Thought For The Day: Oct. 9, 2019 “Beginnings & Endings”

Happy Wednesday,

In order to acquire new blessings, we must often let something go. We can always tell when something is coming to an end.  However, we tend to hang on rather than let go. There can be many reasons for this but the main one is usually fear. Fear of being hurt, or hurting someone else. The fear that we are not good enough or strong enough to get through it on our own. But you are! New Beginnings are the children of Endings and Change. Welcome them and welcome the bittersweet feelings that herald the arrival of something amazing!

It’s Waiting For You: Cat’s Angel Message for September 15, 2019

daily Angel Message sms

It’s Waiting For You: Cat’s Angel Message for September 15, 2019

September’s Theme:  Why are we here is a question that we often ask ourselves, and this month we will be exploring our purpose.

We must be willing to get rid of the life we’ve planned, so as to have the life that is waiting for us. The old skin has to be shed before the new one can come. – Joseph Campbell

915:  There will be a bit of wild energy today that will help to advance the changes that we’ve initiated. Change is an interesting word that inspires both excitement and fear at the same time. Changes represent new beginnings and action which are necessary to our ongoing personal evolution and we become stronger and more powerful on all levels (mentally, emotionally, spiritually). Today our guides want us to know that our efforts are paying off. Continue listening to your inner wisdom and the divine guidance you receive and allow yourself to appreciate the “chaos ” around us. Shake hands with change and make it welcome. Remember, you are capable of creating a new reality so embrace your power and stand strong!

    • Archangel Chamuel assists in all areas of our path. He can help you find the direction and guidance that you will need to move forward on this journey of self discovery. If you feel like you have wandered off your path and are having trouble finding your way back he can help you get your bearings.

    • The Ascended Master El Morya can help if you have trouble staying present and focused in the now. He teaches us the importance of putting aside what we cannot control so that we are free to think about other things. He reminds us that it is our faith that keeps us grounded so that we can embrace both the patience and the clear decision making needed to make things happen.

    • The Greek goddess Artemis helps us to access and honor our intuition. This virgin goddess who is associated with the crescent moon and the hunt helps open the doors to new beginnings which is an essential part of change. As huntress, she helps us to track our goals, dreams, and desires as we move forward in our quest for evolution. She tells us, “All the skills and knowledge you need for success lives within you. Your inner wisdom is a powerful thing and you know in your heart when something is good and right.”

Our Sacred Stones for  today include:

  • Iolite, also known as “Poor Man’s Amethyst” is a stone of vision that assists our intuition and aids us in setting things in motion by staying true to yourself and your path while freeing you from the expectations of others. It helps us to live in the moment making it easier to snag the blessings given to us. It is also a soothing stone that calms emotions during times of change.
  • Jade provides aid in problem solving and shows us the path to reaching our goals and actualizing our dreams. It also promotes emotional balance and self confidence as it gently dissipates negativity and brings peace on all levels. Jade which attracts both prosperity and good luck. It soothes the mind and escorts negative thoughts to the door. Jade helps us to understand that you are spiritual being on the very human journey we call life. it stimulates knowledge and ideas.
  • Kyanite is a spiritual stone that helps us to connect to our guides by opening the paths of communication. It also allows us to speak from the heart and to speak our truth as it cuts through the things that are keeping us from moving forward.

Bright blessings for a magickal day!

Thought For The Day: Sept. 3, 2019 ” Grab The Chance”

Happy Tuesday,

Sometimes life offers us the chance at a fresh start. While it can be our choice to do so more often than not it is something “forced” upon us. Truthfully, this can be scary. However, if we see life as an adventure we are able to appreciate the new beginnings and chances that it offers us. If life is offering you this chance grab your courage and a clean canvas and create something better! You can do this!

Thought For The Day: April 10, 2019 ” Banishing the Shadows”

Happy Wednesday,

We all have the power to create amazing personal change in our lives. The sad truth is that too often we spend our time and energy looking back. We focus on the bad things that have happened or old hurts and disappointments. However, if we face forward into the light, the sun, we can find a new beginning filled with hope and we can recognize the blessings that fill our lives.

And given us back the April-time,
So fickle and so sweet.

MBG: This Is How To Use The Aries New Moon To Be Your Most Confident Self

The other night I was in a car with two of my best friends, on the way to a silent art walk in LA, and I said out loud, “I am nervous to go to this workshop because of how beautiful and successful I currently feel. What if people don’t like me because of that?” I had never said those words out loud, and it felt terrifying.

ThoughtCo: Lugh, Master of Skills

Similar to the Roman god Mercury, Lugh was known as a god of both skill and the distribution of talent. There are countless inscriptions and statues dedicated to Lugh, and Julius Caesar himself commented on this god’s importance to the Celtic people.

MNN: Time-lapse captures bizarre beauty of Norway’s floating islands

If you were to pass by them, Norway’s floating islands wouldn’t warrant a second look. By all appearances, with a surface covered in green and sprinkled with trees, they betray little of their true nature from afar. It’s only when you attempt to step on one or, as shown in the video above, view them over time, that you notice something odd.

EarthSky News: Leo loses his tail. We gain a constellation

Tonight’s chart shows the sky in April high to the south around mid-evening. To the upper left of the constellation Leo the Lion are dozens of very faint stars. They make up the constellation Coma Berenices, otherwise known as Berenice’s Hair. You need a dark sky to appreciate the constellation Coma Berenices. If you have one … it’s very beautiful

Inner Journey:

“Breath is the link between the inner and outer worlds.”
— Alice Christensen

We live in very demanding times, and our health depends on our being able to relieve our bodies and minds from constant stress. Breathing with awareness can focus and concentrate our attention inside. This slows down our pace and eases the pressure, anxiety, anticipation and excitement that are common stress reactions.

At any time, you can consciously experience your breathing to help you concentrate your mind and relax your body. Compare how you feel after your session with how you felt before. Write about your experience in your journal.

“Controlled deep breathing helps the body to transform the air we breathe into energy. The stream of energized air produced by properly executed and controlled deep breathing produces a current of inner energy which radiates throughout the entire body and can be channeled to the body areas that need it the most, on demand.”
— Nancy Zi

A Note from the Universe

Don’t you just love ’em?

Everyone. Absolutely everyone.

They’re all scurrying around so. All planning and scheming and dreaming. Defending, proving, and justifying. Laughing, crying, and feeling. All behaving, more or less, as you expect them to…

Ah yea-a-ah, they do that a lot…

Daily Wisdom
April 4, 2019

“True originality consists not in a new manner but in a new vision.”

-Edith Wharton, The Writing of Fiction, 1925

Each of us has eyes through which we see the world, and no two visions are exactly alike. But because we are conditioned to go along with the crowd, our vision gets blurred, and starts to look like everyone else’s. When we close our eyes, tap into our Source, and let Nature’s creativity and intelligence flow through us, we can restore our vision and our originality. We allow our inner artist to shine through!
