The message is simple ” Hanging on to the negative things in your life offers no benefit to you or your loved ones. 713:  Today is the Universe is asking us to give ourselves the gift of personal healing.  We all have those small places inside where we hide or store the things that have brought us pain, anger, sadness or other mental and emotional downers. The message is that it’s time to let the light shine in those places to get the energy moving. Set aside some time to clear and center, feel the sun on your face and hands, indulge in a walking meditation, do some earthing or even the simple act of eating an orange (citrus scents are mood boosters) can help those peaceful vibes to flow and inspire the mind. Look for ways that will support and help you on your path to personal growth. Listen to your intuition and pay attention to your dreams, many of the answers you seek dwell in these realms. The important thing is to release these things and let your healing take place.




 Archangel Zadkiel helps us to heal by teaching us how to forgive both ourselves and others. This is essential to the letting go and letting it be processes as it allows our hearts and minds to make room and just breathe and helps us to embrace compassion. The Ascended Master Mother Mary provides us with all forms of healing. She surrounds us with her gentle energy and helps to fill our hearts with love as she imparts feelings of peace and safety as she gently heals the dark, hidden places within while showing us the path that leads to compassion and forgiveness which are essential to healing ourselves and helping others. And, the Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin, who embodies compassion and mercy says, “You are a beautiful soul and have so much to offer. I can guide you on the path of self love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart and spirit. Be gentle on yourself.
