Our lives are filled with many things. Unfortunately two of these things are the twins, Stress and Worry. Stress is like a hyper-active child on espresso. He charges in creating havoc and inciting riots. His sister, Worry is the quiet one. She follows in his wake sowing fear and anxiety. Look at our quote for today. Are you happy or have you allowed Stress and Worry to take up residence? Our challenge today is to put Stress and Worry in their place. Look for the “One Good Thing” and acknowledge the “Tiny Miracles”. These will help open the doors to “Happy”.

It isn’t about how much you have. True happiness cannot be found here. Set goals for yourself, and work toward being the best version of YOU that you can be and surround yourself with people who lift you up. This is the path to happiness.
