She reminds us that slowing down activates our creative mind and makes these things easier to visualize and grasp. The Ascended Master Kuthumi helps us to navigate the distractions of everyday life. He encourages us to focus on what’s important right now and to set aside things we have no control over. And the Yoruban goddess Oya says  ” My child change must be embraced, not ignored or simply put up with. Allow these changes to inspire and encourage you to transcend your self imposed limitations.”

It fills us with hope and joy as it restores our feelings of self worth and Lava Stone which is a powerful symbol of our own energy.
