Grab a cup of your favorite morning brew and start things off with “Today’s Inspirations”
Come when the rains
Have glazed the snow and clothes the trees with ice,
While the slant sun of February pours
Into the bowers a flood of light.

Beliefnet: 9 Powerful Healing Stones
What if the very earth beneath our feet could heal us?
That is the premise behind crystal healing, an alternative medical technique in which certain crystals and other stones are used to heal the human body of a variety of ailments.
Mother Nature Network: Why do dogs have floppy ears?
Charles Darwin was intrigued with so many evolutionary puzzles. One thing that vexed him was why so many domesticated animals, particularly dogs and livestock, tended to have drooping ears.
A Bountiful Moment:
Each morning when I open my eyes I say to myself: I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, and tomorrow hasn’t arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I’m going to be happy in it.
Everyday begins a new journey. Living in the moment takes practice. We have today to be grateful, enjoy someone’s company, and be happy that you are engaged in the game of life. There are no promises so there can be no regrets. Living today each moment at a time will allow you to see the wonder around you and within you.
Today try not to take anything for granted. Acknowledge everything around you and within your life. Be grateful and show your appreciation. Say thank-you and acknowledge all the good things that occur as your move throughout your day. Know that your gratitude will attract more of what you are grateful for.
Have a Great Day and Believe in Yourself!

Mind Body Green: This 5 -Minute Ritual Will Recharge Your Spiritual Batteries
Think back to the last time you looked at your cellphone to find that dreaded low-battery warning. I bet you immediately went to plug it in, finding immediate reprieve in knowing that it was charging once again. If only we all had this same sense of urgency when our spiritual batteries run lowwhen we feel like we’re getting lost in the day-to-day grind and losing connection with ourselves.
LIVE LIFE FULLY
“Time is life. It is irreversible and irreplaceable. To waste your time is to waste your life, but to master your time is to master your life and make the most of it.”
— Alan Lakein
Refuse to feel USED by life! Make full use of it instead.
To do this, we initially need to take control of the time of our lives. Time management is life management, from the inside out. It’s an INSIDE job. You already have everything you need. You have the power to create a life of meaning, fulfillment and joy.
Your challenge is to find what works for you! Review the literature but make your own decisions. To do this, you’ll need to:
Get to know yourself — your desires and passions, rhythms, styles, challenges, needs and habits.
Be aware that you always have choice. Claim your independence and power to choose what is right for your life, moment by moment.
“Until you value yourself, you will not value your time. Until you value your time, you will not do anything with it.”
— M. Scott Peck
A Note from the Universe
Just to be extra clear there is absolutely no connection between the global economy and your freedom to think as you please.
Nor is there any connection between the global economy and my ability to shock and delight, suddenly and without warning.
I think that pretty much takes care of everything,

Are You Progressing In Steps?
“Each step upward makes me feel stronger and fit for the next step.”
-Mohandas K. Gandhi (1869-1948)
One day at a time. One step at a time. Sometimes this journey is a struggle, like we’re trying to conquer some huge mountain. But as long as we keep going, we make progress. And our progress encourages us to keep going. We’re flexing our spiritual muscles, and getting stronger all the time.
