531: As we close out the month of May look back and see what you have accomplished in this cycle. You may have done big things or small things but both are equally important. Our message today is a reminder to embrace the things you are good at and your divinely given talents. These gifts bring us the confidence we need to create our lives and live our truth. You have done a good job with the changes life has given you. Don’t stress or worry simply trust in the process of life, allow things to unfold and when the right door opens you’ll know it without a doubt!

Note: The month of June will be testing our overall balance so it’s best to be prepared so a little grounding and centering can’t hurt.*

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:


Archangel Haniel showers us with stardust, illuminating our thoughts and memories so that we can remember what magickal beings we truly are, which assists us in the creation process. In turn, this shows us how to receive with grace and gratitude. This process accelerates when we allow beauty and harmony to surround us. It’ helps us to enjoy ourselves which makes blessings easier to receive.

The Ascended Master Melchizedek helps keep our energy balanced and flowing. This is essential for using our gifts and understanding the information we receive. He can also help to diffuse unpleasant situations that can arise as we go through change and transformation. Since he helps us heal through color, pay attention to the colors that draw you or feel relevant.

The Greek Goddess Persephone teaches us how to liberate ourselves from the things that are holding us back so that we can forge ahead on a new path. She tells us “Don’t be afraid to unearth what lies beneath. By shedding light in dark places we often find treasures we had forgotten. These treasures can form the foundations that you need.”

Agate. This humble stone is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. Jade can provide aid in problem-solving and shows us the path to reaching our goals and actualizing our dreams. It also promotes emotional balance and self-confidence as it gently dissipates negativity and brings peace on all levels. Jade attracts both prosperity and good luck. Jade helps us to understand that we are spiritual beings on this very human journey we call life. It stimulates knowledge and ideas.

530: Today the angels would like us to know that they’re proud of us. In the last month, we have faced change and made positive life choices and important decisions that will help us navigate our path. We have learned to embrace our faith which has given us the confidence to trust in our intuition and move forward with optimism and purpose. While these things have empowered us it has also been a challenge. These things have also strengthened our connection and relationship with the Universe and our spiritual helpers. We have learned that we can call on them when we need to. Take a moment today to offer gratitude to the Universe for life, love, and all the blessings that surround you. Then take a ME day to restore and center….. You’ve earned it!

Archangel Jophiel the angel of Illumination and wisdom, fills us with beautiful, loving thoughts and uplifting energy which helps us to create a fresh approach to life.  While Garnet is best known as a stone of protection it can benefit the use of our natural talents as well. It helps us to overcome any resistance we may have in using our gifts and promotes self-confidence. 529: In the last few days the universe has been reminding us about faith and how it enhances our power as a creator and our overall sense of self. As we prepare to close out the month of May the Angels are sending us the following message: ” The faith you have in yourself and in the Divine plays an important part in the changes that you are making. These changes will not only help you and your loved ones they will also shed light on your divine purpose. Teach by example that faith helps to create positive change and self-empowerment.”

Archangel Jeremiel is in charge of life reviews and changes. He can help you see everything that you have accomplished recently as well as the areas that need attention and helps us to let go of what we no longer need. 528: Embracing our faith is a powerful thing. It increases our feelings of security, and our power as a creator as well as opening the doors to abundance. One of the keys to manifesting abundance lies in remembering that it comes in many forms and can be completely unexpected or come from sources never considered. These blessings of abundance have an uncanny way of showing up in the areas we need them whether we are currently aware of them or not. So when a blessing shows up somewhere unexpected shake hands with it and invite it in for tea. This allows new doors and pathways to open up and effectively turns on the porch light so that new forms of abundance can find you.

Archangel Raziel assists us in all forms of manifestation. This includes our ‘Tiny Miracles” which he helps bring forward into the light. We have been working with change this month and that work is never easy, however, it is through change that we continue to grow. The stronger your faith is in yourself and the divine the more empowered you become and the easier change is to navigate. Today’s Message: Tough Questions

526: Today starts with the question, “What is your heart’s true desire?” The answer to this lies within each of us and it is up to us to find the answer. The angels are asking us to look within and be honest with ourselves about what we truly want. Take a little time today for some soul searching and ask yourself:

*What do I REALLY want from (life, myself, others)?

*Am I REALLY happy, or am I just going through the motions?

*What can I DO to change my situation for the better?

It’s important to be honest with ourselves because too often we spend our time and energy living someone else’s desire. Living your heart’s desire does not make you selfish, uncaring, or a bad person. It does, however, create inner peace, confidence, and a happier and spiritually healthier YOU!

Archangel Zadkiel helps to heal our hearts and minds so that accepting support in all forms is easier. He also promotes compassion for ourselves and others while helping us to find things that we have lost, forgotten about or set aside. Today’s Message: Finding Adventure

525: Change is part of life. It doesn’t matter whether it happens naturally or if we initiate it ourselves there will always be a feeling of uncertainty that accompanies it. By having faith in ourselves and in the Universe we are able to meet change with feelings of excitement. We all want to be the best that we can be and in order to do that, we must be willing to move forward. Remember, changes are necessary for our overall growth (personal, mental, emotional, spiritual) and without it, we are stuck in the same place. Today the angels are reminding us that during periods of change both we and our loved ones are safe and cared for. When we need help and support they are just a thought away. Opening yourself to an adventure creates positive energy that draws good things our way. Welcome them!

