36: Our focus today involves making some peace with our material worries and concerns. While these things ARE valid and should be taken seriously we shouldn’t let them rule our lives. When we fixate on these material things we are causing ourselves unnecessary stress. Even though there may be nothing we can do at that moment we often allow ourselves to get worked up. This is not so good for our physical, emotional, or spiritual well-being. The Angels are letting us know that they are here to help and that they are supporting you and your loved ones. Don’t focus on what you feel you are lacking, instead place your focus on what you have and how you can make the most of it while you wait. Embrace gratitude and the tiny miracles you experience today. Show yourself a little love and set aside what you can’t immediately control.

228: As the month winds down we are being reminded that it’s more than okay to allow yourself to receive the gifts and blessings that the Universe has to offer. Sometimes we get so caught up in giving to others that when it becomes our turn to receive we kind of freak out and think or say something like ” Oh no, that’s okay!” or “I don’t deserve that!” By turning away good things that are offered we can slip out of balance and find our energy bottled up. But when we allow ourselves to receive with grace and gratitude doors open up to an amazing flow of abundance and growth. Allow yourself to receive today and allow this energy to come full circle.

Today’s Message: Silencing Our Inner Critic

212: The inner critic. We all have one that seemingly pops up during the times when we are trying to better ourselves and brings out our fear of failure, lack of confidence, and even negative self-talk. These things can cause us to be pretty hard on ourselves if things don’t go our way or happen fast enough. The fear of failure can also stop us from moving forward. We tell ourselves that “If I don’t try, I won’t fail” or “Maybe I should wait”. Today the angels are reminding us that there are no failures only temporary setbacks. If you try and it doesn’t work out then take an objective look at what you are trying to accomplish. Find what did work (even if it’s only one thing) then discard what didn’t. Start over using the one (or more) good thing as a starting point and go from there. Using positive self-speak like “I CAN. I WILL, I LOVE and I AM” will help keep your good vibes flowing. Remember that you are worthy of creating and receiving wonderful things!

26: Today’s world tends to revolve around material things. People are obsessed with having the best, the latest, the most expensive, and the most “things”. By allowing this material obsession to rule our lives it takes up valuable resources, time, and energy. Today the angels are gently reminding us that happiness and success are not created by “the things you have”. They are created by what you have within.

“Step away from the material today and look for your inner peace and balance. These are the things you must have in order to achieve true happiness and success.”

Take time to look at your life and be grateful for what you have and for the tiny miracles that surround us. By doing this it allows us to see and receive blessings and opportunities that might otherwise miss out on.

Today’s Message: Evolve With Baby Steps

12: Personal Evolution is our key phrase for today. After last year things may not look or feel perfect right now and the Universe is reminding us that better things are on the horizon. The first week of the new year is a great time to set your intentions for what you want or need to accomplish. While this may feel overwhelming the key is to start small and take baby steps. This method of creating helps us to finely tune our goals which means a higher level of success. Remember that our intentions are like seeds so plant them early and begin the nurturing process so that they will begin to “sprout” at Imbolc (Feb 2) Starting small also helps to keep things real so that we build exactly what we need and are ready for each new step when it is presented. Today our Angels are letting us know that the wheels are turning and things are happening behind the scenes. Ask for assistance or direction when you need it and above all stay optimistic and focused on the best possible outcome

1221: Happy Winter Solstice! Today marks the beginning of winter, the return of the sun, and longer days. On this day of celebration, the Universe is asking us to hold love in our hearts and to trust in both your inner guidance system and the universal energies. Your power of positive self-talk will also come into play today. Remember that any statement you make can influence the outcome of any given situation, so take care to stay away from the negative ones. As we work towards transforming our lives it’s important to make statements in the present tense (I AM, I HAVE). The Universe and its helpers want us to have the best and be our best. They are always working behind the scenes to help us manifest our dreams and goals. Remember that when we do our part they can do theirs. Do not allow self-criticism or the “Negative Nellies” of the world to bring you down or lower your energy. Stay focused and welcome the light as you move into a brighter future.

It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feelings that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace. It opens our hearts and shows us the love in relationships and situations, which helps us find a balancing point Use this gentle stone to shower yourself with loving care and to send healing to those little places that most need it.

Our thoughts and our faith are part of our “Sacred Tools” and when combined together with our creative power our manifestation ability greatly increases. Today the Universe is reminding us to honor our power as a creator and to have faith in our own divine wisdom and magic. Remember to pay attention to the messages that you receive as this information helps us to create and draw new life choices and opportunities. Allow yourself to be open and confident and acknowledge your unlimited potential. Believe in your heart that the Universe is helping you by supporting the efforts you are making. Things happen in their own time and by simply setting things in motion

These things are important when we are faced with new experiences and find ourselves faced with the need to take action. It encourages us to be flexible during times of change and helps us to embrace new experiences with an open sense of adventure.

Smoky Quartz helps to neutralize negative energy and teaches us how to work through the fear of failure which can show up during times of change and transformation. It also promotes clear insight and focus which helps us to leave behind the things that no longer serve us and make room for the blessings headed your way.
