72: Following our path and creating our lives requires us to have a positive focus and perseverance. Som in order to make the best possible decisions for our own personal evolution we must also trust in ourselves and in the Universe. As we travel we receive an abundance of information. Often it comes in bits and pieces while at other times we find ourselves buried in it. Some of this information is good and some……. well…… not so much. Part of our job is to sift through this information and pick out that which will best serve us and to throw away that which does not. Remember, everyone will have an opinion. Our message from the angels today is “In your heart, you’ll know what’s best and what direction you need to take.”

If you find yourself blocked perform a self-check and ask yourself:

*Is this where I want to be?

*What is keeping me from moving forward? (people, places, things)

*What positive steps do I need to take to continue my journey?

Act on your own intuition and divine guidance and if you need help…. ask!

626: Today’s message revolves around “divine timing”. Essentially divine timing is like a puzzle and only when all the pieces are in place will things happen. Good things come to those who wait and patience and faith will be your best friends. This is a good time to perform a balance check as it will help those missing puzzle pieces arrive on your doorstep. Remember not to let worries and concerns overwhelm you. Turn these things over to your Spirit Helpers and stay open to the guidance you receive. By embracing patience and setting aside the things you have no control over you will build a stronger foundation for the finished product.

619: When we become stressed or worried about material matters we tend to place our lives on hold or even go full-frontal freaky. Being aware of our situation is good but allowing worry to rule your life is not. The truth is that worry only magnifies the stress that you are feeling, so much so that you can become overwhelmed by it. The other unfortunate side effect is that it blocks our power of manifestation. Today the Universe is reminding us to continue the work we’ve been doing to upgrade our thought patterns. Remember that you are in charge of creating your own reality. Accept help where and when it is offered and keep an open mind.  Take some time today and acknowledge your blessings and you will realize just how “wealthy” you really are!

Today’s Message: It’s About Perspective

617: We hear a lot about positive affirmations and how using them can transform our lives and our thinking patterns. Now before you start rolling your eyes and thinking “Geez Cat, I don’t have time for affirmations….” here’s something to think about. Every time you alter a thought pattern from negative to positive you’ve created a personal affirmation. It’s as simple as changing “That’s never going to happen for me.” to “What I can I do to make this happen? or This will happen for me”. As I said yesterday, negative thinking blocks our powers of manifestation (and our flow of energy). This upsets our balance (see June’s Theme) and hits us with temporary setbacks. Today the angels are asking us to watch our thought patterns and change negatives into positives. Perform a balance check and ground and center if needed. Your reality is how you perceive it so be confident and move forward in your own power.

Whatever you choose to do make sure that it’s a reflection of your inner sparkle and light. Allow your creative side to partner with your intuition. Today’s Message: Thought Space

61: Thoughts and feelings are powerful things. They can bring us great joy, peace, or even inspiration. They can also bring us anxiety and despair, along with everything in between. Sometimes it feels impossible to be optimistic all the time as some New Age “gurus” say you should be. Negative thoughts happen (it’s part of our human nature) and when they do what’s most important is how you handle them. (Balance) If you hold on to them they breed more negativity and that’s not good for our mental well-being. The key is in acknowledging these thoughts and looking for the underlying cause of them (be honest with yourself!). There is always a positive solution and the universe is here to help. By doing our best to turn negatives over to our spiritual helpers we can gain valuable insight and new ideas. Essentially it frees up our “thought space”!

Ametrine. This stone, a combination of amethyst and citrine, helps to release blocks like negative emotional programming. It also encourages growth while helping us to explore all possibilities and find the creative solutions that are needed to make the most of the information we are given.

Black Obsidian not only protects it but also helps to bring negative energy to the surface where it can be dispelled and provides support during times of change. It takes the “things” that we’ve hidden and composts them into positive soil to support our new growth.

 Chiastolite (aka Cross Stone or Andalusite) promotes the creative problem-solving process. It enables us to release things that are no longer relevant to our current path and dispels any guilt we may have when we leave things behind. It helps us to make the necessary changes and brings harmony to conflicts that arise when we blaze new trails that others were not expecting or able to control.

We have been working with change this month and that work is never easy, however, it is through change that we continue to grow. The stronger your faith is in yourself and the divine the more empowered you become and the easier change is to navigate. Today’s Message: Your Health Is Important

514: The practice of centering, grounding, and clearing is important to our emotional, mental, and spiritual health. There are no rules on how often it should be done. But sometimes we need to perform this more often due to stress, major upheavals, or changes. As we are currently working with changes we are being reminded that now might be a good time to engage in this self-care ritual. This 3 step process helps to keep us balanced and promotes peace and harmony within ourselves and with the Universe. Now that the weather is warmer I suggest “earthing”. Going barefoot in the garden or grass is a wonderful way to get grounded and to connect with the energy of Mother Earth. Allow yourself to “root” into the earth and just release, feel the sun on your face, and let the healing begin!

