After a long week it’s nice to just kick back and chill. Let go of the tension and sensory overload that we have accumulated. One of the best ways to do this is to simply “unplug yourself” for awhile. This helps our brains and bodies to reboot, and helps us to ground and center. Do nothing or do something good for yourself.
