96: How do you know what your life purpose is? Well, that can sometimes be a little tricky. Some people intuitively know while others are left scratching their heads. For those who already know the universe is sending a gentle reminder that goodwill and peace start at home. Check your balance there and work on areas that need a little boost For those who remain unsure the universe says to start small, do what you can for one person at a time including yourself. It’s time to lead by example and by sharing your unique light with those around you. Be a peacemaker, a leader, or a role model. Remember that all your needs are being supplied and manifested along the way!

Archangel Chamuel helps us in creating and maintaining strong and loving relationships. While this includes the one we have with ourselves and our own spiritual nature, it helps our relationships with others as well. Ask him to help you create an atmosphere of peace, love, and togetherness. His goal is to help us to build a strong foundation from which we can create our personal evolution.

The Ascended Master El Morya supports all who give of themselves in service of others and he shows us how to stay committed to our own growth so that we can heal and teach those in need.  He reminds us that it is our faith that keeps us grounded so that we can embrace both the patience and the clear decision-making needed to make things happen.

 The Roman Goddess Venus teaches us to truly appreciate ourselves. She says “You must put loving self-care first. By doing so you become confidently empowered and fully connected to your own divine nature.”

Fuchsite helps us to understand our personal interactions with others, particularly in the areas of basic life concerns. It teaches self-worth and how to do what is necessary to get others moving in the right direction without doing everything for them.

 Malachite helps to support friendships and promotes empathy towards others. It also strengthens our ability to absorb and process information so that we can show our feelings in a positive way. Malachite helps those making aggressive personal or life changes. It brings a sense of adventure to our transformation as it shows us what is blocking our spiritual growth and the best way to move forward.

Today’s Message: Communication

810: The more we work on opening and strengthening the channels of communication between ourselves and the Divine, the easier it is to make a connection. It should feel comfortable and over time it will become second nature and provide an almost meditative experience. This communication flow helps us in many ways. It not only opens the way for new information it also brings us peace and feelings of safety. Today the angels are asking us to pay attention to the guidance we receive, it could come as thoughts, ideas, AHA! moments or even through visual clues. Allow this guidance to assist your decisions and actions. The key is to surrender what doesn’t work so that the right things will be able to reach you. Surrender will bring change and it is through change that we increase flow in our lives. It’s important, so get ready to embrace the blessings that are headed your way!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Sandalphon hears all requests and makes sure that they get to the Angel or Ascended Master who is best able to handle them. Ask him to help you clearly understand the information that you receive (his favorite mode of communication is music!). Sandalphon also provides us with an emotional boost of courage. This is important as it helps us to make bold decisions that will help us on our path.

The Ascended Master Vywamus encourages us to continuously and consciously seek inspiration through the discovery and rediscovery of our own natural abilities and talents. She says” Allow your mind to be still and let your inner wisdom guide you. The answers that you seek are before you if you have the courage to remove the veils and shed light in the shadows.

Rutilated (Angel Hair) Quartz. This powerful crystal helps to cleanse and realign our chakras. This is also a great meditation stone that teaches us patience while promoting both calm and balance. Connection to the divine realms can also be found by using this stone.

Turquoise helps us with creative problem solving and promotes both balance and intuition. It is aligned with the Throat Chakra and teaches us to speak up for ourselves and to speak our truth, which can be a valuable asset when working with gratitude and our ability to create. Angelite helps us to connect to the angelic realms by enhancing our lines of communication. It is also a good stone for healers as it strengthens attunement and perception.

Charoite. This multi-hued mineral is a stone of transformation. It helps to open our hearts to the concept of unconditional love and brings those energies forward. Charoite enhances our perception and helps to ground our spiritual nature into everyday reality and helps us to see ways we can be of service. This stone can be used to reduce stress and worry as it helps us to overcome fear.

Rose Quartz. This soft pink crystal is the ultimate nurturer of compassion and loving energy. It soothes the heart, mind, and spirit. It helps us to bring out the best part of ourselves so that we can help and heal not only ourselves but in others as well.

422:  Every day we are made aware of the bad things happening around us thanks to newspapers, social media, and television. After being bombarded with this ongoing negativity it can be difficult to see the good in humanity. But the truth is that the GOOD is there and sometimes we just need to look more closely to find it. This is also true in our own lives because we sometimes get so caught up in the bad that we forget to see the good. Today’s Message: Reclaiming Our Power

46: Today’s world can be a stressful place. One filled with changes and energies that impact us as well as our loved ones. Today we are reminded of the April Theme of challenges and change. When we feel overwhelmed by what life throws our way, big or small, take a moment to just breathe and then ask our Angels for help. Our Spiritual Helpers want what best for us and can help us with the things that are needed to bring peace into our lives. Part of the challenge is in our willingness to help ourselves. Remember that the universe can’t do it all for us so we need to do our part to assist the angels by getting out of our own way and by doing what is needed to reduce our stress levels, by setting boundaries, yoga, meditation, dance and letting go of things that are no longer needed. Letting go of stress allows us to reclaim our power and infuse our lives with new energy!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Zadkiel teaches us that true compassion and healing lies in our ability to forgive ourselves and others. This is essential to letting go and letting it be processes as it allows our hearts and minds to make room and teaches us to just breathe and embrace compassion which makes room for new growth. This is one of the best self-healing practices and gifts that we can give ourselves.

The Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter and joy are an essential part of self-care and creates the positive energy we need to propel us forward. It helps us to let go of stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. The power of laughter clears and resets or energy field by releasing tension and emotions that have been held in check. This is an important lesson on our path, if it makes your heart sing then it’s the right direction.


