget or put off doing something just for ourselves so a bubble bath for the soul is always a good thing to indulge in!

814: Today we are again reminded to acknowledge our support systems. There is always that one person who is always there for us that we can always count on to have our back. It is the same with the angels and ascended masters who are also always here for us, and when we need support they are only a thought away. The angels would also like us to remember that support, like abundance, comes in many forms so look for the “Tiny Miracles” and keep an open mind if help come comes from an unexpected source!


Archangel Zadkiel helps to heal our hearts and minds so that accepting support is easier. He also promotes compassion for ourselves and others while helping us to find things that we have lost from within. 731: As the month of july comes to a close take a moment to give yourself a big hug. We have done a lot of work recently so be sure to acknowledge your personal growth. Today the Angels are telling us that the work we have done is paying off even if the results aren’t visible yet. Have faith in yourself and the progress, changes and steps you have taken. Continue the self care routine from yesterday and focus on centering and balancing as this will be important for the work that begins in August. Spirit, the Ascended Masters and the Angels want you to know that you have grown in ways that you can’t begin to imagine (yet).. so stay focused, confident and above all believe in yourself!

730:  Our message today involve a little self care. In order to hear and receive both divine guidance as well as our own we must take care of ourselves. This involves keeping our energy field clear so that we can be focused and centered.  Everyday our energy field absorbs bits and pieces of what goes on around us and these things can knock us out of balance. Being balanced is important when it comes to receiving guidance and messages. Take some time today to ground, center and clear. Clean up your path, pick a few weeds, plant something new and even blow a few dandelions. Don’t forget to harvest some good things along the way….. you’ve earned it!

Playful Deeds: Cat’s Angel Message for June 27, 2017 


June Theme: Balance – Focus – Faith 


It is requisite for the relaxation of the mind that we make use, from time to time, of playful deeds and jokes. ~Thomas Aquinas


627: Today the Universe is offering us a vacation day. The Angels and Ascended Masters are letting us know that we are doing a “most excellent” job in getting things done and are on the right path. Take a break today and take time to recharge your spiritual and emotional batteries. Do something nice for yourself, create some down time and just chill and remember to give yourself a BIG hug. You deserve it! Use this vacation day wisely as we are in the final days of this month and the rest of the week will involve tying up loose ends.


Archangel Jophiel encourages us to slow down and take time to relax. She also helps to promote beautiful thoughts to replace the ones that are bugging us. We can also call on the the goddesses Freyja and Bast today as well. Both of these Ladies embody the essences fun, play and relaxation. Today is also a Rose Quartz day. The soft pink hue of this sacred stone is soothing and tranquil and acts like a bubble bath for the heart and emotions.
