Thought For The Day: June 29, 2020 “Good or Bad”

We’ll start the week with a reminder about how we choose to see things and what we focus on. By letting ourselves focus on the bad things we will find them everywhere and the same can be said for the good things. Even though the world seems pretty bleak right now there are good things going on too. Try looking for the ONE GOOD THING even if it’s something small and simple, its a starting point. Reach for it!

Small acts of kindness or courtesies reap the biggest rewards. A touch, a smile, a text, a kind word, a hug, being an active listener, a favor, small things. Remember that small things often create the biggest and longest-lasting changes.

We all have dreams however we often put them on hold as other things enter our lives or simply get in the way. We pack them away with the vow that we will come back to them. Sometimes we unpack them and move forward with them while other times they remain hidden away. Dreams help us to create our lives and help us to grow and this is why they are important. Take some time today to reexamine your dreams. Ask yourself “Am I where I want to be?”, “Where do I want to go?” and “Is it time to make this happen?” Keep dreaming and keep growing!
