Today’s Message: The Humanitarian Mind Set

29: In some respects, we all share a very similar life purpose in that we all have something that we can share with others in need. These Humanitarian acts can be complex or as simple as a smile or hug, kind or encouraging words or just being a good listener. Today the Universe is reminding us that we are all qualified to do these small and simple things. Make time today to be there for someone else. Embrace self-confidence and listen to your heart as it guides you on this path of service. If it resonates with your spirit you are on the right path. In helping others we often find that we are helping ourselves as well and small acts of compassion and kindness can make a big difference.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Zadkiel teaches us that true compassion and healing lies in our ability to forgive ourselves and others. This is essential to letting go and letting it be processes as it allows our hearts and minds to make room and teaches us to just breathe and embrace compassion which makes room for new growth. The Ascended Master Mother Mary provides us with all forms of healing. She surrounds us with her gentle energy and helps to fill our hearts with love as she imparts feelings of peace and safety as she gently heals the dark, hidden places within while showing us the path that leads to compassion and forgiveness which are essential to healing ourselves and helping others.

The Egyptian Goddess Nuit (Nut) represents the sky and the cosmos. She is a mother goddess, a life-giver. She teaches us the importance of nurturing those in our care with patience and love. As a cosmic goddess she reminds us of our divine place in the Universe and while we may feel small and insignificant the truth is far different. She says ” Rejoice in your own power. It is love and patience that allow you to shape the world and make you a creator in your own right. You do not need to have born a child to be a mother, this essence lives within all. Embrace it and send it to those around you.”

We know when something feels right. Our body sends us that signal of comfort when we are making a good decision. And when we have that feeling of discomfort, then something is wrong. It’s a signal for us to choose again. The “feel” of it leads us to the truth. If we had to make a decision solely based on thinking, we may come to an entirely different conclusion. There are too many other factors to consider, and our mind weighs the alternatives. Easier, and quicker, to “go with the gut” in many cases, and basically follow our instinct.
