  212: The inner critic. We all have one that seemingly pops up during the times when we are trying to better ourselves and brings out our fear of failure, lack of confidence and even negative self talk. These things can cause us to be pretty hard on ourselves if things don’t go our way or happen fast enough. The fear of failure can also stop us from moving forward. We tell ourselves that “If I don’t try, I won’t fail” or “Maybe I should wait”. Today the angels are reminding us that there are no failures only temporary setbacks. If you try and it doesn’t work out then take an objective look at what you are trying to accomplish. Find what did work (even if it’s only one thing) then discard what didn’t. Start over using the one (or more) good thing as a starting point and go from there. Using positive self-speak like “I CAN. I WILL, I LOVE and I AM” will help keep your good vibes flowing. Remember that you are worthy of creating great things!

128: Drama people are everywhere. Today the Universe is gently reminding us that when we get caught up in the everyday dramas of others we lose our focus and our momentum. Let yourself rise above these distractions and direct your energy into creating new opportunities, opening new doors or simple the things that bring you peace.. To take advantage of these blessings we must be willing to let go of old habits and thought patterns. Both of which can be centered around the dramas (direct and indirectly) taking place in our lives. Allow you inner wisdom to guide you as it will keep you from getting sidetracked. It helps to promotes the softer, move loving view that we need to embrace gratitude, it soothes and clears the emotions and fills us with loving compassion. 115: The new year just like any new cycle brings new beginnings and the opportunity for change. Remember that the key to embracing change lies in our perception of it and how we deal with it. There are three options where change is concerned:

Fight it: Struggling with change keeps us from growing (emotionally, mentally, spiritually) and creates unneeded stress which can keep us from achieving our desired dreams and goals. It wears us us out on all levels leaving us drained and vulnerable.

Ignore it: Change will happen anyway, however, we forfeit our control of the creation process and can wind up settling for less. If we follow this path change blindsides us which can also cause stress, fear and anxiety.

Work with it: This allows you to take an active roll in the creation process. By embracing change we can set things in motion then allow things to unfold naturally and nudge things along as needed. This invites our creative energy forward which aids our powers of perspective.

 Today the Universe is asking us to make friends with change and to elevate our thinking. Stay focused on what’s important in your life and continue working toward a positive outcome. Work with the changes that are happening and open the doors to new adventures.

Today’s Message: Embrace The Flow

910: Today is all about keeping our energy elevated and being optimistic. Sometimes this can be difficult, especially when something bad happens and our thoughts and mood take a nosedive into the basement. The key is to do your best to move past it even if you can’t let go altogether. Focus on other things and the event will lose its power. Today we are receiving assistance from Spirit (Divine, Goddess, God, etc) in keeping our thoughts elevated particularly in areas that pertain to “Why am I here?”. Allow yourself to absorb new ideas that come out of the blue. These will provide needed and valuable insights that will help us along our path. Remember, information comes in many forms and that positive energy helps us to draw what we need to us like a magnet!

Today’s Message: Gratitude and Blessings

717: Achieving growth on personal and spiritual levels is hard work and these periods of growth tend to occur when change comes knocking at the door. Today the Angels simply want us to know that we are on the right path and that our patience and persistence is paying off. Look back and review your progress and the lessons you have learned. By putting these things into practice you gain a deeper and more fulfilling view of your path. Take some time today to connect to the Universe (Spirit, Goddess, God ) and offer thanks for the blessings in your life or ask for Divine guidance.
