Today’s Message: Grace and Gratitude

1016: As we embrace transformation and personal growth it’s easy to allow worry and fear to seep into the edges of our consciousness. Do your best to keep your balance and don’t allow material worries to tip the scales. The Universe is reminding us today that we are cared for and all of our needs are being met. It’s okay to unload your concerns and fears into angelic arms as you allow yourself the freedom to explore new territory. The key lies in remembering that by facing our problems or obstacles we can find the courage we need to overcome them. If you need help just ask and pay attention to the guidance that you receive to help you make the necessary choices. These choices when handled with grace and gratitude will create a positive impact on our personal evolution.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Raziel can assist us in both embracing our unique divine magic and in the overall manifestation process. He tells us that growth and freedom can be found when we let go of what we have outgrown as well as our limiting self-beliefs and fears all of which hold us back from achieving and creating the life we want.

The Ascended Master Buddha helps us to find our “Attitude of Gratitude” .By acknowledging what we have to be grateful for we are filled with joy and inner peace which encourages positive flow. He also reminds us of the important balance between giving and receiving. When we are balanced, we find the patience and inner peace we need to go with the flow and can help us embrace the “Tiny Miracles” in our lives as well.

The Greek Goddess Iris teaches us that miracles of beauty can happen in a instant. She says “Open your eyes, both physical and spiritual, then open you heart and allow the divine light to fill you. This will help you see the blessings and the beauty that are right before your eyes. Take nothing for granted.”

Our Sacred Stones for today include:

Soft colored Lepidolite helps us by filtering away distractions and obsessive thinking so that we can focus on more important things. It soothes and heals stress and reminds us to just breathe.

Rose Quartz brings us inner peace and harmony which is essential to increasing our faith and promoting self-love which is key to positive self-expression and empowerment.  It helps to promote the softer, more loving view that we need to embrace gratitude.

Smoky Quartz helps to neutralize negative energy as it helps us to work through the fear of failure which can show up during times of change. It also promotes clear insight and focus which helps us to leave behind the things that no longer serve us and make room for the blessings headed your way.

Today’s Message: Be Kind, Unwind

  1014:  Today the angels are reminding us that we can’t take care of others if we don’t take care of ourselves first. Make today about what you need. Start your day by performing a self-check, then ground, center and release any negative energy that you may have picked up. (You can call upon Archangel Michael to help with this) Remember that your goal is unwind so do something nice for yourself! Unplug for a while, read a book, meditate, buy yourself a gift, take a walk or even a home spa treatment. Spending a little quality time with yourself helps you to relax, it can change your perspective and generate new and creative ideas. Today the angels are saying “Sit back and just breathe. Let stress and worry go and just let yourself be.”

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

This is a good time to ask Archangel Michael for assistance. When we are bombarded with the energy of others (negative or not) it creates psychic lines and hooks that attach to our energy field and effectively drain our energy. One of my spiritual mentors taught me this simple exercise: “Archangel Michael please cut away all psychic hooks, lines, and cords that have been attached to me by others. Please return these things to the people who sent them, not to do them harm, simply to return what is theirs.” When I do this, I always feel a tingly sensation on my neck/back etc. followed by a sense of relief.

 The Ascended Master Yogananda teaches us that during times of stress or loss of focus peace can be found through meditation. Remember that meditation can be as simple as taking several deep breaths and centering yourself. Use this as your personal reset button.

The Roman Goddess Venus teaches us to truly appreciate ourselves. She says “You must put loving self-care first. By doing so you become confidently empowered and fully connected to your own divine nature.”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

 Azurite-Malachite, this powerful combination stone helps us to create new energy through focus on the acceptance of our own power which can also help to reduce our stress levels.

Chalcedony that brings mind, body, spirit and emotions into harmony by calming fear, anger or self-doubt. It also promotes good feeling towards self and others.

Rose Quartz brings us inner peace and harmony which is essential to increasing our faith. The energy of this stone is very soothing and can help calm frazzled nerves. It helps to promote the softer, move loving view that we need to embrace gratitude, it soothes and clears the emotions and fills us with loving compassion. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feelings that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace. Use this gentle stone to shower yourself with loving care and to send healing to those little places that most need it.

Today’s Message: Peaceful Warriors

1012: Over the past few days, the focus has been centered around looking for and creating good things that will help us on our journey. The Universe embodies the ultimate essence of both creation and creativity. Just look around and you will see that the evidence is everywhere and has touched everything, people, places, and nature. Everywhere you look there is reason to be inspired. Today’ lesson in creativity involves peace and is a request to all of our “Peaceful Warriors” out there. The Angels are reminding us that while the world is a troubled place right now, we CAN do our part by continuing to work on promoting peace closer to home and on a smaller scale. The old adage “It starts one person at a time” is true. The angels are asking us to promote peace today and challenging us to promote it creatively…. become someone’s inspiration today! You never know whose life you will touch when you allow your Peaceful Warrior to lead the way.

