The new year is just getting started but many of us are still struggling with the crappy leftovers from last year. It truly is going to be okay, just hold on. Inside you is the spark of HOPE. It is there I assure you, even though you may have to dig it out and dust it off. Show your spark to others. Show them that is okay to bring theirs out into the open too. This could start a movement! Being honest with others can be hard. But being honest with ourselves can be harder yet. When we set ourselves a goal (It can be a relationship, or a job) and then things change we often struggle to keep the goal or outcome the same. Quite often it’s fear that keeps us from moving forward or ego and pride that won’t let us. This is where self honesty comes into play. It’s always a good thing to look at where you are no matter what you are working to create. Ask yourself the tough questions. ” Is this still what I want?”, “Are there changes that I need to make?”, “If this is no longer my goal what can I use from this to move myself in a new direction?” Things change all the time so don’t be afraid to assist in your transformation so let’s get real!
