Enjoy the beauty of nature or soothing music and fill your mind with your favorite energizing, soothing, or healing color. These are different for everyone, personally, I like watery blue-green or aqua and soft pinks, so whatever color speaks to you today just enjoy it! Personal quiet time plays an essential role in your emotional and spiritual well-being. Use that quiet place to relax and reset. Too often we forget or put off doing something just for ourselves so a bubble bath for the soul is always a good thing to indulge in!

Either way, it’s best to take some time to ground, center, and clear. This is an important part of a daily self-care routine. It calms the mind and emotions. It reduces stress and loosens the hold of anxiety. When we are at peace this energy encompasses everything we do and can be felt by those around us. It opens the pathways that allow loving and peaceful vibes to reach our core and helps us to send them out in return. Just breathe and allow peace to fill your entire being.

522:  Most of our work so far this month has been focused on personal change (mental and emotional). Today’s number, however, will focus on changes to our spiritual outlook. Positive choices, life lessons, courage, faith, insight, and Universal love are all key for today. It sounds like a lot but these things are what help shape our own unique brand of spirituality. When change arrives it brings many things including a change of perspective which flows into our being on all levels including the spiritual.

The Universe is reminding us not to ignore our spirituality. Embrace it by staying strong in faith and by remaining optimistic, as it is these things that help build a strong spiritual base from which all good things grow.

What was I /we doing? What stood out? (feelings, colors, animals, places people, etc)

Examine the information and see how it pertains to what you are going through. The dreams that we remember vividly always correspond to people and situations that are impacting our life and there are always lessons to learn and personal knowledge in them. You can ask the angels or archangels to assist you in your dreams. They are more than happy to help clear away negative or pessimistic thoughts and feelings. 1010: Today’s number certainly sums up this month’s theme so do your best to stay focused and centered, as this will help to keep the lines of communication open and flowing. We are being asked to work on areas involving our spiritual journey and personal development. Remember that we are creating our reality and the key is to stay optimistic about the messages and information that you receive. Messages will come in many forms, both divinely generated and through our own intuitive skills, so always be on the lookout for creative ideas and insights. The Universe is here to help you and the guidance that it offers will bring growth on all levels and each tidbit of information adds another piece to the puzzle.

He helps us to find harmony in the things going on around us and reminds us that letting go is essential for change and transformation to take place. Today is a good day to simply touch base with him, ask for help if needed or simply express gratitude for the blessings taking place in your life.

The Ascended Master, Saint Padre Pio, keeps us on the path of spiritual and personal growth. As we continue to grow so do our abilities like intuition, compassion, and seeing through the eyes of love. His energy is strong and optimistic which helps to boost our faith and confidence.

The Hawaiian fire goddess Pele helps us to ignite our inner fire. This fire when channeled correctly helps to fuel our passions and sense of purpose. She is a goddess of empowerment teaches us about honest communication and how it aids our goal setting and getting. “Within you lives the sacred fire that gives life to your greatest dreams and passions. This part of you must be allowed to come forward, not smothered beneath fear, resentment or the expectations of others. Your fire will help you forge new paths!”