 The Hindu Goddess Lakshmi teaches us that good things happen when we embrace the world with a grateful and appreciative heart. She tells us ” You are worthy of so many wonderful things but first you must get out of your own way! Let me help you to clear the way so that these gifts can be given to you. Make room and feel the lightness it creates within your spirit.”,

.Tangerine Quartz helps to increase our receptivity to Divine inspiration while it stimulates the mind and enhances overall creativity. It fills us with hope and joy as it restores our feelings of self-worth

Today’s Message: Just Relax

36: Our focus today involves making some peace with our material worries and concerns. While these things ARE valid and should be taken seriously we shouldn’t let them rule our lives. When we fixate on these material things we are causing ourselves unnecessary stress. Even though there may be nothing we can do at that moment we often allow ourselves to get worked up. This is not so good for our physical, emotional, or spiritual well-being. The Angels are letting us know that they are here to help and that they are supporting you and your loved ones. Don’t focus on what you feel you are lacking, instead place your focus on what you have and how you can make the most of it while you wait. Embrace gratitude and the tiny miracles you experience today. Show yourself a little love and set aside what you can’t immediately control.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Haniel showers us with stardust, illuminating our thoughts and memories so that we can remember what magickal beings we truly are, which assists us in the creation process. In turn, this shows us how to receive with grace and gratitude. This process accelerates when we allow beauty and harmony to surround us. It’ helps us to enjoy ourselves which makes blessings easier to receive.

The Ascended Master Kuthumi helps us to navigate the distractions of everyday life. He encourages us to focus on what’s important right now and to stop fighting the things that we have no control over, which blocks our problem-solving and creative flow. Things flow easier when we are not struggling against the “what if’s and maybes.

The Hindu Goddess Devi helps us to find meaning in our lives and gently guides us in learning to follow our own inner wisdom. She says “Take my hand and let me guide you on your journey of self-discovery. You need only look within to find your true meaning. Release your cares to me and I will purify your heart and spirit so that new information and blessings can be sent to you. “

Aventurine teaches us how to give and receive gracefully. Both are necessary for healthy relationships with self and others and it allows the Universe to care for you. Aventurine also helps to dispel the anger and irritation that sometimes arise when we are stuck in the “what I lack” mind loop.

Eulite (Hypersthene) helps us to find solutions to problems (large and small) that get in our way and can hold us back. It will also make seeing the answers and solutions easier by stopping the need to overthink or overly critical thinking. Eulite is also useful for building solid relationships that are necessary for the manifestation process and our personal evolution.

Sunstone brings personal empowerment and fights procrastination. It brings out our natural optimism, self-confidence and promotes our natural flow of abundance as it soothes our fear of change and the accompanying stress that change can bring.  Sunstone has a strong connection to light and helps to harness the re-energizing power of the sun during meditation and everyday life. It is linked to all benevolent deities and brings good fortune and luck.

Today’s Message: Peaceful Vibes

131: Love and peace. Sounds like a 60’s revival doesn’t it? These words are just as important today (maybe even more so) as they were then. The truth is that every living thing is touched by them. Don’t lose sight of the things that really matter and do your best to keep spreading love and peace. Today the universe is asking us to end the month with a shift of thought. By lifting ourselves to a higher level of love and peace we are able to see things more clearly as we become more energetically empowered. Remember, what you send out comes back so this is a great day to share this loving and peaceful energy or by simply offering a prayer for a friend or loved one who needs it, for the world, the earth, or even for yourself!

Archangel Jophiel the angel of Illumination and wisdom, fills us with beautiful, loving thoughts and uplifting energy which helps us to create a fresh approach to life. Jophiel tells us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. The Greek Goddess Iris teaches us that miracles of beauty can happen in an instant. She says “Open your eyes, both physical and spiritual, then open your heart and allow the divine light to fill you. This will help you see the blessings and the beauty that are right before your eyes. Take nothing for granted.”

128: Drama, it’s everywhere. Today the Universe is gently reminding us that when we get caught up everyday dramas we lose our focus and our momentum. Let yourself rise above these distractions and direct your energy into creating new opportunities, opening new doors or simple the things that bring you peace.. To take advantage of these blessings we must be willing to let go of old habits and thought patterns. Both of which can be centered around the dramas (direct and indirectly) taking place in our lives. Allow you inner wisdom to guide you as it will keep you from getting sidetracked. Remember to stay flexible because when one door opens another closes. This initiates and activates growth and opportunity. Remember, the angels will not do this for you and you must do your part to make things happen. The word “Peace” has a comforting sound. It relaxes the mind and soothes the spirit. However to achieve peace we must have faith and perseverance. Peace doesn’t JUST happen on any level. (world peace, inner peace, family etc..) we must work at it. Everyday things happen that will test our peace and our ability to create it. Achieving peace is a worthwhile endeavor and because of this we must all work to make it happen. If we each do our part no matter how small we can make a difference. Believe that it can happen and keep trying!

1119: Today we are being asked to stay focused on bringing peace into our lives and those of our loved ones. When we are at peace with ourselves we feel better. This feeling reaches out and touches others and they feel better as well. The last few weeks ( and for some it’s been months) have been stressful for many of us so it’s important to bring peace where you can and that starts with finding peace within yourself. The Universe and it’s helpers are here to help us achieve our necessary inner peace. Sometimes it’s through alone time and sometimes it’s created by spending quality time with family or close friends, so whatever works for you is the RIGHT way.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Zadkiel teaches us that true compassion and healing lie in our ability to forgive ourselves and others. This is especially helpful when we endeavor to lead by example. It is through forgiveness that we gain insight into what assistance will be beneficial to self and others.

The Ascended Master Buddha is our go-to guy when we feel “wobbly’. He teaches us that the key to happy living requires moderation and balance in all things. This includes the important balance between giving and receiving. When we are balanced we find that inner peace is ours!
