1213: As the holidays draw near we often find ourselves fighting with stress and anxiety which can be created through negative emotions and relationships, both ours and those of others. They bog down our energy which halts our forward momentum and blocks our creative power. For those who are struggling, we are being reminded that help and support are available by turning our emotional stress, fears, and worries over to the Universe. By letting go and simply letting things be we feel better and we gain clarity and perspective. Invite your creative mind to come forward as this effectively promotes communication, improves our overall mood and opens us to new ideas as it stabilizes your energy. Ask for divine help when needed and don’t forget to ground, clear and center. Above all know that you are loved and cared for and let inner peace be your friend.

 Archangel Raguel helps us to find our power and brings clarity when we feel conflicted about what to do next by providing a boost of energy and by bringing order to your thoughts.  He also aids in the letting go process which is essential to moving forward. Raguel reminds us that sometimes people can get “freaky” when they see you moving off in a new direction and helps to smooth the way by resolving conflicts and disharmony with those around us as we work with our creative magic.

The Ascended Master Serapis Bey brings us the necessary spiritual insight we need when dealing with negative people, feelings or situations. The Egyptian goddess Bastet (Bast) is not only associated with cats both large and small she is also a goddess of protection and of things that bring pleasure to the senses. In her role as protector she tells us “Never be afraid to stand up for yourself or move in the direction you know is right. Remember the importance of setting boundaries. This helps you to take control of your life”

Today’s Message: Goodbye November

1130: On this final day of November the Universe is bringing us the following message. “You and your loved ones deserve the things that bring you peace and we are here to help make them happen.”

Sometimes it’s difficult to just admit that we need help to let alone accept it. However, the truth is that we cannot do everything by ourselves. Today the we are being reminded that it’s okay to ask for help. Sometimes all we need is someone to listen and sometimes we need a little more. Remember that help comes in many forms so when asking the Universe for assistance always keep an open mind. Our spiritual helpers are always available and ready to assist you in anything that brings peace to you and your loved ones.

Archangel Sandalphon hears all requests and makes sure that they get to the Angel or Ascended Master who is  best able to handle them. Ask him to help you clearly understand the information that you receive (his favorite mode of communication is music!). Sandalphon also provides us with an emotional boost of courage. Today’s Message: Peaceful Relationships

1119: Today the Universe is asking us to focused on bringing peace into our lives and those of our loved ones. The last year has been stressful for most of us so it’s important to bring peace where you can and that starts with finding peace within yourself. The Universe and it’s helpers are here to help us. They are reminding us that when we are at peace with ourselves we feel better, this can be achieved through self care, setting boundaries or by simply stepping back. Sometimes it’s through alone time and sometimes it’s created by spending quality time with family or close friends, so whatever works for you is the RIGHT way. 1114: Our message today combines the power of positive thought with self care. The Universe knows that it’s hard to be positive all the time, and this is normal. We all slip occasionally and it’s okay! The thing about negative thought patterns is that by holding on to them it can cause self harm through lack of self care. The Universe is telling us that our self care is important because if we are unable to help ourselves first we won’t be able to help those who need us. Did you know that you can turn a negative statement into a positive one by eliminating the words “IF”= That’s never going to happen and “BUT”= I lack faith and self confidence, from your positive thought vocabulary? try replacing IF with WHEN and BUT with HOWEVER and it will give your statement a positive push. If you are having trouble with being or staying positive take the time to ground-center-clear and remember to breathe. Ask the universe to help you and let yourself be open to the assistance that is waiting for you

1024: Every day we are surrounded with divine love and protection. Our spirit helpers and the Universe are always near and ready to help. Over the last few days, we have been using our creator skills to assist in our personal evolution. This requires us to have both faith and courage. Through our faith, we draw upon our inner courage. And that courage comes from embracing and acknowledging your own divine power (your spark). If things feel a bit off kilter today, take a moment to ground and center, then remind yourself that you are worthy of creating and receiving great things. Embrace your dreams and follow your heart!

