Today’s Message: Take A Moment To Reflect

1226: The Universe and its helpers assist us in many ways. For example, they help to ensure that our basic material needs are being met. While sometimes it may feel like this isn’t the case, in all reality it is. In today’s society, people tend to want more than what they really need to live. It’s an ego thing. If you look around you can probably find a surplus of THINGS that you could do without. (I know I can) When the Universe tells us that our needs are being met it refers to basic necessities like money to pay our bills, food, shelter, clothing, etc. They are here to assist, not to provide excess. If we aspire to have more then we need to do our part to make it happen. Working with angels, ascended masters, etc. is a partnership. Today we are reminded that our needs are being met for ourselves and our loved ones. Take a moment to offer gratitude for life and for what you have!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Uriel helps us to let go of the past and invite essential new growth into our lives. He helps us to find harmony in the things going on around us and reminds us that letting go is essential for change and transformation to take place. Today is a good day to simply touch base with him, ask for help if needed, or simply express gratitude for the blessings taking place in your life.

  The Ascended Master Solomon helps us to take what we are given and make the most of it. He teaches us how to do things more efficiently as he guides us through difficult situations. Focus and efficiency help us in our quest for personal evolution and help create the necessary stepping stones we need to move ahead.

Aine the Irish goddess of wealth and fertility shows us the path to increasing faith in both the Source and in ourselves. She tells us  “True wealth is everywhere, but first you must find it within. Use the seeds you are gifted and use them to help you to grow your abundance.”

Aventurine teaches us how to give and receive gracefully. Both are necessary for healthy relationships with self and others and it allows the Universe to care for you. Aventurine also helps to dispel the anger and irritation that sometimes arise when we are stuck in the “what I lack” mind loop.

 Use Carnelian for motivation and increased creativity. It teaches us to trust in ourselves and helps us find creative solutions to current issues as it boosts self-esteem and invites us to embrace our personal power while promoting positive life choices which enhance our ability to draw new forms of prosperity and abundance.

Larimar helps to remove self-imposed barriers that may be keeping us from accepting our personal power and stops self-sabotaging behavior by bringing out the best in us. It helps us to see the things that we have to be grateful for and the tiny miracles that we take for granted. This sky blue stone also helps to ease our obsession for material things and shows us how to put things into perspective so that you manifest what we really need. It shows us how to go with the flow.

Today’s Message: Shedding Light

1225: Today the Universe is asking us to perform a self-check (it’s been a while since we’ve done one!). Usually, we are checking our balance or our current life path position, but today is a little different. Today’s check involves hidden negatives. We tend to hide things that we don’t like about ourselves, our job, our situation or, negative thoughts about ourselves and others. The message is simple ” Hanging on to the negative things in your life offers no benefit to you or your loved ones. The time has come to unearth these things and heal them.” Start looking for those small hurtful places inside. Hold our Winter Solstice message of new beginnings and light in your heart and allow it to activate the self-healing process. While this kind of work is never easy it will help us not only on our path, it will also usher in beneficial new blessings. We are never alone, the Goddess, Angels and the Ascended Masters are all here to help!

Archangel Gabriel helps us to access our inner wisdom and shows us how it can guide and inspire us. Gabriel also teaches us the importance of communication on all levels. This helps us to overcome our fears so that we can complete the things we start and achieve positive results during times of transformation and change. 

The Ascended Master Mother Mary provides us with all forms of healing. She surrounds us with her gentle energy and helps to fill our hearts with love as she imparts feelings of peace and safety as she gently heals the dark, hidden places within while showing us the path that leads to compassion and forgiveness which are essential to healing ourselves and helping others. She helps to fill our hearts with peace and love and helps everyone regardless of path or religion.

The Egyptian goddess Bastet (Bast) is not only associated with cats both large and small she is also a goddess of protection and of things that bring pleasure to the senses. In her role as protector, she tells us “Never be afraid to stand up for yourself or move in the direction you know is right. Remember the importance of setting boundaries. This helps you to take control of your life

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

Black Obsidian. This stone not only protects it also helps to bring negative energy to the surface where it can be dispelled and provides support during times of change. It takes the “things” that we’ve hidden and composts them into positive soil to support out new growth.

