Today’s Message: Change = Growth

125: Changes are an ongoing part of life. Some we initiate for ourselves while others hit us out of the blue. Our focus today is on the changes that we create with the intention of making things better for ourselves. When we make requests of the angels and the Universe remember to keep your intentions clear. This helps the Universe direct the right opportunity your way and provides a powerful focus point for you as well. Today, the angels are telling you that your prayers have been heard. Their message is ” Change = Growth” and the things that are happening for you now will be good for you and those around you. Turn your fear and worry over to us to deal with so that your focus remains uninterrupted.” Keep in mind that the answers and opportunities you seek can come from both expected and unexpected sources so don’t cut yourself short by looking in only one direction!

Archangel Sandalphon hears all requests and makes sure that they get to the Angel or Ascended Master who is  best able to handle them. Ask him to help you clearly understand the information that you receive (his favorite mode of communication is music and he is associated with the color turquoise!).  The Ascended Master Paramahansa Yogananda teaches us that during times of stress or loss of focus peace can be found through meditation. Remember that meditation can be as simple as taking several deep breaths and centering yourself. Use this as your personal reset button.

The Yoruban Goddess Oya embodies the winds of change. She tells us, ” Allow the winds of change to flow through your being. In their wake they will leave new energy seeds for you to plant. Use these seeds to help you on your journey. Remember child, that  change must be embraced, not ignored or simply put up with. Soft colored Lepidolite helps us by filtering away distractions and obsessive thinking so that we can focus on more important things. It soothes and heals stress and reminds us to just breathe.

Okenite helps clear away obstacles and teaches us the important lesson that the universe is filled with unlimited possibilities when we allow ourselves to face and adapt to change. It helps us to find our inner strength so that we can finish what we start

Today’s Message: Faith and Focus

1120: We are continuing yesterday’s message of achieving personal peace and now we are adding faith into the equation. There are important changes on the horizon and we must be ready when they arrive. The Universe says not to worry, have faith in yourself and know that you and your loved ones are provided for. Remember to keep planting positive thought seeds. November is a good month to plant so keep gratitude in the forefront. Your faith and focus will help them to grow so make sure that you tend them carefully and get ready to reap the rewards!

Today’s Message: Letting Life Unfold

115: Initiating change in our lives is an ongoing endeavor and so it’s important to support our goals and thought seeds with positive intentions. Today’s number, 5 , relates to changes and transformations making this an excellent day to initiate something new or tend what we’re currently working on. Take time each day to affirm what you want and where you want to be. “I Am ” and “I Can” are powerful motivators that will help to boost your energy levels so choose words wisely. Today’s Message: Harvesting Your Abundant

728: The key to abundance can be found in acknowledging the blessings that we have. This generates a positive flow of energy which draws new blessings to us. Our message today is a reminder that the flow of divine abundance always surrounds us. As we approach the first of the Pagan harvest festivals, Lammas/ Lughnasadh, it’s a great time to take stock of what you have and you may even find some things ready to harvest. The old adage of “counting your blessings” really comes into play over the next few days. It’s time to harvest from our inner fields and gardens and embrace the richness and tiny miracles that fill our lives. You truly have more abundance than you realize. Today’s Message: Experiences = Growth

625: Many of us are currently experiencing heightened sensitivity to what’s going on around us and within us, thanks to the pandemic and current world events. This can cause stress or anxiety in areas and in ways we have not experienced before. Today, the Universe is letting us know that this increased sensitivity will help you in both your personal evolution and the personal changes that you are experiencing. Our first reaction is usually to block things and if you need to do that’s fine for the short term. However, the benefit will come through the experiences themselves and the angels are asking us to go with the flow and allow them to unfold. Understanding and growth will come from unlocking the place where loving-kindness dwells and opening your heart to these experiences will help you to make healthy changes that will benefit you in the long run. Today’s Message: New Month, New Changes

51: Even though we don’t know exactly what the future holds for us we can be assured that things will get better and those good things are headed our way. As we start the new month we are being asked to focus our thoughts on our dreams and goals. Don’t spend your energy worrying about the “how to’s” and “what if’s” as these details will naturally fall into place when the time is right. Fear of the future and of change is normal, however, the key lies in how we perceive the changes that lie ahead. If we acknowledge our fears and do our best to let them go (don’t struggle, don’t force) we can fill that space with positive intent and a sense of adventure. Visualize yourself as an explorer heading out into the uncharted territory of personal growth. What does the future hold? Who knows…..but man it’s going to be good!

