Releasing Old Habits: Cat’s Angel Message for January 12, 2018  

January’s Theme: Focus on dreams and goals not your fears or past happenings. Thoughts manifest into reality and through positive focus we lessen the power of the things we fear.

112: Winter is a time of introspection. By looking within we gain knowledge and insights of who we are, who we want to be and where we want to go. This helps to open the pathways for the letting go of old habits, which is the first step to personal growth. Sometimes we are our own worst enemy when it comes to these old habits. While they may “feel” comfortable the truth is that we hold onto these things out of fear of change. Remember, we can’t grow if we refuse to accept the changes that are offered.  As you explore your own inner workings remember to pay attention to any recurring thoughts and ideas. The key lies in the way we perceive the information we gain.   This information paves our way into the future we desire, and planting positive thought seeds along our path will be beneficial in the coming months.

Archangel Jeremiel shows us the way to making the life changes we need to move forward. He teaches us that change should not be feared and is a normal part of life and our overall growth. The Ascended Master Buddha teaches us how to balance our lives. Maintaining this balance is essential to our inner peace spiritual growth and understanding and the Yoruban Goddess Oya  teaches us that change must be fully embraced, not ignored or simply put up with. Changes inspire and encourage us to transcend our self imposed limitations. Our Sacred Stones for today are Angelite which infuses us with a calming energy that eases fear of the future, it also helps us to connect to the Universe and it’s helpers and  Fluorite helps to promote spiritual growth.

Old habits are like a pair of old shoes. We tell ourselves that they are comfortable even though they are worn out and smell funny. We all have habits that hold us back and need to be thrown away (just like those old shoes). Why do we hang on to these things? Fear of trying, fear of change, fear of finding something better………….. Be courageous today and start creating some new and awesome habits, start small and build from there. The sky’s the limit, you just need to reach for it!

If life offered us no challenges it would become boring and stagnant pretty quick. When we face a challenge one of things it brings with it is change, and people tend to fear change. When we refuse to meet a challenge we are limiting our blessings, opportunities and our own potential to create a new chapter in our book of self. 125: Last month we  continued working on making  positive changes to help us create a better life. Remember that change is necessary if we are to grow to our full potential. Today the Universe is telling us that the  time  has come to acknowledge the changes that we  initiated and to make any adjustments that will help ease the way. The number 5 relates to transformation on all levels and it’s important to continue to let go of what no longer serves to make room. The our spiritual helpers are here and are sending us messages and clues that relate to our path. Embrace your faith in yourself and the Universe and allow your transformation to happen!

Archangel Jeremiel eases our concerns about the future and  helps us to navigate the paths of change. He can also help us to decipher the messages that receive. The Celtic Goddess Brigid ignites our inner fire and brings our creativity and creative thinking to the forefront and the New Age Ascended Master Vywamus helps to discover talents and skills that will help us on our path. Today’s Sacred Stone is Hematite. This stone keeps us  grounded and assists us the letting go process by making it more comfortable.
