Today’s Message: It’s Time To Simplify

123:  We are busy creatures that spend our days scurrying about like ants on a mission  expending great amounts of energy, time and money. Some of the “expenditures” are worthwhile and others are not which makes it easy to wear ourselves out. We also tend to hang on to things like people, possessions, and activities simply out of habit. Today our angels are asking us to look at where our time, energy and money go and to root out the things we no longer need, have outgrown or keep hanging onto just because. Simplify your life is the key phrase for today. Be proactive about making room in your life and check the expiration dates. If something doesn’t fulfill you, bring you joy, or it steals your energy it’s time to let it go. Remember that through simplifying and clearing you are making room for new adventures, friends, and blessings!

Remember to try and let go of any doubts, worries or fears that pop up. This is not always easy but if done a step at a time it becomes more manageable. The Universe is always here to support you and your efforts, and by allowing them to assist you your manifestation increases tenfold! 1011: Everyday we handcraft create our personal  reality through our thoughts and beliefs. By focusing on the good things we ultimately draw more of the same towards us. Just like a negative focus draws negative things. Remember, negative thoughts are normal (we all have them) and they should never be dismissed out of hand. The key here is to acknowledge and examine them, look for the “WHY” you feel that way, and release it to the Universe. Today we are being asked to engage our creative side, do something fun or that brings you joy and to avoid addictive behaviors and toxic situations or people. Today’s Message: Talking To Ourselves

714: The power of positive thought comes up quite frequently in our daily messages. The Universe knows that it’s hard for us to be optimistic all the time. There are days that…….. well there are just THOSE days. We all have them and that’s normal. The key lies in our ability to acknowledge our negative feelings and then move past them. Remember that you can turn a negative statement into a positive one by substituting words. By eliminating the words “IF” ( that’s never going to happen) and “BUT” (I lack faith and self-confidence) from your thought vocabulary you can change the intent. Replace “If” with WHEN (I know it will happen) and “But” with HOWEVER (I have faith and patience). This will give momentum to your manifestation process. Our Divine helpers are telling us that by making these small changes we will become more empowered with strength and confidence.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Jophiel the angel of Illumination and wisdom, fills us with beautiful, loving thoughts and uplifting energy which helps us to create a fresh approach to life. Jophiel tells us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. By keeping ourselves open to receiving these blessings it draws the things we need directly to us. This is a reminder that slowing down activates our creative mind and makes these things easier to visualize and grasp and by taking the time to “smell the roses” the attitude of gratitude flows more easily.

The Ascended Master Sanat Kumara teaches us that we have an unlimited supply of personal power and helps us find the energy we need to keep going and rise above negative experiences and thought patterns. This gives us the skills we need to strengthen our personal boundaries so that we can be and stay strong in situations where we need to be.

The Greek Goddess Iris, Lady of Rainbows, sheds the prism of hope on stormy emotions. She brings feelings of calm and all-will-be-well energy. Iris tells us ” While there is beauty and clarity found in turbulence remember not to let these storms become a destructive flood. Look for the light and use it to ascend to a higher level of thought.”

Agate. This humble stone is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. It nurtures our spiritual growth and inner strength by helping us to make the most of our life experiences.

Dioptase helps us to create a more balanced life while we work toward achieving our personal goals. It also teaches us to see things in joy and the best in every action.

Pink Kunzite is a feel-good stone that helps us to go with the flow. It brings feelings of peace as it connects us to universal love as it removes obstacles from our path and promotes communication on all levels.

Today’s Message: It’s Up To You

71: As we navigate the paths that make up our life we find that everyone has an opinion about how, when, where, and why we should do things. The truth is that the only opinion that matters is our own and we are the only ones who really know what’s in our hearts. However, well-meaning people (and sometimes not so well-meaning) will try to push us off our path simply because they don’t agree with or understand what we need. So take the opinions of others with a grain of salt. During this new cycle, the Universe will be helping us by providing direction and guidance that will help us on our journey. You will know that you are headed in the right direction when it makes your spirit sing and your heart soar!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Raguel helps us to find our power and brings clarity when we feel conflicted about what to do next by providing a boost of energy and by bringing order to our thoughts.  He also aids in the letting go process which is essential to moving forward. Raguel reminds us that sometimes people can get “freaky” when they see you moving off in a new direction and helps to smooth the way by resolving conflicts and disharmony with those around us as we work with our creative magic.

The Ascended Master Saint Germain provides courage and direction as we navigate life’s ups and downs. The Hindu Mother Goddess Durga teaches us how to create boundaries and maintain them as well as protect ourselves from the negative or controlling energy of others. She says:  ” Personal boundaries are important to your well-being. It is sometimes best to walk away. I can help you to step back and give you the self-assurance to do what is in your best interest.”

Dioptase helps us to create a more balanced life while we work toward achieving our personal goals. It also teaches us to see things in joy and the best in every action.


Blue Quartz helps us to understand our spiritual nature and gives us a spiritual boost as it brings hope as it calms the mind and helps us to become more self-reliant. Together these things promote happiness and feelings of well-being. It also cleanses the energy of our outer environment as it supports peaceful interactions with those around us.  Blue Quartz also promotes clarity and eases any fear we may experience as we continue to explore. It works with both the Throat and Third Eye Chakras and helps us to speak our truth and promotes being heard and positive communication
