1011:  Everyday we help create our own reality through our thoughts and beliefs. By focusing on the good things we ultimately draw more of the same towards us. Just like a negative focus draws negative things. Remember, negative thoughts are normal (we all have them) and they should never be dismissed out of hand. The key here is to acknowledge and examine them, look for the “WHY” you feel that way, and release it to  Spirit. Today we are being asked to engage our creative side, do something fun or that brings you joy and to avoid addictive behaviors and toxic situations or people. Surround yourself positive vibes and allow the attitude of gratitude to fill your entire being!




The Ascended Master and Hindu god Sanat Kumara helps protect us against negative and lower energies. He is said to banish darkness in the minds of men. He is considered a demon slayer but this may be metaphorical with demons meaning ignorance, anger, fear or hatred. Archangel Jophiel helps us to surround ourselves with beautiful thoughts and how to use them to transform situations into something positive and since we are also working with creative thinking the Celtic goddess Brigid is here for us as well. 105:   Change usually happens when we aren’t paying attention and this can be a little scary. However, change is generally a good thing designed to help us grow. Over the last several months we have worked on initiating changes in our lives and when we do our best to hold it in a positive light, things flow smoothly. Be assertive and follow your inner guidance. Today the angels are asking us to stay in the present and acknowledge the changes we have initiated or want to make happen. Asking for assistance from the Divine and from the angels works to our benefit as does asking for the grace and courage to make these changes a reality. Remember to implement your creative thinking to find new ways and ideas that will help you to make things happen.




Archangel Uriel helps us to let go of the past and invite changes and transformation into our lives. He helps us to find harmony in the things going on around us. 816: As we know,  our thoughts play an important role in our ability to manifest the things we need, both within ourselves and in our lives. By embracing a positive attitude we are effectively setting out the “Welcome” mat to help draw all the things that will enrich our lives. But first we have to let go of the negative thought patterns. 725:  Whether we like it or not change is a part of our path and is necessary for both personal and spiritual growth. Whether change happens naturally or we initiate it ourselves there are always feelings of uncertainty that come with it. Today the Angels are letting us know that our faith in the changes we are experiencing is well founded. Things are moving, wheels are turning and tiny miracles are lining up. This is also a reminder that during these changes that we and our loved ones are safe and cared for. By seeing change as an adventure we are surrounding ourselves with an armor of positive energy which in turn draws good things our way!

615:  Rising above negative thoughts/feeling and  indulging in self care are on the universal agenda today. There are times when rising above feels like a monumental task. This can be  especially true when there are negative things going on around us. When we experience negativity in any form it makes an impression. We get angry, freaky or we absorb it causing a harmful dis-ease that festers inside. Sounds pretty gnarly right? I mean who really wants to go on someone else’s negative roller coaster ride, or your own for that matter. This trap is easy to get caught in and we’ve all been there. The angels advice is pretty clear on this. “The best thing that you can do for yourself is to acknowledge the situation and surround it with healing energy. Then send it to us to deal with. Surround yourself with positive people and energy. Make your own self care one of your top priorities. Remember, you cannot be healthy for others if you are not healthy for yourself!”




Our helpers for today are the Archangels Michael and Zadkiel. They work together to replace  any and all negative energies that we come into contact with. You can call on Michael for protection when you feel overwhelmed with the “energies” of others, he will keep you safe both physically and emotionally. He helps us get rid of the emotional residue from negative encounters and encourages us down the path to self care.

525:  Change is part of life. It doesn’t matter whether  it happens naturally or if we  initiate it ourselves there is always a feeling of uncertainty that accompanies it. One of this month’s themes is “Embracing  New Adventures”. By having faith in ourselves and in the divine sources we are able to meet change with feelings of excitement. We all want to be the best that we can be and in order to do that we must be willing to move forward. Remember, changes are necessary for our overall growth (personal, mental, emotional, spiritual) and without it we are stuck in the same place. Today the angels are reminding us that during periods of change both we and our loved ones are safe and cared for. When we need help and support they are just a thought away. Opening yourself to an adventure creates positive energy that draws good things our way. Welcome them!

420: Yesterday we talked about helping/healing ourselves and others, and today we delve a little deeper.  The biggest stumbling blocks are lack of confidence and faith in ourselves. These things can keep us from making the effort because we are afraid to fail. Today the Universe is reminding us that what we perceive as failure is actually progress. Each attempt or step (even baby steps) helps to keep us moving forward and teaches us something new. Our actions are inspiring to ourselves as well as others. Because we are showing that while we’re a work in progress we continue to persevere to make ourselves the best person we can be. If you try something and it doesn’t work out, look for the one thing that did (there is always at least one) and use that as building block and try again. by doing this we gain self confidence and courage. Step into your power and keep moving upward!

412: Dreams can be a powerful tool for solving problems. If you remember your dreams make note of them or write them down ( or at least what you remember) then look for answers in the symbolism. Ask yourself the following questions: * Who was there with me? *Where was I in this dream? *What was I /we doing? * What stood out? (feelings, colors, animals, places people etc). Examine the information and see how it pertains to what is currently going on in your life. The dreams that we remember vividly always correspond to people, and situations that are impacting our life and there are always lessons to learn and personal knowledge in them.  April Theme:  We are being challenged to change ourselves. You have the power to make things happen and the Universe is on your side.




 It is easy to hate and it is difficult to love. This is how the whole scheme of things works. All good things are difficult to achieve; and bad things are very easy to get. – Confucius




 42: There are times when life is difficult or things just aren’t going our way. When this happens we can lose faith in ourselves, the world or with the divine. Everyone goes through this, we are only human after all. When we feel negative we draw that kind of energy to us so it’s important to recognize and acknowledge it and then do our best to nip it in the bud. Today the Angels are reminding us that they are here and  that our prayers and requests have been heard and are being answered. If you find yourself bogged down with fear, worry or negative energy try one of the following: smudge yourself with sage, go outside and ground yourself, meditate or take a nature walk. This self care will help clear your energy field as well as your mind.




Today we are working with Archangels Uriel and Michael. Archangel Uriel helps us to work through life lessons and assists us in solving the problems that life throws at us and Archangel Michael brings courage when we need it most and helps us to find direction and stay on track.