While Garnet is best known as a stone of protection it can benefit the use of our natural talents as well. It helps us to overcome any resistance we may have in using our gifts and promotes self-confidence. Garnet removes what no longer serves and mental self-sabotage. It promotes balance and clears and re-energizes the chakras.

Unakite. This green and pink stone helps us to see blocks that we have erected within ourselves and then provides valuable insights on removing them so that we can move forward. It helps us to appreciate and gain clarity from the present moment and works with both base and heart chakras.

1224: Every day we receive guidance from the Universe and today is a lesson in how well we pay attention and how we put that information to use. Our faith is a key component when working with divine guidance. This will come in handy today as we continue to create positive change in our lives. The Universe is letting you know that you are making good progress. However, if you have been dragging your feet and fighting the necessary changes (due to fear and lack of confidence) then the Universe wants you to know that there is still time to make things happen. Remember to ask for what you need then listen to the guidance that you receive as well as your intuition and welcome the change that brings new things to your life!

She tells us, “All the skills and knowledge you need for success lives within you. Your inner wisdom is a powerful thing and you know in your heart when something is good and right.”

Jade can provide aid in problem-solving and shows us the path to reaching our goals and actualizing our dreams. It also promotes emotional balance and self-confidence as it gently dissipates negativity and brings peace on all levels. Jade attracts both prosperity and good luck.  Jade helps us to understand that we are spiritual beings on this very human journey we call life. It stimulates knowledge and ideas.

Orbicular or Ocean Jasper helps to increase our sense of responsibility and promotes patience. It provides the strength we need to calmly deal with life’s challenges and soothes the emotional stress that can happen when we become impatient for results.

Sodalite is a stone for the mind, it promotes clear and calm thinking. and activates intuition as it draws down information to the physical level. It dispels confusion and releases outdated thought patterns while creating space for new ideas. It also helps us to look for and find the truth and makes it possible to stand up for our personal beliefs while remaining true to ourselves by boosting our confidence and self-esteem.

1223: We work with faith every day and sometimes even the most steadfast believers can find their faith being tested. So today the Universe has asked our Spirit Helpers to step in and give us a helping hand. We have all the skills and abilities that we need to make great things happen and transform our lives to fit our vision. Although sometimes we need a little extra help in making the best choices and decisions with what we currently have to work with. Our Spirit Helpers are always here to help us on our path and to give us a boost in the faith department. Even if there are no pressing issues today their presence and loving energy can be very uplifting. Today is also a great time to clear your energy field as this will allow their energy and guidance to fill your heart and spirit!

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Sandalphon hears all requests and makes sure that they get to the Angel or Ascended Master who is best able to handle them. Ask him to help you clearly understand the information that you receive (his favorite mode of communication is music!). Sandalphon also provides us with an emotional boost of courage. This is important as it helps us to make bold decisions that will help us on our path.

 Ascended Master Vywamus encourages us to continuously and consciously seek inspiration through the discovery and rediscovery of our own natural abilities and talents. He teaches us that healing can be found in change. If something is holding you back he can teach you how to let it go or let it be so you can continue moving forward.  

The Hawaiian fire goddess Pele helps us to ignite our inner fire. This fire when channeled correctly helps to fuel our passions and sense of purpose. She is a goddess of empowerment teaches us about honest communication and how it aids our goal setting and getting. “Within you lives the sacred fire that gives life to your greatest dreams and passions. This part of you must be allowed to come forward, not smothered beneath fear, resentment or the expectations of others. Your fire will help you forge new paths!”

Chrysocolla. This powerful blue-green stone helps us during periods of change and challenging times. It brings smooth transitions and helps us to accept change with serenity and calm. It helps us to be more self-aware and self-confident that inspires both creativity and motivation.

