611: Today the Universe is reminding us to acknowledge and embrace the positive things going on in our lives. Your thoughts help to create your reality so take the necessary steps to make that reality something amazing. Look to your creative side for a change of perspective and make some upgrades to your surroundings. Declutter, paint the kitchen, or maybe revamp your personal space. Whatever you choose to do make sure that it’s a reflection of your inner sparkle and light. Allow your creative side to partner with your intuition. If your intuition leads you out of your comfort zone go with the flow and take that step towards expression and empowerment. Surround your workings today with gratitude and appreciation and extend them to those you love as it creates more love to keep the energy flowing!

Today’s Message: Cycles of Growth

68: Generating a positive flow of abundance is relatively simple once we have a basic understanding of how it works. To create and keep this flow moving it’s important to balance our giving and receiving activities. We must first give of ourselves through time, money, energy, love, etc. By sending good things out it helps to create new opportunities and experiences as it circles back to us. In order to receive these blessings, we must allow ourselves to receive them. Too often people reject or fight this process. Grateful and gracious receiving is an important part of the flow circle and is only achieved by balancing giving and receiving. Today we are being asked to open our heart and spirit and allow ourselves to receive. Remember, what we send out comes back and will provide positive energy that will grow with each cycle.

Today’s Message: Thought Space

61: Thoughts and feelings are powerful things. They can bring us great joy, peace or even inspiration. They can also bring us anxiety and despair, along with everything in between. Sometimes it feels impossible to be optimistic all the time as some New Age “guru’s” say you should be. Negative thoughts happen (it’s part of our human nature) and when they do what’s most important is how you handle them. (Balance) If you hold on to them they breed more negativity and that’s not good for our mental well being. The key is in acknowledging these thoughts and looking for the underlying cause of them (be honest with yourself!). There is always a positive solution and the universe is here to help. By doing our best to turn negative’s over to our spiritual helpers we can gain valuable insight and new ideas. Essentially it frees up our “thought space”!

322: Learning to believe in yourself and trusting in your own intuition can be easy for some and difficult for others. However, both are essential as we navigate our path. Too often we allow ourselves to be lead by what others think or say. By letting this happen we are not being our authentic selves and we are giving our power away to someone else. While it’s good to have people around us who care and want to help us the truth is that you are the only one who knows what’s best for you personally. Today the angels are reminding us to stand strong in our beliefs, both in ourselves and in the divine source. Allow yourself to be open to receiving information from the world around you, and know in your heart that you are capable of guiding yourself in the right direction.

313:  During the winter months, we often find ourselves feeling down or trapped in our  thoughts and routines. The coming of Spring however, offers us the chance to renew our view of and our approach to life. Surround yourself with healing energy today. Starting with Ground-Center-Clear to release old energy and to help fine-tune your connection to the Divine. ( I like to do this exercise outside and if it’s breezy it’s even better. let the wind move through you and visualize it clearing your energy field.) 221: One of the things that the angels ask of us is to live with the “Attitude of Gratitude”. We all have many things to be grateful for however, today the angels are asking us to focus on the people we are grateful for. Family, heart family and friends all play an important role in our lives. Take a moment to acknowledge your gratitude towards them and bless them with peaceful, loving energy. Do not be afraid to let them know how much their presence means to you, ” I’m glad that you’re here”, Thank you for being a part of my life”, “I love you”, these words can mean so much. 25:  Change is an ongoing part of life and without it life would be pretty boring. The way we see these change is based on our perception of things. If we see these changes in a negative light it can create difficulties for us. But if we look for something positive in them then we grow in unimagined ways. If you are experiencing changes right now or changes are on your horizon the angels want you to know that things are going according to your divine plan and that these changes truly are for the best. They will bring you a much needed overhaul and a fresh outlook. So have faith in yourself and remember that the Universe is on your side and that you are safe and protected. Embrace these changes and flourish in this new cycle!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Uriel can help us to overcome obstacles by showing us where the solutions are that will lead to our success. He provides us with the additional information that we need to make the most informed decisions we can. No problem is too great or too small for him to assist with. Uriel also helps us to gain spiritual understanding and creative insight. Today is a good day to simply touch base with him, ask for help if needed or simply express gratitude for the blessings taking place in your life.

 The Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter and joy are an essential part of self care and creates the positive energy we need to propel us forward. It helps us to let go stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. The power of laughter clears and resets or energy field by releasing tension and emotions that have been held in check. This is an important lesson on our path, if it makes your heart sing then it’s the right direction.

  The Egyptian goddess Hathor helps us to find the answer to the question  “How shall I live my life?” She tells us that every moment gives us opportunities for growth. ” When you are filled with indecision you move away from yourself and your power as a creator. Indecision silences you ability to hear your own inner wisdom. If you need my help just ask and I will shower you with energy that will tip the scales in the direction of what you desire.”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

Orange Calcite helps us to embrace our own power and the abilities we possess while eliminating self defeating thinking. It also helps to balance the emotions and calm our fears so that we can work through problems and temporary setbacks so we may reach our full potential.

Eulite (Hypersthene) which helps us to find solutions to problems (large and small) that get in our way and can hold us back. It will also make seeing the answers and solutions easier by stopping the need to overthink or overly critical thinking. Eulite is also useful for building solid relationships which are necessary for the manifestation process and our personal evolution.

Okenite which can be used to help clear away obstacles and teaches us that the universe is filled with unlimited possibilities when allowing ourselves to face and adapt to change. It helps us to find our inner strength so that we can finish what we start and helps replace bad habits with good ones.

Today’s Message: Love and Peace

131: Love and peace. Sounds like a 60’s revival doesn’t it? These words are just as important today (maybe even more so) as they were then. The truth is that every living thing is touched by them. Don’t lose sight of the things that really matter and do your best to keep spreading love and peace. Today the universe is asking us to end the month with a shift of thought. By lifting ourselves to a higher level of love and peace we are able to see things more clearly as we become more energetically empowered. Remember, what you send out comes back so this is a great day to share this loving and peaceful energy or by simply offering a prayer for a friend or loved one who needs it, for the world, the earth or even for yourself!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Jophiel the angel of Illumination and wisdom, fills us with beautiful, loving thoughts and uplifting energy which helps us to create a fresh approach to life. Jophiel tells us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. By keeping ourselves open to receiving these blessings it draws the things we need directly to us. This is a reminder that slowing down activates our creative mind and makes these things easier to visualize and grasp and by taking the time to “smell the roses” the attitude of gratitude flows more easily.

The Ascended Master Maitreya (Laughing Buddha)  helps us to find peace and harmony through laughter, this gives us a clear perspective and keeps our energy flowing.  He tells us that laughter is sacred and when the heart is alive with joy we are connected to the Infinite and filled with Nirvana-essence. Center your mind with the intent of enjoying yourself and you will find yourself centered in the moment. Enjoy what life has to offer and enjoy the process!

The Greek Goddess Iris teaches us that miracles of beauty can happen in a instant. She says “Open your eyes, both physical and spiritual, then open you heart and allow the divine light to fill you. This will help you see the blessings and the beauty that are right before your eyes. Take nothing for granted.”
