519: One of the best things that we can do is to show ourselves some love by embracing a loving self-image. We have all heard the phrase “love yourself”, it’s not only an important part of our self-care, but it also helps to increase our self-confidence and feelings of worth. When we love ourselves and like who we are it shows. That’s not to say that there isn’t room for improvement (there’s always room for that) because we really are a work in progress. A positive and loving self-image tells the world “I am confident in who I am and I like myself. I am not perfect, however, I am trying to be the best person I can be. Today the angels are saying “Give yourself a BIG hug and embrace the amazing being you are!”

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Chamuel helps us in creating and maintaining strong and loving relationships. While this includes the one we have with ourselves and our own spiritual nature, it helps our relationships with others as well. Ask him to help you create an atmosphere of peace, love, and togetherness. His goal is to help us to build a strong foundation from which we can create our personal evolution.

The Ascended Master Mother Mary provides us with all forms of healing. She surrounds us with her gentle energy and helps to fill our hearts with love as she imparts feelings of peace and safety as she gently heals the dark, hidden places within while showing us the path that leads to compassion and forgiveness which is essential to healing ourselves. 

The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin, who embodies compassion and mercy says, “You are a beautiful soul and have so much to offer. I can guide you on the path of self-love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart, and spirit. Be gentle with yourself. Joy comes from embracing the simple things which frees up the energy needed to assist the creation process and help others along the way.”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

Dalmation Stone. This light-hearted stone is a combination of quartz, Microline, and black tourmaline.  It instills feelings of safety as it helps us to reconnect with our playful side which is important to our emotional health and it transforms outdated thinking during times when we feel stuck and enables our forward progress by encouraging a fresh perspective This stone also promotes grounding and enhances our connection to Mother Earth. It reminds us that we are a part of her as well as being spiritual beings on a very human journey.

Today’s Message: Ready To Move Forward

1112: The Universe is speaking to us today through repetitive thoughts, ideas, and visuals. Use these repetitive clues to improve yourself or if you feel trapped by old habits. There comes a time when we must let go of the things that no longer serve us. (habits, beliefs, things, feelings, relationships, etc.) Remember that we are always a work in progress and that hanging on to the old effectively blocks our path. So in order to move forward, we need the room that letting go provides. Remember that baby steps are the key to making successful changes. Each step in itself is important so don’t be too eager and rush ahead as you might miss out on something amazing. Start your day by affirming that you are eager to move forward and then open yourself to receive the messages the Universe has to share

519:  One of the best things that we can do for ourselves is to show ourselves some love by embracing a positive self-image. We have all heard the phrase “love yourself”, it’s not only an important part of our self-care, but it also helps to increase our self-confidence and feelings of worth. When we love ourselves and like who we are it shows. Tiger’s Eye (Gold) helps build a bridge between you and your power. It shows us the correct way to use our power and invites our integrity forward. It is also a stone of abundance and draws good things to us while helping us see the blessings we have. Tiger’s Eye helps us to accomplish our goals by showing us how to recognize and access our inner resources and the promotion of clear intentions. It is a stone of luck and prosperity and works with the energies of both earth and sun, it also helps with grounding while drawing spiritual energies to earth.

419: Within each of us is the ability to help heal ourselves and others. Yes! You are qualified on both accounts. The thing to remember about self-healing is that it begins with you, and you must have the motivation and willingness to start the process and to keep it going. The Universe is reminding us that we are works in progress and are all at different levels. So don’t become discouraged if you go through a temporary setback or feel that you aren’t exactly where you think you should be. Baby steps work best and give us the option to make changes as we go. If you are working with others keep in mind that you don’t need to solve their problems for them and that being a good listener and offering encouragement can work miracles. The Universe is gently reminding us that we are qualified to help and heal both ourselves and others. However, this begins with you and you must have the motivation and willingness to start the process and to keep it going. The important thing about self-healing is to keep in mind that we are always a work in progress and that healing the self is never a one time thing. If you are working with others the key lies in listening and remembering that we are not here to FIX them. The truth is that if someone has a problem they are not usually looking for you to fix it they simply need to talk it out. Allowing your spiritual nature to come forward as you perform the simple act of giving someone your undivided attention and really hearing them (even if you can’t do much else) is extremely helpful. 430:  As we close out the month of April we find that Spirit, the angels and ascended masters are giving us a big thumbs up! The internal and external work that we are doing is paying off and we are starting to see the results of our efforts. Creating personal change is never easy.  However, we have learned that we have the support of the entire universe and that we can call upon it at any time and  for assistance in any matter. The work we have done so far will begin to show big results in the new month so consider this a day of rest and indulge in some down time. “Ground, Center and Clear” then give yourself a big hug for all you have accomplished!




Archangel Jophiel helps us to find beauty around us as well as within us. She tells us to  make time to “stop and smell the roses”.  She also helps us to bounce back from negative situations by showing us all the good things in other areas of of our lives. 420: Yesterday we talked about helping/healing ourselves and others, and today we delve a little deeper. The biggest stumbling blocks are lack of confidence and faith in ourselves. These things can keep us from making the effort because we are afraid to fail. Today the Universe is reminding us that what we perceive as failure is actually progress. Each attempt or step (even baby steps) helps to keep us moving forward and teaches us something new. Our actions are inspiring to ourselves and to others, as we show that while we are a work in progress we continue to persevere to make ourselves the best person we can be. If you try something and it doesn’t work out, look for the one thing that did (there is always at least one) and use that as building block and try again, by doing this we gain self confidence and courage. Step into your power and keep moving upward!




Archangel Raphael teaches us that it is through our spiritual journey’s that we can heal our selves and our lives and regain self confidence and faith.  The Ascended Master Maitreya teaches us that laughter and joy creates the positive energy we need to propel us forward.