Archangel Chamuel helps us in regard to relationships. This includes the one we have with ourselves and our own spiritual nature. He helps us to build a strong foundation from which we can create our personal evolution as we navigate the path of the “peaceful warrior”. 

The Ascended Master Mother Mary provides us with all forms of healing. She surrounds us with her gentle energy and helps to fill our hearts with love as she imparts feelings of peace and safety as she gently heals the dark, hidden places within while showing us the path that leads to compassion and forgiveness which are essential to healing ourselves and helping others. She helps to fill our hearts with peace and love and helps everyone regardless of path or religion.

The Chinese Goddess Kuan Yin, who embodies compassion and mercy says, “You are a beautiful soul and have so much to offer. I can guide you on the path of self-love and help you to embrace the confidence you need to free your mind, heart, and spirit. Be gentle on yourself. Joy comes from embracing the simple things which frees the energy needed to assist the creation process and help others along the way.”

Rose Quartz. This soft pink crystal is the ultimate nurturer of compassion and loving energy. It soothes the heart, mind, and spirit. It helps us to bring out the best part of ourselves so that we can help and heal not only ourselves but others as well

Gentle Seraphinite helps to clears the heart chakra and opens us to love on all levels. It is also used to review the progress that you have made in life and shows the changes that we need to make to best helps us on our path.  When used with meditation promotes spiritual enlightenment and self-healing.

Zoisite with Ruby can take negative energies and turn them into something positive by raising our vibration and giving us a zest for life. It helps us to manifest ourselves in a positive manner while creating harmonious relationships with others.  Its keywords are compassion and empathy.

Today’s Message: Positive Vibes

1011: Every day we create our personal reality through our actions, thoughts and beliefs. By focusing on the good things, we ultimately draw more of the same towards us. Just like a negative focus draws negative things. Remember, negative thoughts are normal (we all have them) and they should never be dismissed out of hand. The key here is to acknowledge and examine them, look for the “WHY” you feel that way, and release it to the Universe. Today we are being asked to engage our creative side, do something fun or that brings you joy and to avoid addictive behaviors and toxic situations or people. Surround yourself positive vibes and allow the attitude of gratitude to fill your entire being.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

 Archangel Jophiel the angel of Illumination and wisdom, fills us with beautiful, loving thoughts and uplifting energy which helps us to create a fresh approach to life. Jophiel tells us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. By keeping ourselves open to receiving these blessings it draws the things we need directly to us. She reminds us that slowing down activates our creative mind and makes these things easier to visualize and grasp and by taking the time to “smell the roses” the attitude of gratitude flows more easily.

The Ascended Master El Morya shows us how to stay committed to our own growth so that we can heal ourselves.  He reminds us that it is our faith that keeps us grounded so that we can embrace both the patience and the clear decision making needed to make things happen.

 The Hindu Goddess Kali is a dark mother and goddess of death. Each time we let go of something that no longer serves us we are in truth embracing a “little death” and fear often accompanies the letting go process. One of Kali’s greatest lessons is through our worst fears lies the freedom we gain in conquering them. She says: “Dreams must be created with focus and intent. I will help you to embrace the courage and motivation that you need to see things through to a successful conclusion.”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

Crazy Lace Agate gently boosts our self-confidence and concentration while reestablishing our overall feelings of wholeness and well-being. It’s an excellent grounding stone that helps to bring balance between our negative and positive emotions.

Dalmation Stone. This lighthearted stone is a combination of quartz, microline and black tourmaline.  It instills feelings of safety as it helps us to reconnect with our playful side which is important to our emotional health, and it transforms outdated thinking during times when we feel stuck and enables our forward progress by encouraging a fresh perspective This stone also promotes grounding and enhances our connection to Mother Earth. It reminds us that we are a part of her as well as being spiritual beings on a very human journey.

Mookite, a form of Jasper that comes in many creamy color combinations, promotes decision making and versatility. These things are important when we are faced with new experiences and find ourselves faced with the need to take action. It encourages us to be flexible during times of change and helps us to embrace new experiences with an open sense of adventure.

