Our thought for the day goes with yesterday’s thought on meditation. While doing something outdoors can be a meditative experience it is also a healing experience. It’s been proven that spending time in nature reduces stress and anxiety. Spend some time today outside, even if it’s just for a few minutes. Take some deep breaths, for those of us who are having cold weather right now cold air invigorates the senses and clears the mind. If you are in a warm climate smell the flowers! Self care is important and this is an easy way to do something healing for yourself!
