214: Today’s message is about love, it is Valentine’s day after all!. While it’s important to show love for those around you it’s equally important to show some for yourself. Today the angels are asking us to make room for some self love.  By acknowledging yourself as an awesome and amazing person (and you really are!) you are affirming that you are worthy of receiving the love and positive energies around you and being sent to you. As I said earlier this week we are quite often our own worst critics so today is your chance to jump on your own bandwagon. Be your own valentine today and do something nice for yourself and don’t forget to give yourself a BIG hug and embrace the beautiful and divine spirit that is YOU!

1119: Today the Universe is asking us to focused on bringing peace into our lives and those of our loved ones. The last year has been stressful for most of us so it’s important to bring peace where you can and that starts with finding peace within yourself. The Universe and it’s helpers are here to help us. They are reminding us that when we are at peace with ourselves we feel better, this can be achieved through self care, setting boundaries or by simply stepping back. 214:Today’s message is about love, it is Valentine’s Day after all!. While it’s important to show love for those around you it’s equally important to show some for yourself. Today the angels are asking us to turn any fears or worries over to them and make room for some self love. By acknowledging yourself as an awesome and amazing person (and you really are!) you are affirming that you are worthy of receiving the love and positive energies around you and being sent to you. As I said earlier this week we are quite often our own worst critics so today is your chance to jump on your own bandwagon. Be your own valentine today and do something nice for yourself and don’t forget to give yourself a BIG hug and embrace the beautiful and divine spirit that is YOU!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Haniel showers us with stardust, illuminating our thoughts and memories so that we can remember what magical beings we truly are, which assists us in the creation process. In turn this shows us how to receive with grace and gratitude. This process accelerates when we allow beauty and harmony to surround us. It’ helps us to enjoy ourselves which makes blessings easier to receive.

The Ascended Master, Saint Padre Pio, keeps us on the path of spiritual and personal growth. As we continue to grow so do our abilities like intuition, compassion, and seeing through the eyes of love. His energy is strong and optimistic which helps to boost our faith and confidence.

The Roman Goddess Venus teaches us to truly appreciate ourselves. She says “You must put loving self care first. By doing so you become confidently empowered and fully connected to your own divine nature.”

Amazonite. This stone is sometimes called the stone of hope. It helps us to speak our truth with confidence and instills us with hope itself. It calms and soothes frayed nerves during times of stress and helps us to feel and embrace universal love. It works with both heart and throat chakras.

Celestite which promotes spiritual development and teaches us to reach for personal enlightenment and helps us to find peace within. It also helps us to embrace new experiences while blending instinct and intellect to create balance and harmony while providing strength and calm.

Sunstone brings personal empowerment and fights procrastination. It brings out our natural optimism, self confidence and promotes our natural flow of abundance as it soothes our fear of change and the accompanying stress that change can bring. Sunstone has a strong connection to light and helps to harness the re energizing power of the sun during meditation and everyday life. It is linked to all benevolent deities and brings good fortune and luck.

The Perfect Flow: Cat’s Angel Message for January 18, 2021

118: The Universe is asking us to perform a balance check today. This is a reminder that doing this regularly is always in our best interest and is an important part of our self-care routine. Remember that there is a fine line between giving and receiving and tipping the scales in either direction causes imbalance. By giving away too much of ourselves stress levels skyrocket and we become drained and tired. If we receive or take too much from others, not only do we drain them but our energy changes from positive and loving to needy and greedy. If you find that you are tipping the scales in either direction take the time to ground and center then make the adjustments to free up and even out your energy flow. This will help to open the doors to new things that you might miss out on otherwise. Remember, staying balanced means that you have more energy to create your dreams and goals.

Archangel Uriel helps us to let go of the past and invite essential new growth into our lives. He helps us to find harmony in the things going on around us and reminds us that letting go is essential for change and transformation to take place. Today is a good day to simply touch base with him, ask for help if needed or simply express gratitude for the blessings taking place in your life.

The Ascended Master Buddha is our go-to guy when we feel “wobbly’. He teaches us that the key to happy living requires moderation and balance in all things. This includes the important balance between giving and receiving. When we are balanced we find that inner peace is ours!
