Today’s Message: Looking For The Light

1221: Happy Winter Solstice! Today marks the beginning of winter, the return of the sun and longer days. On this day of celebration the Universe is asking us to hold love in our hearts and to trust in both your inner guidance system and the universal energies.Your power of positive self talk will also come into play today. Remember that any statement you make can influence the outcome of any given situation, so take care to stay away from the negative ones. As we work towards transforming our lives it’s important to make statements in the present tense (I AM, I HAVE). The Universe and its helpers want us to have the best and be our best. They are always working behind the scenes to help us manifest our dreams and goals. Remember that when we do our part they can do theirs. Do not allow self criticism or the “Negative Nellie’s” of the world to bring you down or lower your energy. Stay focused and welcome the light as you move into a brighter future.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Haniel showers us with stardust, illuminating our thoughts and memories so that we can remember what magical beings we truly are, which assists us in the creation process. In turn this  shows us how to receive with grace and gratitude. This process accelerates when we allow beauty and harmony to surround us. Rose Quartz brings us inner peace and harmony which is essential to increasing our faith. The energy of this stone is very soothing and can help calm frazzled nerves. It helps to promote the softer, move loving view that we need to embrace gratitude, it soothes and clears the emotions and fills us with loving compassion. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feelings that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace. 829: Today we are continuing to make room for new opportunities and abundance. Through the releasing of things that are no longer relevant, not in our best interest or no longer bring us joy and peace we are giving ourselves some needed pre-fall cleaning. If you’ve been doing the work you may feel peaceful, centered, and light in spirit. This inner “freedom'” helps us to draw the good things that will help us along our path and will assist the work coming up in September. The angels are sending us a strong message today. ” Have faith in the knowledge that your needs are being met and that you and your loved ones are being cared for. By surrounding yourself with positive people and energy you will be opening the doors to the blessings that we are sending your way!”

No Patterns or Blue Prints: Cat’s Angel Message for November 29, 2019

November’s Theme:  Positive opens and draws, Negative closes and blocks. Stay focused on what you want and not what you fear.

1129:  As we prepare to close out the month of November our angels are sending us the following message: ” The positive thought patterns that you are creating are an important part of why you are here as well as being important to your overall well being. Use your experiences to help others and set a positive example of the power of positive vibes and the peace that it brings.” We can also rely on our own inner guidance which can set us in the proper frame of mind to make things happen and keep us moving forward. Remember that even taking small steps is making progress so keep yourself focused and keep your optimism high. When you pave the way for good things you can find them around every corner.




Archangel Michael helps to calm our fears as he guides us through issues of self doubt by clearing our energy field and quieting the internal chatter so that we can access the guidance being sent to us. He helps us to find our courage and our direction while giving us the strength that we need to choose wisely and make decisions on our own. Michael’s energy is easily felt particularly during times of stress and confusion and helps us when we feel lost or overwhelmed. 39:  While everyone’s life mission is different there are certain purposes inherent to all. We are each responsible for being the best person we can be and sharing our unique talents, passions and interests with the world around us. To all my fellow introverts out there, this doesn’t mean that you need to go out and teach others (unless that’s part of your calling) leading by example is every bit as powerful. The world is a crazy place right now which makes this all the more important. By doing our part we are leading in a positive manner toward a positive goal. The ascended masters are also calling upon all of the Lightworker’s out there and are asking them to work on completing the tasks that are related to your life purpose because your power is definitely needed at this time.




Archangel Chamuel helps us to uncover things we have lost or forgotten about. This includes our life mission and the thing that we excel at. Relationships are also in his realm of expertise, like the one we have with ourselves and our own spiritual nature. He helps us to build a strong foundation from which we can create our personal evolution. The Ascended Master Vywamus helps lightworkers, all aspects of Life Purpose, Inspiration, and discovering our talents and strengths. And the Greek goddess Persephone tells us “Don’t be afraid to unearth what lies beneath. By shedding light in dark places we often find treasures we had forgotten. These treasure can form the foundations that you need.”




Our Sacred Stones for today include the following.  Malachite, which helps to support friendships and promotes empathy towards others. It also strengthens our ability to absorb and process information so that we can show our feelings in a positive way and the combination of Quartz Crystal and Rose Quartz which sends peaceful, loving energy out into the world.

1219:  Spirituality and our own innate healing abilities create the groundwork for today’s message. The Universe is gently reminding us that we are qualified to help and heal both ourselves and others. However, this  begins with you and you must have the motivation and willingness to start the process and to keep it going. The important thing about self-healing is to keep in mind that we are always a work in progress and that healing the self is never a one time thing. If you are working with others the key lies in listening and remembering that we are not here to FIX them. The truth is that if  someone has a problem they are not usually looking for you to fix it they simply need to talk it out. Allowing your spiritual nature to come forward as you perform the simple act of giving someone your undivided attention and really hearing them (even if you can’t do much else) is extremely helpful. Within each of us resides the divine power that enables us to heal. Don’t be stingy about helping others or yourself and the benefits will return tenfold.




Archangel Raphael supports and assists healing of all kinds. He can show you the way to helping yourself and others. The Ascended Master Padre Pio also helps us with healing through forgiveness and spiritual growth. And the Hindu god Ganesh  who is best known to bring prosperity, is also the remover of obstacles. This includes those that life drops in our path and those we create for ourselves. Both of which often require healing on some level.

 September’s Theme: This month will involve working on our Life Mission/ Purpose. Sometimes we have a clear vision of what that is and sometimes we don’t.  Remember that everything you do has an impact on your world and the people in it and around you.  It can be simple, like making “tiny miracles” happen for others or even making your own life or the life of a loved one better. Sometime’s the small things are the best!




Your work is to discover your world and then with all your heart give yourself to it. – The Buddha




910:  In many of my daily messages I talk about keeping our thoughts elevated to a positive level, and today is one of those days. Sometimes this can be difficult. Especially when something negative happens and our thoughts and mood take a nosedive into the basement. The key is to do your best to let it go and allow yourself to move on. Today we are receiving assistance from Spirit (Divine, Goddess, God, etc) in keeping our thoughts elevated particularly in areas that pertain to “Why am I here?”. Allow yourself to absorb new ideas that come out of the blue. These will provide needed and valuable insights that will help us along our path. Remember, information comes in many forms and that positive energy helps us to draw what we need to us like a magnet!




Archangel Michael helps us to find our direction and helps us to find our courage. The Celtic Goddess Brigid can help us find the answers about our Life Purpose. While it’s true that she’s the patroness of bards and artists she also  assists all who come seeking knowledge. She promotes “the fire in the head” which ignites our creative brain which generates new thoughts and ideas. We can also ask the Ascended Master St. Francis to help us find our Life Purpose. He is best connected with outdoors. During his life he worked with animals and likes to remind us that much can be learned about our own nature through observing the natural world.




Our Sacred Stone for today is Quartz Crystal which protects us from negative energy while amplifying the positive energy that we generate. This is a powerful stone so be aware of what you are sending out. Or you can use Rose Quartz, to bring loving energy to the front.
