46:  Today’s world can be a stressful place. One filled with changes and energies that impact us as well as our loved ones. Today we are reminded of the April Theme of challenges and change. When we feel overwhelmed by what life throws our way, big or small, take a moment to just breathe and then ask our Angels for help. Our Spiritual Helpers want what best for us and can help us with the things that bring peace to ourselves and to our loved ones. Part of the challenge is our willingness to help ourselves. Our helpers can’t do it all for us so we need to do our part to assist the angels by getting our stress levels down, yoga, meditation, dance and letting go of things that no longer serve our highest good . Letting go of stress allows us to reclaim our power and infuse our lives with new energy!




Archangel Zadkiel teaches us to hold compassion for ourselves and for others. This can help to reduce our stress levels. The Ascended Master Maitreya (the Laughing Buddha) helps us to keep our sense of humor during difficult times. He teaches us that being able to laugh reduces stress and creates positive flow. And  the Greek goddess Iris, Lady of Rainbows, helps us to find the calm in the storm. She is the bringer of hope and she gently surrounds us with an all will be well energy.  She says, ” While there is beauty and clarity found in turbulence remember not to let these storms become a destructive flood. Look for the light and use it to ascend to a higher level of thought.”




Our Sacred Stones for today include Moss Agate which can help to replenish and refresh your soul and to release fear and deep seated stress and Chrysoprase to relieves stress as it promotes hope and draws our attention to more positive events.

45:  In previous messages we’ve talked about how change is necessary for our overall growth. Unwillingness to embrace change not only only keeps us from growing, it keeps us from moving forward and fulfilling our dreams and goals. Our energy becomes blocked and all the wonderful things that Universe is trying to send us doesn’t arrive.  How we view change lies in our perception of it. There are two choices, fear change or see change as a new adventure. Today is a reminder to embrace the changes that life is offering. The Universe is asking us to have faith in ourselves, our helpers and our human support system.  Ask for help, courage and strength and they will be there for you. The changes that you make will be a good thing and will benefit all areas of your life.  Be bold and embrace these changes head on!




Archangel Jeremiel teaches us that by taking inventory of our lives we gain clear perspective of where we are on our path, which in turn helps us to make positive life changes. The Ascended Master Maitreya who shows us that the path to change ins’t so scary when faced with laughter and joy.  And the Greek goddess Nike says, Do not be afraid to acknowledge the amazing things you have done but don’t rest to long on your laurels. Remember that your power comes through movement and momentum is lost through inactivity. Keep moving and you will be victorious!”

March Theme: This month carries the energy of the Ascended Masters. We will be working to improve self love, inner peace and overall clarity. These things will help on the path to manifesting our dreams and goals.




We may not always be aware of it, but we all create and repeat affirmations constantly. The problem is, we typically don’t pay attention to exactly what those affirmations are saying. Often we go through the day giving ourselves all sorts of contradictory, or even negative messages. We may project confidence to the world around us, while our inner dialogue says… I hope this works. I am so nervous about this. I hope I don’t blow it. Affirmations are self fulfilling prophecies. If we say, This is never going to work … then chances are excellent it never will. – John Assaraf




313:  The Ascended Masters are telling us that today is a good time to do a little self-work. During the winter months we often find ourselves feeling down or trapped in our routines. The coming of Spring however offers us the chance to renew our view of and our approach to life. Surround yourself with healing energy today. Starting with Ground-Center-Clear to release old energy and to help fine tune your connection to the Divine. ( I like to do this exercise outside and if it’s breezy it’s even better. let the wind move through you and visualize it clearing your energy field.) Today’s number is a sign of progress so if you feel stuck look for the things that are holding you back. Remember that you are the creator of your life. Find one good thing, take baby steps or embrace tiny miracles, just do something that helps you to move forward!




Archangel Michael assists us with space clearing. Ask him to help you to make room within so that you can welcome new things. He helps us to find the courage and direction that we need to work through any obstacles that pop up. He teaches us that we have what it takes to create new things for ourselves as he helps us reach new levels of self confidence. The Ascended Master Maitreya shows us the healing and cleansing power of laughter and how it can be used for healing. He teaches us that laughter and joy creates the positive energy we need to propel us forward. It helps us to let go stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. She helps us to clear space (both in our physical home and our inner home) to make room for new things and teaches us the value of letting go of what we no longer need. ” If something does not make your heart sing put it where it belongs or set it free. This will clear your inner and outer sacred space. Then open the doors and invite the new blessings inside.”




Our Sacred Stone for today include the following. Rose Quartz is like getting and emotional bubblebath and it fills us with loving energy and soothes our emotions and spirit. We can also use Angelite to help us connect to the universe and it’s helpers, it also has a gentle energy that compliments that of Rose Quartz.

