216: We all struggle with various forms of material concerns and although we do our best to maintain an optimistic outlook there are times when we find ourselves stuck in the “Swamp of Worry & Fear”. This little side trip happens to everyone. The key is in having faith in yourself to make things happen even when the cards seem stacked against you. The Universe and its helpers are reminding us that when the swamp beckons, take a moment and find your center. Let go of fear and worry and focus on what’s good in your life, Embracing gratitude allows us to gain clarity and focus. Today’s Message: Look To The Horizon

215: There is change is on the horizon and the Universe is letting us know that good things are on the way! Change is a normal part of life. Some of these changes we initiate, some are surprises and some happen so gradually that we hardly know they are happening. Regardless of how they unfold keep in mind that the nature and direction of our thoughts will play an important role. Remember that attitude and perception play huge roles in this process. If our minds are stuck in a negative holding pattern the process can be scary and stressful. However, by surrounding ourselves with optimistic and confident energy it’s easier to meet change head-on. This allows things to happen naturally and makes the process easier so that we can embrace change with an attitude of adventure and excitement. Check your progress and path often. If it feels right…. explore it. But if you have doubts or it makes you uncomfortable be bold and make the necessary adjustments and move on to something better.

Today’s Message: Give Yourself A Hug

214: Today’s message is about love, it is Valentine’s Day after all!. While it’s important to show love for those around you it’s equally important to show some for yourself. Today the angels are asking us to make room for some self-love. By acknowledging yourself as an awesome and amazing person (and you really are!) you are affirming that you are worthy of receiving the love and positive energies around you and being sent to you. As I said earlier this week we are quite often our own worst critics so today is your chance to jump on your own bandwagon. Be your own valentine today and do something nice for yourself and don’t forget to give yourself a BIG hug and embrace the beautiful and divine spirit that is YOU!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Jophiel the angel of Illumination and wisdom, fills us with beautiful, loving thoughts and uplifting energy which helps us to create a fresh approach to life. Today’s Message: Sacred Mother Energy

213: The spark of the Sacred Feminine and the Goddess lives within each of us. The number 13 corresponds to the 13 moons, the Goddess, and our own intuition. With the first signs of Spring starting to emerge it’s a great time to get outside and connect with Gaia, the Earth Mother. Look for signs of the new season and let it fill your being with fresh and hopeful energy. The Sacred Feminine offers us guidance and teaches us to use the sacred tool of our own intuition. Self-reliance is built through intuition as is the ability to focus more fully on creating the life we desire. Today we are being asked to use our intuition to select and plant new Thought Seeds. This is the season to start sowing your inner garden with new dreams and goals and tend to what you have already planted. You are a powerful creator and it’s time to initiate the next steps on your journey.

Moonstone, the stone of new beginnings, reminds us that all things are a part of the cycle of change This beautiful, watery stone helps to navigate the cycles of change and calms our emotions. Gently encouraging creative thinking and creative problem solving as it brings our intuitive skills forward, promoting control and confidence so these skills become more familiar and easier to access. Today’s Message: Silencing Our Inner Critic

212: The inner critic. We all have one that seemingly pops up during the times when we are trying to better ourselves and brings out our fear of failure, lack of confidence, and even negative self-talk. These things can cause us to be pretty hard on ourselves if things don’t go our way or happen fast enough. The fear of failure can also stop us from moving forward. We tell ourselves that “If I don’t try, I won’t fail” or “Maybe I should wait”. Today the angels are reminding us that there are no failures only temporary setbacks. If you try and it doesn’t work out then take an objective look at what you are trying to accomplish. Find what did work (even if it’s only one thing) then discard what didn’t. Start over using the one (or more) good thing as a starting point and go from there. Using positive self-speak like “I CAN. I WILL, I LOVE and I AM” will help keep your good vibes flowing. Remember that you are worthy of creating and receiving wonderful things!
