310:  Today the ascended masters are asking us to use our intuitive skills and  look for the truth around us. This includes our personal truth as well as  the truth in the people and situations that surround us. Intuition like any talent gets better the more we use it.  This helps us to make better decisions along our path and create and maintain better relationships. By allowing ourselves to  feel and see from a more spiritual perspective we gain better communication and manifestation skills and strengthen our ability to let go of the things that are holding us back or draining our energy. Remember to take time for self care through the ground, center clear process as it helps to fine tune our intuitive receptors.  If you need help ask the masters and angels for guidance and they will guide you in the right direction.




Archangel Uriel gives us essential information that we need when we need it. This assists us during the manifestation process by enhancing our problem solving skills so that we can make the decisions that are best for our current situations. The Ascended Master Melchizedek helps keep our energy balanced and flowing. This is essential for using our gifts and understanding the information we receive. The Inuit goddess Sedna helps us develop our intuition through the dreamtime, you can connect with her in or around water. 39:  While everyone’s life mission is different there are certain purposes inherent to all. We are each responsible for being the best person we can be and sharing our unique talents, passions and interests with the world around us. To all my fellow introverts out there, this doesn’t mean that you need to go out and teach others (unless that’s part of your calling) leading by example is every bit as powerful. The world is a crazy place right now which makes this all the more important. By doing our part we are leading in a positive manner toward a positive goal. The ascended masters are also calling upon all of the Lightworker’s out there and are asking them to work on completing the tasks that are related to your life purpose because your power is definitely needed at this time.

Even if it’s not exactly what you were hoping for right now, keep in mind that each opportunity opens a new door or window that allows us access to bigger and better things. 36:  Our focus today involves letting go of material worries and concerns. When we fixate on these things we are causing ourselves unnecessary stress. Even though there may be  nothing we can do at that moment we often allow ourselves to get worked up. This is not so good for our physical, emotional or spiritual well being. The Ascended Masters are letting us know that they are here to help and that they are supporting you and your loved ones. Don’t focus on what you feel you are lacking, instead place your focus on what you have. Embrace gratitude and the tiny miracles you experience today. Show yourself a little love and hang out in a happy place!

34:  There are times when we just need someone to listen. To share in our joys, and dreams or  our concerns, our fears, or our worries. Like a dear friend the angels and the ascended masters are also here for us. Their job involves assisting us on all levels as well as surrounding us with protection and love. The more often we talk to them the easier it becomes to “hear” their replies. If you ask a question and find yourself receiving repetitive impressions, signs or thoughts then be assured that they have heard and are sending you an answer. 31:  Today the Ascended Masters are asking us to start this new cycle by raising our level of consciousness to one of love and peace. While this may sound like a throwback to the 1960’s hippie era, its energy is powerful and one that we should freely embrace. The world needs fewer instigators and more peacemakers. The concept of unity and community should top the list of priorities and by allowing peace to enter our lives we can set an example for others and ourselves too. It’s important to note that the Ascended Masters are not saying that we shouldn’t stand up for ourselves or for what’s right. If a stand need to be made do so. You can still be firm in your stance while promoting peace.




Archangel Raguel helps us when we are faced with standing our ground. He can show us the path to resolving disputes and arguments in a peaceful manner. he also acts as a  motivational coach when we feel down on ourselves. Ask for help and he can help you realize your full potential. The Ascended Master Mother Mary surrounds us with her gentle energy and helps to fill our hearts with love. 226:  Today the angels are asking us to share the gift of compassion with others. We sometimes get caught up in our own “stuff” and forget to check on those closest to us. Never assume that loved ones will always come to you if something is needed. We have been working on self confidence and intuition this month. Both can help you if showing others that you care for is difficult. This can be hard for some people and they come across as aloof or gruff because they want to “be there” but simply don’t know how to go about it. A good opener is a simple “How are you?”, “So things are going okay for you?” Intuition goes hand in hand with compassion and if it directs you to a specific person there may be a reason behind it. 225:  We all experience times in our lives when it becomes necessary to let go of outdated and outgrown things. These include things like habits, relationships, material items and thought patterns. Hanging on to these things after their “expiration date” can become a crutch that we use when we are afraid to move on. This inhibits our personal and spiritual growth and causes us to flounder. Today the angels are asking us to start letting go of the things that no longer work for us. They know that this can be difficult and sometimes painful. However, the benefits and freedom obtained in the process will clear our path and propel us forward. It will also bring us new opportunities, growth and blessings that help us to achieve what we want most.




Archangel Zadkiel teaches us about forgiveness as he gently helps us to forgive ourselves and others so that we can continue moving forward as situations are healed. Sometimes we get so caught up in giving to others that when it becomes our turn to receive we kind of freak out and think or say something like ” Oh no, that’s  okay!” or “I don’t deserve that!” By turning away good things that are offered we can slip out of balance and find our energy depleted. But when we allow ourselves to receive with grace and gratitude doors open up to an amazing flow of abundance and growth. Allow yourself to receive today and allow this energy to come full circle.




Archangel Haniel shows us how to receive with grace and gratitude. This process accelerates when we allow beauty and harmony to surround us.