Today’s Message: New and Creative

107: Being willing to continuously explore our potential is necessary for our personal evolution. We start this process through the acknowledgment of our innate gifts, where we find the paths to manifestation and growth opening up before us. These paths will branch out in many different directions and when we open our connection to the Universe, we find the guidance we need to navigate the twists and turns. Pay attention to any sudden thoughts, ideas or inspirations and be sure to take the time to examine them clarity and perspective because they contain the information we need to make things happen. Don’t be afraid to embrace something new and always look for creative solutions that will open new doors. You truly are able to and worthy of creating your ultimate future!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

 Archangel Ariel (the lion) teaches us that by embracing our divine spark we can open the doors to creating the life we want. Be bold like the lion and use your strength and focus to find a forward path. Ariel also works with the Sacred Feminine.

He teaches us the importance of putting aside what we cannot control so that we are free to think about other things. The Yoruba Goddess Oya embodies the winds of change. She tells us, ” Allow the winds of change to flow through your being. In their wake they will leave new energy seeds for you to plant. Use these seeds to help you on your journey. Remember child, that change must be embraced, not ignored or simply put up with.    Amethyst helps us to make decisions by promoting common sense and spiritual insight. It also enables us to set realistic goals and puts us on the road to personal achievement.  This crystal is a powerful protector and helps to shield us from unwanted energies while dispelling anxiety and fear. It helps the thought process by providing focus and clearing the way to good decision making.

Pyrite has a warm, positive energy. It teaches us to have confidence in our skills and abilities so that we are able to realize our true potential by stimulating new ideas and knowledge of our own self-worth. Pyrite also helps to balance instinct with innate intuition and overall creativity.

  Sodalite is a stone for the mind, it promotes clear and calm thinking. and activates intuition as it draws down information to the physical level. It dispels confusion and releases outdated thought patterns while creating space for new ideas. It also helps us to look for and find truth and makes it possible to stand up for our personal beliefs while remaining true to yourself by boosting our confidence and self esteem

Today’s Message: Making Things Happen

 105: Change sometimes happens when we aren’t paying attention, and this can be a little overwhelming. However, change in itself is a good thing and when it happens it means we are ready for new growth. Over the last several months we have worked on initiating change in our lives and by doing our best to view change in a positive way things progress a little easier. Today the angels are asking us to focus on the present and acknowledge the changes we have initiated, want to make happen or that are happening now. Asking for assistance from the Divine and from the angels works to our benefit as does asking for the grace and courage to make these changes a reality. Remember to implement your creative thinking to find new ways and ideas that will help you to make things happen.

Archangel Gabriel helps us to access our inner wisdom and shows us how it can guide and inspire us. Gabriel also teaches us the importance of communication on all levels. This helps us to overcome our fears so that we can complete the things we start and achieve positive results during times of transformation and change. 

The Ascended Master Saint Germain helps us to persevere in our personal quests and provides us with courage and direction. He teaches us how to clear the way and free our minds from worry so that we can work on more important things and shows us the way to comfortably interact with people and situations that can help us achieve our goals.

The Welsh Goddess Cerridwen uses her cauldron “Amen” to help provide us with knowledge, wisdom, personal rebirth and inspiration. remember that change brings us the transformation that we need. She reminds us “The opportunity for your own transformation lies before you. It provides you the chance to spread your wings and grow. Look into my sacred cauldron and see the vision of your path unfolding before you.”

Beryl teaches us how to fulfill our true potential. It helps us to see both sides of a situation, opportunity or problem and promotes strategic planning so that we can use it to our best advantage.

Chrysanthemum Stone can help to remove obstacles from our path. Since obstacles tend to pop up during periods of change, this stone promotes the harmony and the balance we need to help our forward progress

Ulexite (TV stone). This clear stone helps to burn away mental fog and promotes clarity of vision and thinking. It can be used during meditation and to promote relaxation.

Today’s Message: Reflecting on Gratitude

926: Today the angels are reminding us of the importance of embracing gratitude. Remember that gratitude keeps us grounded by keeping things in perspective. Autumn is the time of year when gratitude takes the lead and sets the tone for the new cycle. Take time today to ground and center and check your overall balance. Do things feel good or are you wobbly and tipping the scales and letting fear or worry take over? If you feel off center acknowledge your concerns and turn them over to the angels to transmute into something better. Remind yourself that you are worthy of great things and reflect on the good things that have happened recently. Even if it’s just one thing remember that it’s a starting point. So firm up your resolve and move forward. Do not backpedal or allow yourself to become stagnate. Success happens with forward movement and by helping ourselves we receive the assistance that we need.

Today’s Spirit Helper’s include:

Archangel Haniel showers us with stardust, illuminating our thoughts and memories so that we can remember what magickal beings we truly are, which assists us in the creation process. In turn this  shows us how to receive with grace and gratitude. This process accelerates when we allow beauty and harmony to surround us. It’ helps us to enjoy ourselves which makes blessings easier to receive.

