Black Tourmaline helps to clear away negative energy and offers protection. It also helps to stimulate both creativity and practicality. Both of which will help us to achieve our goals.

 Unakite. This green and pink stone helps us to see blocks that we have erected within ourselves and then provides valuable insights on removing them so that we can move forward. It helps us to appreciate and gain clarity from the present moment and works with both base and heart chakras.

1015: Fall is a transformative season that embodies change. As we travel lifes path our beliefs and overall perceptions go through periods of change and growth. The Universe is letting us know that we are entering one of these periods now. These coming changes will benefit both ourselves and our loved ones and will have a powerful impact on what we do in the future. Yesterday’s self care day was the first step in helping us to prepare for the personal transformations that will be occurring. Our ability to be open to divine guidance as well as our optimistic attitude will benefit us during this period of emotional and spiritual growth. Creative thinking also comes into play and will take us down new avenues that we are now ready to explore. The key is to be confident in yourself and your intuitive skills because you are the only one who truly knows what’s best for you. Take the opinions of others with a grain of salt, if their words have merit consider them, but ultimately the choices are yours. Today the universe is asking us to embrace the changes currently taking place. Transformations do take time but the benefits will definitely be worth it as they help us to create a better life. The key is to meet change with openness and optimism. This helps us to become more self reliant and confident as it builds both trust and faith. This is the groundwork on which all new things start and the basis for personal fulfillment and happiness. Ask for help or guidance if you need it and remember that help comes in all forms and can arrive from any direction. Give yourself a BIG hug today, you deserve it!
