Happy Tuesday,

Life is about growth. As we navigate our path we are offered numerous opportunities to activate our personal evolution. Like everything else these opportunities offer us choices. By taking what is sent our way we continue to learn and  grow as individuals. However when we let these things pass us by (yes this is a choice) we find ourselves falling behind. Our challenge is to accept an opportunity that is offered to us. On what level will you initiate growth today?

Thought For The Day: February 28, 2018 “Strengthening Relationships”

Happy Wednesday ,

There is a lot to said about the way our ancestors lived. They obviously didn’t have the technology we enjoy today but they were closer to each other than we are now. The sense of community was strong and helping each other was normal and natural. Maybe  we no longer know what community really is. It seems to me that we only come together when tragedy strikes or something upsetting happens. Most never reach out to help unless there is something in it for them, people say “I have your back” and then throw you under the bus. Nice huh? Things are only as complicated as we make them, so why not make the choice to do good and help where we can and strengthen the ties of community.

Happy Friday,


This is an interesting quote and it has nothing to do with actual “religion”.  This is about compassion and empathy as opposed to hate and discontent. In any given situation we have a choice to either do something that we can proud of or something that we will regret later. We are personally responsible for our actions and reactions. if you pay attention to what goes on in the world you see a lot of people refusing to take responsibility for things they do or say. The other day I had someone say to me ” Well I’m just a bitch, so deal with it.”  Uh…………… no……….. this is on you, YOU deal with it. It’s out there, you can’t take it back and there is no excuse for it. I hope you think about it later and have the decency to feel bad about it. My point is  that if we all tried to do “good” in situations we would all have something to be proud of.