Moss Agate. This gentle stone promotes new beginnings and releases the blocks that are keeping us from moving forward. It also helps us to connect to nature and the earth which is essential for the ground-clear-center process that we are working on today.

Sunstone brings personal empowerment and fights procrastination. It brings out our natural optimism, self-confidence and promotes our natural flow of abundance as it soothes our fear of change and the accompanying stress that change can bring.

Today’s Message: Setting Things In Motion

1222: Yesterday’s Winter Solstice was all about rebirth and a new beginning. These things require us to continue the positive thought process. It’s time to separate our Thought Seeds. Keep what you want to grow in the new year and let go of the ones that are no longer good for your garden. Ask for guidance and pay attention to the messages that you receive. By staying true to yourself and sticking to your path it will help your powers of manifestation. Only you know what is best for you and your personal evolution and it is your faith and focus that help you most today. If you feel at loose ends take some time to ground, clear, and center. The angels are here to support you and your efforts so if you need help just ask and set the wheels in motion.

Archangel Chamuel helps us in regards to relationships. This includes the one we have with ourselves and our own spiritual nature. He helps us to build a strong foundation from which we can create our personal evolution. Archangel Chamuel also helps us to find what is lost. The Ascended Master Saint Germain helps us to persevere in our personal quests and provides us with courage and direction. He teaches us how to clear the way and free our minds from worry so that we can work on more important things and shows us the way to comfortably interact with people and situations that can help us achieve our goals.  

Epona is the Celtic goddess of horses, fertility (cornucopia), and dreams(keys). She has ridden into our message today to remind us of the importance of sowing fertile ground to nurture our body, mind, and spirit. The keys to this can often be found in our dreams. She says ” As you ride into your evolution remember that you are the key to unlocking the doors that will lead you on your journey. Clues can be found in your dreams and daydreams so don’t gallop past the waymarkers.”

Tangerine Quartz helps to increase our receptivity to Divine inspiration while it stimulates the mind and enhances overall creativity. It fills us with hope and joy as it restores our feelings of self-worth by balancing our emotions.  

Rhodonite helps to balance both mental and physical energy. It shows us all sides to any given situation and clears away confusion and helps to promote confidence. Its calming influence helps us to ground and balance even during chaotic or upsetting situations. It also helps to promote the feeling of brotherhood and helps us to embrace gratitude while promoting a loving and balanced approach to life and encouraging a positive attitude and creativity.

Desert Rose (Selenite). These beautiful stone “flowers” help to increase our understanding of our own personal value in the universal plan. it dissolves self-imposed programming and helps us replace it with positive options.

1221: Happy Winter Solstice! Today marks the beginning of winter, the return of the sun, and longer days. On this day of celebration, the Universe is asking us to hold love in our hearts and to trust in both your inner guidance system and the universal energies. Your power of positive self-talk will also come into play today. Remember that any statement you make can influence the outcome of any given situation, so take care to stay away from the negative ones. As we work towards transforming our lives it’s important to make statements in the present tense (I AM, I HAVE). The Universe and its helpers want us to have the best and be our best. They are always working behind the scenes to help us manifest our dreams and goals. Remember that when we do our part they can do theirs. It helps to promote the softer, move loving view that we need to embrace gratitude, it soothes and clears the emotions and fills us with loving compassion. It works with the heart chakra to gently wash away negative feelings that we harbor against ourselves and lifts the emotions to promote joy and peace. It opens our hearts and shows us the love in relationships and situations, which helps us find a balancing point Use this gentle stone to shower yourself with loving care and to send healing to those little places that most need it.

Today’s Message: FAITH-FOCUS-move FORWARD!

1220: Today is a gentle reminder to have faith in ourselves and in the Universe. Strengthen your belief that miracles happen, that problems are only temporary setbacks and there are solutions to every problem although some may require more work to find than others. Perspective is the key and we are being asked to view things in an optimistic and positive manner. Remember even when things don’t work out or they don’t happen quite as we planned we can always find the ONE good thing that came of it and use it as a starting point to move forward. Don’t allow frustration to cloud your vision and even if we don’t see the results of our prayers and actions right now our Divine friends are working behind the scene to make things happen on our behalf.