226:  Today the angels are asking us to share the gift of compassion with others. We sometimes get caught up in our own “stuff” and forget to check on those closest to us. Never assume that loved ones will always come to you if something is needed. We have been working on self confidence and intuition this month. Both can help you if showing others that you care for is difficult. This can be hard for some people and they come across as aloof or gruff because they want to “be there” but simply don’t know how to go about it. A good opener is a simple “How are you?”, “So things are going okay for you?” Intuition goes hand in hand with compassion and if it directs you to a specific person there may be a reason behind it. Our message today is ” Gather your loved ones close, let them know you love them and never forget the healing power of a simple touch or a hug.”




Archangel Zadkiel helps us to bring our compassionate energy forward and to share it with others. He also helps with forgiveness issues as this can block our ability to show compassion. The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin also helps us with compassion by teaching us how to allow yourselves to give and receive love equally. Our Sacred Stone for today is Rose Quratz. This soft pink crystal is the ultimate nurturer of compassion and loving energy. It soothes the heart, the mind and the spirit. It helps us to bring out the best part of ourselves so that we can help and heal not only ourselves but others as well.

224:  Today’s message embodies our theme for the month. We are being reminded to embrace the faith we have in ourselves. The Universe and the angels know that you are  worthy receiving the blessings that they offer. Prosperity, love abundance and more are available to us. However, there are times when we feel less than worthy and spend precious time knocking ourselves down. (Remember when we talked about being your own worst critic?) At times like this take some time to ground and center…. just breathe, do your best to let go and surrender the situation to your spiritual helpers. Dust off your courage (it’s there.. it really is!), ask for help and give yourself a big hug and acknowledge your power as a creator. You ARE worthy, YOU are amazing and YOU have the ability to create wonderful things for yourself!




Archangel Michael is the go-to-angel. He helps us to calm down and get centered. He helps us to find our courage and our faith so that we can allow ourselves to move forward with confidence. 214: Today’s message is about love, it is Valentine’s day after all!. While it’s important to show love for those around you it’s equally important to show some for yourself. Today the angels are asking us to turn any fears or worries over to them and make room for some self love. By acknowledging yourself as an awesome and amazing person (and you really are!) you are affirming that you are worthy of receiving the love and positive energies around you and being sent to you. As I said earlier this week we are quite often our own worst critics so today is your chance to jump on your own bandwagon. Be your own valentine today and do something nice for yourself and don’t forget to give yourself a BIG hug and embrace the beautiful and divine spirit that is YOU!




Archangel Jophiel teaches us the importance of slowing down so that we can enjoy the beauty that surrounds us as well as the beauty that can be found inside. It helps us to express them so that we can begin the healing process.

28: Prosperity and abundance (money and material things) are some of the most common things requested of the Universe.  It’s important to remember that prosperity and abundance covers a wide range and not just the material. To encourage the flow of good things we must first use our sacred tools of  faith and the attitude of gratitude. We must then combine this with the willingness to work together with the Universe and our helpers making it a team effort. Use the new cycle of growth that started at Imbolc to clear away the old and outdated. This will help us to make room for new growth. Today the angels are telling us that our prayers have been heard and reminding us to have faith in the Universe and in ourselves. Things are on track and the abundance you have been working to manifest is on it’s way. Our keywords for today are Gratitude- Team Work- Confidence.

With a confident and optimistic mindset we can increase our chances of meeting our goals and making our dreams a reality., while a a pessimistic attitude effectively stops our progress. Remember to embrace confidence as you work toward your objectives. Today the Universe is reminding us that help is always available in the forms of direction, protection and guidance. If you find yourself struggling and need help just ASK. 124:  Our message today is a gentle reminder that our spiritual helpers are always with us and they surround us everyday with loving energy. We can ask them for help at any time. 11:  Welcome to the new year! Let’s first take a look at the number for 2019 (2+0+1+9=11/ 1+1= 3) which is 3. The new year will focus on our communication and social skills. It will teach us to our lives with joy and optimism as well as in using our creative abilities to help us manifest our goals and dreams. To aid your progress be sure to live authentically. In other words be yourself and be true to yourself. And remember to  pay attention to Divine guidance and your own intuition.


Today the Universe is reminding us that we are not alone and help is always available to us. Have faith in yourself and know that your prayers have been heard and the wheels are in motion. Divine right timing will also be important so don’t skip any steps as even the smallest ones need to be taken to complete the process. 2019 will be a year of personal growth and evolution so embrace your divine spark to bring clarity, inner peace and  greater self love.