Archangel Gabriel helps us to access our inner wisdom and shows us how it can guide and inspire us. Gabriel also teaches us the importance of communication on all levels. Turquoise helps to purify our energy and clears away negative energy. it aids our problem-solving skills and protects us against self-sabotaging thoughts and actions.

 Red Tiger’s Eye stimulates our sense of adventure. It increases our motivation and practical thinking, as well as promotes emotional control during times when we feel ‘frazzled”.

Unakite. This green and pink stone helps us to see blocks that we have erected within ourselves and then provides valuable insights on removing them so that we can move forward. It helps us to appreciate the present moment and works with both base and heart chakras.

Today’s Message: Ask-Listen-Receive

524: Today is a reminder about paying attention to our personal guidance systems. This includes divine guidance and intuition, both of which can help immensely when working with change. Every day we receive guidance from the Universe and its helpers. Our job is to listen to the messages and use them to our benefit. This requires us to stay present and in the moment. if we lose that focus we wander off and miss out. If you have been working on creating positive change in your life this month the angels want you to know that you are definitely making progress. However, if you have been dragging your feet and struggling with these necessary changes then there is still time to make things happen and get on track. Remember that these messages can come from anywhere and at any time. The key is Ask-Listen-Receive, pay attention to what’s going on around you, and use your intuition to guide your actions.

Many are experiencing major life changes and the angels are offering this message of encouragement. ” We are here to help you, please don’t be afraid of what is taking place in your life. It is through times of change that your purpose and mission are revealed. These changes also bring you great blessings that open new doors and help you create the life you want!” Today’s message is all about embracing change with an attitude of excitement and expectation. Continue to work in your inner garden to make room for new growth. Above all remember to have faith in yourself and the universe. let yourself explore as you embrace your confidence and find new ways of being and doing.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include: Archangel Chamuel helps us in creating and maintaining strong and loving relationships. While this includes the one we have with ourselves and our own spiritual nature, it helps our relationships with others as well. Ask him to help you create an atmosphere of peace, love, and togetherness. His goal is to help us to build a strong foundation from which we can create our personal evolution.

The Ascended Master Sanat Kumara teaches us that we have an unlimited supply of personal power and helps us find the energy we need to keep going and rise above negative experiences and thought patterns. This gives us the skills we need to strengthen our personal boundaries so that we can be and stay strong in situations where we need to be.

The Hawaiian fire goddess Pele helps us to ignite our inner fire. This fire when channeled correctly helps to fuel our passions and sense of purpose. She is a goddess of empowerment teaches us about honest communication and how it aids our goal setting and getting. “Within you lives the sacred fire that gives life to your greatest dreams and passions. This part of you must be allowed to come forward, not smothered beneath fear, resentment or the expectations of others. Your fire will help you forge new paths!”

Agate. This humble stone is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. It nurtures our spiritual growth and inner strength by helping us to make the most of our life experiences.

Iolite, also known as “Poor Man’s Amethyst” it is a stone of vision that assists our intuition and aids us in setting things in motion by staying true to yourself and your path while freeing you from the expectations of others. It helps us to live in the moment making it easier to snag the blessings given to us. It is also a soothing stone that calms emotions during times of change.

Yellow Jasper helps to provide clarity on both mental and emotional levels. It starts us off in a positive direction while helping us to find realistic and workable solutions that help us to attain our goals.

Today’s Message: Spiritual Nudges

522:  Most of our work so far this month has been focused on personal change (mental and emotional). Today’s number, however, will focus on changes to our spiritual outlook. Positive choices, life lessons, courage, faith, insight, and Universal love are all key for today. It sounds like a lot but these things are what help shape our own unique brand of spirituality. When change arrives it brings many things including a change of perspective which flows into our being on all levels including the spiritual.

The Universe is reminding us not to ignore our spirituality. Embrace it by staying strong in faith and by remaining optimistic, as it is these things that help build a strong spiritual base from which all good things grow.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Jophiel reminds us that goodness and beauty surround us all the time. By keeping ourselves open to receiving these blessings it draws the things we need directly to us. She reminds us that slowing down activates our creative mind and makes these things easier to visualize and grasp as it enhances and brings forward our spiritual nature.

The Ascended Master Padre Pio teaches us that we can heal by embracing our spirituality and he guides us through periods of spiritual growth as well.

 The Hindu Goddess White Tara embodies the beauty of Divine love and shows us the path to strengthening or restoring our faith. She says:  “Come and sit beside me. I will help ease the worry in your heart and teach you how to replace it with gratitude and joy. This is where faith dwells and we must only open the doors and invite it forward.” Tara’s name means “star”, and like a star, she helps to guide us along our path and through life.

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

Cavansite. This stone helps to guide us through major life changes as well as help us learn from past experiences so that we don’t make the same mistakes/choices again. It also helps us to retain information that applies to spiritual growth. Cavansite helps to promote new ideas and can be used in conjunction with the Third Eye or brow chakra.

Golden (Imperial) Topaz helps to strengthen our confidence, faith, and optimistic outlook as it reminds us of our own divine origins. It can also be used to re-energize the body and spirit which assists us in overcoming our self-imposed limitations.

Ulexite (TV stone). This clear stone helps to burn away mental fog and promotes clarity of vision and thinking. It can be used during meditation and to promote relaxation