Archangel Jeremiel is in charge of life reviews and changes. He can help you see everything that you have accomplished recently as well as the areas that need attention and helps us to let go of what we no longer need. He teaches us that by taking inventory of our lives we gain clear perspective of where we are on our path, which in turn helps us to make positive life changes. He removes our fear of change and what the future holds and replaces them with a sense of expectant excitement.

The Ascended Master Maitreya (Laughing Buddha)  helps us to find peace and harmony through laughter, this gives us a clear perspective and keeps our energy flowing.  He tells us that laughter is sacred and when the heart is alive with joy we are connected to the Infinite and filled with Nirvana-essence. Center your mind with the intent of enjoying yourself and you will find yourself centered in the moment. Enjoy what life has to offer and enjoy the process!

the Egyptian goddess Hathor helps us to find the answer to the question  “How shall I live my life? ” She tells us that every moment gives us opportunities for growth. ” When you are filled with indecision you move away from yourself and your power as a creator. Indecision silences you ability to hear your own inner wisdom. If you need my help just ask and I will shower you with energy that will tip the scales in the direction of what you desire.”

Ametrine. This stone, a combination of amethyst and citrine, helps to release blocks like negative emotional programming. It also encourages growth while helping us to explore all possibilities and find the creative solutions that are needed to make the most of the information we are given.

Pink Kunzite is a feel good stone that helps us to go with the flow. It brings feelings of peace as it connects us to universal love as it removes obstacles from our path and promotes communication on all levels.

Labradorite, called “The Bringer of Light” It is both protective and mystical. Turn the stone in your hands and see the flashes of color and light. They create a connection and helps to raise the consciousness to the energies of the Universe. Labradorite is also used to relieve fear and insecurity caused by old hurts and disappointments. It also strengthens our faith as it removes the projections of others that are holding us back

Today’s Message: Healing Self First

1219: Spirituality and our own innate healing abilities create the groundwork for today’s message. The Universe is gently reminding us that we are qualified to help and heal both ourselves and others. However, this begins with you and you must have the motivation and willingness to start the process and to keep it going. The important thing about self-healing is to keep in mind that we are always a work in progress and that healing the self is never a one time thing. If you are working with others the key lies in listening and remembering that we are not here to FIX them. The truth is that if someone has a problem they are not usually looking for you to fix it they simply need to talk it out. Allowing your spiritual nature to come forward as you perform the simple act of giving someone your undivided attention and really hearing them (even if you can’t do much else) is extremely helpful. Within each of us resides the divine power that enables us to heal. Don’t be stingy about helping others or yourself and the benefits will return tenfold.

Charoite is a stone of transformation. It helps to open our hearts to the concept of unconditional love and brings those energies forward. Charoite enhances our perception and helps to ground our spiritual nature into everyday reality and helps us to see ways we can be of service. This stone can be used to reduce stress and worry as it helps us to overcome fear.

Fuchsite helps us to understand our personal interactions with others, particularly in the areas of basic life concerns. It teaches self-worth and how to do what is necessary to get others moving in the right direction without doing everything for them.

Today’s Message: A Delicate Balance

1218: This time of year can make it difficult to maintain the balance between giving and receiving. The key is in your ability to not overextend yourself in either direction. By acknowledging our boundaries we help to create and maintain this necessary balance. By staying open and positive about both areas as well we will find it easier to embody the attitude of gratitude and acknowledge the gifts and blessings that flow in and out of our lives. Remember that the Universe is meeting our needs and that we are safe and cared for. What you send out will come back and your spiritual nature will benefit you today by boosting our levels of faith and trust

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Raphael teaches us that it is through our spiritual journey that we can heal ourselves and our lives and regain our self-confidence and faith. This opens our spiritual eyes so that we may see what we have and how blessed we truly are as it teaches us how to make room for new things through the clearing out process. He helps to clear the way so that we can achieve balance by removing the blocks associated with giving and receiving by promoting flexibility in thinking and attitude.