The Ascended Master Buddha is our go-to guy when we feel “wobbly’. He teaches us that the key to happy living requires moderation and balance in all things. This includes the important balance between giving and receiving. When we are balanced, we find that inner peace is ours!

The Irish Goddess Dana helps us to generate abundance through gratitude. She says, “While you wait for these blessings to arrive fill your heart with feelings of abundance. Engage yourself in things that make you feel abundant!” ….. ” Your energy is linked to the energy of the Divine. Acknowledge and strengthen this connection as it allows you to handcraft your dreams.

Our Sacred Stones for today include:

Agate. This humble stone is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. It nurtures our spiritual growth and inner strength by helping us to make the most of our life experiences.

Yellow Jasper helps to provide clarity on both mental and emotional levels. It starts us off in a positive direction while helping us to find realistic and workable solutions that help us to attain our goals.

Unakite. This green and pink stone helps us to see blocks that we have erected within ourselves and then provides valuable insights on removing them so that we can move forward. It helps us to appreciate and gain clarity from the present moment and works with both base and heart chakras.

Today’s Message: Acceptance

925: Yesterday we talked about the changes headed our way. However, some of you may be experiencing them now. Remember that faith is an asset (faith in self and Spirit). It will help you move forward and will invite new things into your life. Today’s number (25) is about action and rising above any obstacles that you encounter. Since change is necessary for growth be sure to embrace the resources you have (like your support system) as they will help you to live life to the fullest and create fresh new ideas and prospects. Combine this with confidence and strength and step into your power to make things happen. The secret to change lies in acceptance and the ability to let things unfold naturally.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Zadkiel teaches us that true compassion and healing lies in our ability to forgive ourselves and others. This is essential to the letting go and letting it be processes as it allows our hearts and minds to make room and teaches us to just breathe and embrace compassion which in turn makes room for new growth. This is one of the best self-healing practices and gifts that we can give ourselves.

The Ascended Master Kuthumi helps us to navigate the distractions of everyday life. He encourages us to focus on what’s important right now and to stop fighting the things that we have no control over, which blocks our problem solving and creative flow. Things flow easier when we are not struggling against the “what if’s and maybes.

The Greek goddess Nike, Lady of victory and success helps us to embrace the good things that we have accomplished. By acknowledging them we can increase our faith in ourselves as a creator. She says: “Do not be afraid to acknowledge the amazing things you have done but don’t rest to long on your laurels. Remember that your power comes through movement and momentum is lost through inactivity. Keep moving and you will be victorious!”

Larimar helps to remove self-imposed barriers that may be keeping us from accepting our personal power and stops self-sabotaging behavior by bringing out the best in us. It helps us to see the things that we have to be grateful for and the tiny miracles that we take for granted. This sky-blue stone also helps to ease our obsession for material things and shows us how to put things into perspective so that you manifest what you really need. It shows us how to go with the flow.

Peridot brings new levels of awareness as it promotes growth and necessary change as it helps to sharpen the mind and enhance our self confidence. Peridot can teach us to look back at the past and find the gifts that are hidden within our experiences and then shows us the path to forgiveness and moving forward.

Sandstone clears the mind of distractions and enhances overall creativity. It helps us to find the truth (in people and situations) which is essential to making good decisions

Today’s Message: Working Together

1028: We speak often about the “Abundance of the Universe“, and yes it does have an abundant supply. But the idea that it just miraculously appears for us without effort on our part is a fairy tale. Applying mindfulness when good things happen, seemingly out of the blue, is essential, so remember to take a look back and see what actions you took to help make them happen. This also helps to enhance our gratitude. The relationship between you and the Universe is a partnership and there is give and take and periods in between that require our patience. The key to receiving Universal Abundance lies in our willingness to do our part, to take the steps that move us forward and to make use of the opportunities that come our way. Don’t sit back and wait for things to “happen”, life will be sweeter when you get involved in your own creation.

Today’s Message: Our Natural Talents

823: Today we are being asked to review and acknowledge our natural talents. These skills can become lost in the shuffle as we navigate the path of life. However, by putting them to use it jump-starts our energy flow. Which in turn creates opportunities and synchronicities that help us to create and manifest long term benefits. Using our natural talents strengthens our connection to our personal truth and the values that are important to us. They also boost our creative thinking and problem-solving skills and intuitive abilities. Be sure to pay attention and explore new directions. Natural talents also make us feel good about ourselves and can bring happiness into our everyday lives through gratitude and mindfulness. If you need help or guidance from the Universe just ask and above all, remember to believe in yourself!