Today’s Message: Seeing In a Different Light

25:  Change is an ongoing part of life and without it life would be pretty boring. The way we see these changes is based on our perception of things. If we see these changes in a negative light it can create difficulties for us. But if we look for something positive in them then we grow in unimagined ways. If you are experiencing changes right now or changes are on your horizon the angels want you to know that things are going according to your divine plan and that these changes truly are for the best. They will bring you a much-needed overhaul and a fresh outlook. So have faith in yourself and remember that the Universe is on your side and that you are safe and protected. Embrace these changes and flourish in this new cycle!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Uriel can help us to overcome obstacles by showing us where the solutions are that will lead to our success. He provides us with the additional information that we need to make the most informed decisions we can. No problem is too great or too small for him to assist with. Uriel also helps us to gain spiritual understanding and creative insight. Today is a good day to simply touch base with him, ask for help if needed or simply express gratitude for the blessings taking place in your life.

The Ascended Master Solomon helps us to take what we are given and make the most of it. He teaches us how to do things more efficiently as he guides us through difficult situations. Focus and efficiency help us in our quest for personal evolution and help create the necessary stepping stones we need to move ahead

  The Egyptian goddess Hathor helps us to find the answer to the question  “How shall I live my life?” She tells us that every moment gives us opportunities for growth. ” When you are filled with indecision you move away from yourself and your power as a creator. Indecision silences you ability to hear your own inner wisdom. If you need my help just ask and I will shower you with energy that will tip the scales in the direction of what you desire.”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

Agate. This humble stone is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. It nurtures our spiritual growth and inner strength by helping us to make the most of our life experiences.

Eulite (Hypersthene) helps us to find solutions to problems (large and small) that get in our way and can hold us back. It will also make seeing the answers and solutions easier by stopping the need to overthink or overly critical thinking. Eulite is also useful for building solid relationships which are necessary for the manifestation process and our personal evolution.

Purple Fluorite helps strengthen our intuitive powers as it helps dispel fixed ideas and thoughts and brings rational thinking forward so that new information is easily accepted.  It is a protective stone that draws away negative energy and stress. It cleans and re-energizes the aura and promotes overall harmony and order.

Today’s Message: Close The Door On Drama

128: Drama people are everywhere. Today the Universe is gently reminding us that when we get caught up in everyday dramas we lose our focus and our momentum. Let yourself rise above these distractions and direct your energy into creating new opportunities, opening new doors, or simply the things that bring you peace.. To take advantage of these blessings we must be willing to let go of old habits and thought patterns. Both of which can be centered around the dramas (direct and indirectly) taking place in our lives. Allow your inner wisdom to guide you as it will keep you from getting sidetracked. Remember to stay flexible because when one door opens another closes. This initiates and activates growth and opportunity. Remember, the angels will not do this for you and you must do your part to make things happen. The combination of thoughts, actions, and energies will all play a major role in our overall success and the key is in maintaining focus and keeping an optimistic outlook to make things flow.

This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines, and cords that have been attached to me by others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc followed by a sense of relief.


The Ascended Master, Saint Padre Pio, keeps us on the path of spiritual and personal growth. As we continue to grow so do our abilities like intuition, compassion, and seeing through the eyes of love. His energy is strong and optimistic which helps to boost our faith and confidence.

The Hindu Mother Goddess Durga teaches us how to create boundaries and maintain them as well as protect ourselves from the negative energy of others. She says: ” Personal boundaries are important to your well-being. It is sometimes best to walk away. I can help you to step back and give you the self-assurance to do what is in your best interest.”

It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feelings that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace.
