Today’s Message: Good Vibes

  212: The inner critic. We all have one that seemingly pops up during the times when we are trying to better ourselves and brings out our fear of failure, lack of confidence and even negative self talk. These things can cause us to be pretty hard on ourselves if things don’t go our way or happen fast enough. The fear of failure can also stop us from moving forward. We tell ourselves that “If I don’t try, I won’t fail” or “Maybe I should wait”. Today the angels are reminding us that there are no failures only temporary setbacks. If you try and it doesn’t work out then take an objective look at what you are trying to accomplish. Find what did work (even if it’s only one thing) then discard what didn’t. Start over using the one (or more) good thing as a starting point and go from there. Using positive self-speak like “I CAN. I WILL, I LOVE and I AM” will help keep your good vibes flowing. Remember that you are worthy of creating great things!

Today’s Message: Signals and Messages

210: Every day we receive signals and messages from the people around us and from the Universe. We see them, hear them and feel them both energetically and physically. However, sometimes we don’t recognize them for what they are because we are distracted. Today the Universe is asking us to really listen with every fiber of our being. Our spiritual helpers have so much to share with us and it’s important that we pay attention. (Remember that these messages can come through thoughts, ideas, visual clues, music, feelings and those mind blowing AH-HA! moments.) Open up today and allow yourself to receive the information that is headed your way. Take some time to get centered, clear your mind and make room by putting aside the things you can’t control right now. 29: In some respects we all share a very similar life purpose in that we all have something that we can share with others in need. These Humanitarian acts can complex or as simple as a smile or hug, kind or encouraging words or just being a good listener. Today the Universe is reminding us that we are all qualified to do these small and simple things. Make time today to be there for someone else. Embrace self confidence and listen to your heart as it guides you on this path of service. If it resonates with your spirit you are on the right path. In helping others we often find that we are helping ourselves as well and small acts of compassion and kindness can make a big difference.

26: Today’s world tends to revolve around material things. people are obsessed with having the best, the latest, the most expensive and the most “things”. By allowing these things to control our lives it takes up valuable time and energy. Today the angels are gently reminding us that happiness and success are not created by “the things you have”. They are created by what you have within.

“Step away from the material today and look for your inner peace and harmony which are the things you must have in order to achieve true happiness and success.”

Take time to look at your life and be grateful for what you have. By doing this it allows us to see and receive blessings and opportunities that might otherwise miss out on.

25:  Change is an ongoing part of life and without it life would be pretty boring. The way we see these change is based on our perception of things. If we see these changes in a negative light it can create difficulties for us. But if we look for something positive in them then we grow in unimagined ways. If you are experiencing changes right now or changes are on your horizon the angels want you to know that things are going according to your divine plan and that these changes truly are for the best. They will bring you a much needed overhaul and a fresh outlook. So have faith in yourself and remember that the Universe is on your side and that you are safe and protected. Embrace these changes and flourish in this new cycle!

21: The new month is an invitation to take faith and self-confidence to the next level. The work we do and the progress we make will involve stepping up and believing in yourself and in your own power. Start by embracing the “I CAN” and “I AM” consciousness to jump-start the new cycle. Stay focused on what you want to create for yourself and be open to exploring new avenues for growth and transformation. Your challenge lies in the letting go of outdated beliefs to  make room for the new things headed our way.

Remember that tomorrow is Imbolc/ Candlemas which symbolizes new beginnings and growth which makes this a great time to start planting more new Thought Seeds. Sow your inner garden now, and tend to the seeds you planted last month as well. Be clear about what you want to accomplish. No need to be too grandiose in your plans as sometimes starting small is better as it provides us with more and better options. If you need direction ask the Universe and the angels for additional guidance.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Raphael teaches us that it is through our spiritual journey that we can heal our selves and our lives and regain our self confidence and faith. This opens our spiritual eyes so that we may see what we have and how blessed we truly are as it teaches us how to make room for new things through the clearing out process. He helps to clear the way so that we can achieve balance by removing the blocks associated with giving and receiving by promoting flexibility in thinking and attitude.

 The Ascended Master, Saint Padre Pio, keeps us on the path of spiritual and personal growth. As we continue to grow so do our abilities like intuition, compassion, and seeing through the eyes of love. His energy is strong and optimistic which helps to boost our faith and confidence.

The Greek goddess Hecate teaches us about the importance of change. She helps us to release the past and the old things that keep us from moving on and how to accept change and transition. She tells us:  ” I am the guardian of the crossroads.  Remember that to move ahead you must face your fears and release the past. Change and circumstance are inviting you to choose a path. It is your choice so make the one that is best for you.”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

Moss Agate. This gentle stone promotes new beginnings and can help release the blocks that are keeping us from moving forward.  It attracts new forms of abundance and teaches us how to channel our energy in new, creative ways. Often referred to as the gardener’s stone Moss Agate helps us connect to nature, the earth, and our own inner garden as well. Carry it with you or wear it during times of new growth.

Iron Pyrite has a warm, positive energy. It teaches us to have confidence in our skills and abilities so that we are able to realize our true potential by stimulating new ideas and knowledge of our own self worth. Pyrite also helps to balance instinct with innate intuition and overall creativity.

Orbicular or Ocean Jasper helps to increase our sense of responsibility and promotes patience. It provides the strength we need to calmly deal with life’s challenges and soothes the emotional stress that can happen when we become impatient for results.

Today’s Message: Love and Peace

131: Love and peace. Sounds like a 60’s revival doesn’t it? These words are just as important today (maybe even more so) as they were then. The truth is that every living thing is touched by them. Don’t lose sight of the things that really matter and do your best to keep spreading love and peace. Today the universe is asking us to end the month with a shift of thought. By lifting ourselves to a higher level of love and peace we are able to see things more clearly as we become more energetically empowered. Remember, what you send out comes back so this is a great day to share this loving and peaceful energy or by simply offering a prayer for a friend or loved one who needs it, for the world, the earth or even for yourself!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Jophiel the angel of Illumination and wisdom, fills us with beautiful, loving thoughts and uplifting energy which helps us to create a fresh approach to life. Jophiel tells us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. By keeping ourselves open to receiving these blessings it draws the things we need directly to us. This is a reminder that slowing down activates our creative mind and makes these things easier to visualize and grasp and by taking the time to “smell the roses” the attitude of gratitude flows more easily.

The Ascended Master Maitreya (Laughing Buddha)  helps us to find peace and harmony through laughter, this gives us a clear perspective and keeps our energy flowing.  He tells us that laughter is sacred and when the heart is alive with joy we are connected to the Infinite and filled with Nirvana-essence. Center your mind with the intent of enjoying yourself and you will find yourself centered in the moment. Enjoy what life has to offer and enjoy the process!

The Greek Goddess Iris teaches us that miracles of beauty can happen in a instant. She says “Open your eyes, both physical and spiritual, then open you heart and allow the divine light to fill you. This will help you see the blessings and the beauty that are right before your eyes. Take nothing for granted.”

Rose Quartz. This soft pink crystal is the ultimate nurturer of compassion and loving energy. It soothes the heart, mind, and spirit. It helps us to bring out the best part of ourselves so that we can help and heal not only ourselves but others as well