The Ascended Master Buddha helps us to find our “Attitude of Gratitude”. By acknowledging what we have to be grateful for we are filled with joy and inner peace which encourages positive flow. He also reminds us of the important balance between giving and receiving. When we are balanced we find the patience and inner peace we need to go with the flow and can help us embrace the “Tiny Miracles” in our lives as well.

 The Hindu Mother Goddess Durga teaches us how to create boundaries and maintain them as well as protecting ourselves from the negative or controlling energy of others. She says:  “ Personal boundaries are important to your well-being. It is sometimes best to walk away. I can help you to step back and give you the self-assurance to do what is in your best interest.”

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

Aventurine teaches us how to give and receive gracefully. Both are necessary for healthy relationships with self and others and it allows the Universe to care for you. Aventurine also helps to dispel the anger and irritation that sometimes arise when we are stuck in the “what I lack” mind loop.

Chalcedony that brings mind, body, spirit and emotions into harmony by calming fear, anger or self doubt. It also promotes good feeling towards self and others

 Iolite, also known as “Poor Man’s Amethyst” it is a stone of vision that assists our intuition and aids us in setting things in motion by staying true to yourself and your path while freeing you from the expectations of others. It helps us to live in the moment making it easier to snag the blessings given to us. It is also a soothing stone that calms emotions during times of change.

Today’s Message: Sitting With Our Spiritual Side

1217: Today the Universe is asking us to embrace and acknowledge our spiritual side. It’s our spirituality that essentially helps us to navigate our life path, and helps us to surround ourselves with optimistic energy even when the going gets rough. It’s also through our spirituality that our power as a creator comes into play. By believing in ourselves we can generate new opportunities for prosperity and abundance on all levels. Our spiritual side also enhances our strength and confidence which helps us to see the blessings, the tiny miracles, and magick moments headed our way as well as the ones that currently surround us. This is a good day to simply say thank you to the Universe, its helpers, and to yourself for being the amazing soul that you are

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Chamuel helps us in regards to relationships. This includes the one we have with ourselves and our own spiritual nature. He helps us to build a strong foundation from which we can create our personal evolution. Archangel Chamuel also helps us to find what is lost. If you feel like you have wandered off your path and are having trouble finding your way back he can help you get your bearings.  

The Ascended Master, Saint Padre Pio, keeps us on the path of spiritual and personal growth. As we continue to grow so do our abilities like intuition, compassion, and seeing through the eyes of love. His energy is strong and optimistic which helps to boost our faith and confidence  

The Hindu Goddess White Tara embodies the beauty of Divine love and shows us the path to strengthening or restoring our faith. She says:  “Come and sit beside me. I will help ease the worry in your heart and teach you how to replace it with gratitude and joy. This is where faith dwells and we must only open the doors and invite it forward.” Tara’s name means “star”, and like a star she helps to guide us along our path and through life.“

Today’s Sacred Stones include:

Agate. This humble stone is the perfect one for grounding and balancing our energies. It also helps by raising our consciousness to access our higher self and promoting the awareness and acceptance of who we are and where we want to go in life. It nurtures our spiritual growth and inner strength by helping us to make the most of our life experiences.

Cavansite. This stone helps to guide us through major life changes as well as helping us learn from past experiences so that we don’t make the same mistakes/choices again. It also helps us to retain information that applies to spiritual growth. Cavansite helps to promote new ideas and can be used in conjunction with the Third Eye or brow chakra.

Charoite. This multi-hued mineral is a stone of transformation. It helps to open our hearts to the concept of unconditional love and brings those energies forward. Charoite enhances our perception and helps to ground our spiritual nature into everyday reality.  This stone can be used to reduce stress and worry as it helps us to overcome fear.
