34: There are times when we just need someone to listen. To share in our joys, and dreams or our concerns, our fears, or our worries. Like a dear friend the angels and the ascended masters are also here for us. Their job involves assisting us on all levels as well as surrounding us with protection and love. The more often we talk to them the easier it becomes to “hear” their replies. If you ask a question and find yourself receiving repetitive impressions, signs or thoughts then be assured that they have heard and are sending you an answer. Our job is stay open to receiving the information being sent, this will also become easier as our relationship with the divine evolves. Remember, never be afraid to ask for their help. Keep faith in yourself, your inner wisdom and in your Divine support team!

Archangel Michael helps to calm our fears as he guides us through issues of self doubt by clearing our energy field and quieting the internal chatter so that we can access the guidance being sent to us. 330: Have you ever noticed that sometimes it’s hard to admit that we need help? It happens…..you know it does! While being self-sufficient is a good thing there are times when we just can’t do it alone. The refusal to ask for or accept help is born out of pride and ego. While these things are good in small doses we have to know when to put them on the shelf when they get in the way. Sometimes all we need is someone to listen and sometimes we need a little more. Remember, there is absolutely no shame in asking for help. You can start with the Angels and the Ascended Masters, they are always available (I always ask Archangel Michael, he’s my go-to guy!) and ready to assist you in anything that brings peace to you and your loved ones.

Archangel Zadkiel helps to heal our hearts and minds so that accepting support in all forms is easier. He also promotes compassion for ourselves and others while helping us to find things that we have lost, forgotten about, or set aside. The important thing about self-healing is to keep in mind that we are always a work in progress and that healing the self is never a one time thing. If you are working with others the key lies in listening and remembering that we are not here to FIX them. The truth is that if someone has a problem they are not usually looking for you to fix it they simply need to talk it out. Allowing your spiritual nature to come forward as you perform the simple act of giving someone your undivided attention and really hearing them (even if you can’t do much else) is extremely helpful. Within each of us resides the divine power that enables us to heal. Don’t be stingy about helping others or yourself and the benefits will return tenfold.

This divine relationship is further enhanced through meditation, prayer and simply staying “present”.