Mookite, a form of Jasper that comes in many creamy color combinations, promotes decision making and versatility. These things are important when we are faced with new experiences and find ourselves faced with the need to take action. It encourages us to be flexible during times of change and helps us to embrace new experiences with an open sense of adventure.

Today’s Message:   Just Breathe

1014:  Today the angels are reminding us that we can’t take care of others if we don’t take care of ourselves first. Make today about what you need. Start your day by performing a self check, then ground, center and release any negative energy that you may have picked up. (You can call upon Archangel Michael to help with this) Remember that your goal is unwind so do something nice for yourself! Unplug for awhile, read a book, meditate, buy yourself a gift, take a walk or even a home spa treatment. Spending a little quality time with yourself helps you to relax, it can change your perspective and generate new and creative ideas. Today the angels are saying “Sit back and just breathe. Let stress and worry go and just let yourself be.”
Affirm : “I am healthy, whole and complete!”

This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines, and cords that have been attached to me by others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc followed by a sense of relief.

The Ascended Master Vywamus encourages us to continuously and  consciously seek inspiration through the discovery and rediscovery of our own natural abilities and talents. He teaches us that healing can be found in change. If something is holding you back he can teach you how to let it go or let it be so you can continue moving forward.

The Celtic goddess Nematona teaches us that healing can be found through nature as she  helps us replenish our energy. She says, ” I am the spirit of the sacred grove. I invite you to worship in my temple and feel the heartbeat of nature. This communion can heal a weary and battered soul and replenish your spirit with hope and divine peace.”

Today’s Message: The Beauty of Today

927: We will continue talking about our support system today. Having a great support system can help give us the confidence to move forward with our goals and dreams. However, the truth is that your own self-confidence will help you far more and open far more doors. By believing in yourself and in your dreams you are consciously creating a flow of positive energy that surrounds you and spreads outward, opening the paths and doorways to new things and experiences. Today we are being asked to embrace our confidence and let it shine. Stay focused on the now so that you don’t miss out on the beauty of the day and the new opportunities that it offers!

Today’s Message: Balance Check

97: Yesterday we talked about how promoting goodwill and peace begins at home as well as sending loving, positive vibes out into the world and to the people around us. Today the angels are sending a gentle reminder that we need to remain open to receiving as well as giving …. in other words balance. By only giving we deplete ourselves and by only taking we deplete others. Neither is a healthy option. However, by balancing the two we find that our energy flows freely and not only benefits us but others as well. It creates a powerful, ever-expanding circle of energy that spreads like ripples in a pond. Perform a self-check today and make sure your energies are balanced and make any necessary adjustments that are needed. Now…. take a deep breath and shine!

 Archangel Jophiel the angel of Illumination and wisdom, fills us with beautiful, loving thoughts and uplifting energy which helps us to create a fresh approach to life. Jophiel tells us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. Today’s Message: Harvesting Your Abundant

728: The key to abundance can be found in acknowledging the blessings that we have. This generates a positive flow of energy which draws new blessings to us. Our message today is a reminder that the flow of divine abundance always surrounds us. As we approach the first of the Pagan harvest festivals, Lammas/ Lughnasadh, it’s a great time to take stock of what you have and you may even find some things ready to harvest. The old adage of “counting your blessings” really comes into play over the next few days. It’s time to harvest from our inner fields and gardens and embrace the richness and tiny miracles that fill our lives. You truly have more abundance than you realize. If you feel lacking in that area a change of perspective is always a good plan.

Today’s Message: Faith, Focus, Reset

622: Our message, as well as our inner peace and our spiritual nature, revolves around both focus and faith. And today the Universe is asking us to stay focused on the now and avoid distractions. When we get busy or overwhelmed our focus turns inward and is lost. Sometimes this is necessary, however, it also tends to pull us away from the things going on around us that require our undivided attention. This is where our faith comes into play. Give your inner worrywart a hug and remind them that things will work out and you both will be fine. Paying attention and remembering to just breathe today will keep you focused on what’s really important so that you don’t miss out!