This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines, and cords that have been attached to me by others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc followed by a sense of relief.

Today’s Message: Pulling Weeds

59: The personal work that we have been doing recently will help to make our lives more stable. Through changes and the letting go process we are finding our balance and are gaining a clearer view of our life path. I like to visualize this path as being surrounded by vegetation. There are plants in various stages of growth, flowers, trees, and of course…. weeds. The weeds represent things that we need to let go of. As we pull these weeds we are clearing the way for new growth. We may even find some of the thought seeds we had planted and forgotten about or bare spots where we can plant new things. The angels are simply asking us to do some personal gardening today. Set a goal of weed-plant-nurture to get your personal garden into shape!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Ariel ( the lion) teaches us that by embracing our divine spark we can open the doors to creating the life we want. Be bold like the lion and use your strength and focus to find a forward path. Archangel Ariel also works with the earth and environment (nature angels and sprites too) she can help those unfamiliar with the Sacred Feminine work connect with her.


The Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter and joy are an essential part of self-care and creates the positive energy we need to propel us forward. It helps us to let go of stress and worry, which allows the light of faith and hope to shine through. The power of laughter clears and resets or energy field by releasing tension and emotions that have been held in check. This is an important lesson on our path, if it makes your heart sing then it’s the right direction.

The Greek Goddess Persephone teaches us how to liberate ourselves from the things that are holding us back so that we can forge ahead on a new path. This lady has both an iron will and compassion. She tells us “Don’t be afraid to unearth what lies beneath. By shedding light in dark places we often find treasures we had forgotten. These treasures can form the foundations that you need.”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

Hematite. This stone has a strong connection to the earth element and helps us stay grounded and promotes feelings of safety. Hematite also brings mental clarity through focus and concentration which is essential to the letting go process which accompanies change.

Okenite helps clear away obstacles and teaches us the important lesson that the universe is filled with unlimited possibilities when we allow ourselves to face and adapt to change. It helps us to find our inner strength so that we can finish what we start. 

Orbicular or Ocean Jasper helps to increase our sense of responsibility and promotes patience. It provides the strength we need to calmly deal with life’s challenges and soothes the emotional stress that can happen when we become impatient for results.

Today’s Message: Change and Transition

56: While it’s true that change and the transitions it brings can be difficult or even scary, the important thing to remember is that they are necessary for our personal evolution. The Universe is reminding us today that during these times we are protected and cared for, and our needs are being met. Continue to make peace with and let go of the things that no longer make your spirit sing to continue making room for the new blessings and opportunities that are waiting in the wings The key is in not struggling or trying to force things to happen. Work with what you can control and allow the rest to unfold naturally. This aids our manifestation process and keeps our energy flowing, sending out the old, and returning with the new.

Archangel Haniel showers us with stardust, illuminating our thoughts and memories so that we can remember what magickal beings we truly are, which assists us in the creation process. In turn, this shows us how to receive with grace and gratitude. This process accelerates when we allow beauty and harmony to surround us. It helps us to enjoy ourselves which makes blessings easier to receive.

The Ascended Master Maitreya (Laughing Buddha) helps us to find peace and harmony through laughter, this gives us a clear perspective and keeps our energy flowing. He tells us that laughter is sacred and when the heart is alive with joy we are connected to the Infinite and filled with Nirvana-essence. Center your mind with the intent of enjoying yourself and you will find yourself centered in the moment. Enjoy what life has to offer and enjoy the process!

The Mayan goddess Ixchel helps to get our creative juices flowing by breaking through the barriers we have erected that are blocking our progress. Call on her if you are starting something new. ” Clear your mind and allow the creative source to fill you. New things are waiting for you to embrace them!”

Pink Banded Agate: This stone is a member of the Botswana Agate family. It teaches us how to look at our lives and see the big picture, as it helps us to use our creative problem-solving skills through focus and attention to detail. it is a good stone for women who want to embrace a more feminine attitude by drawing their nurturing side forward. Pink Banded Agate also helps us to feel good about ourselves and is said to help ease stress and anxiety.


Cerussite to keep us grounded, and stimulate new growth while teaching us to be flexible and how to adapt to the changes we have made.

 Unakite. This green and pink stone helps us to see blocks that we have erected within ourselves and then provides valuable insights on removing them so that we can move forward. It helps us to appreciate and gain clarity from the present moment and works with both base and heart chakras.
