On a clear winter’s evening
The crescent moon
And the round squirrels nest
In the bare oak
Are equal planets.

Have you ever driven to work and arrived without a conscious memory of your commute? Do you tend to let your mind wander while sitting in a meeting? If so, dont chide yourself for being a day dreamer.
Mother Nature Network:
Romeo might be one of the last members of his species. Won’t you help him find a mate?
We thought Lonesome George was a sad case. But now, there’s Romeo.
Romeo is a Sehuencas water frog, and he is quite possibly the only member of his species alive today. Possibly.
Researchers haven’t given up hope and are using this Valentine’s Day to tug on our heartstrings to help find Romeo a lover.
A Bountiful Moment: Become a seeker
What you seek out within your day and life will come to reality. What you pay attention to will grow. Live your life looking for things that add value and happiness. Look for what supports your growth. Look for ways to give yourself added opportunities and look for things that help you accomplish your goals.
Are you a seeker? And if you are what do you seek? Be aware today of how you look at people and events in your life. Do you seek to find the gifts of support, opportunity, joy and optimism, or do you see your life as a constant struggle. Be supportive of your life journey by seeking the goodness in every day and every situation.
Have a Great Day and Believe in Yourself!

Mind Body Green: The Ultimate Yoga Flow To Practice Self-Love & Open Heart
With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, its a nice reminder to spread the love to others and maybe, if not more importantly, to yourself. Practicing self-love is so important and crucial to our well-being.
“When flowing water … meets with obstacles on its path, a blockage in its journey, it pauses. It increases in volume and strength, filling up in front of the obstacle and eventually spilling past it….
“Do not turn and run, for there is nowhere worthwhile for you to go. Do not attempt to push ahead into the danger … emulate the example of the water: Pause and build up your strength until the obstacle no longer represents a blockage.”
— from the ‘I Ching,’ presented in ‘To Build the Life You Want, Create the Work You Love: The Spiritual Dimension of Entrepreneuring’ by Marsha Sinetar
A Note from the Universe
I know what it’s like. I’ve seen it played out a few zillion times: You’re waiting for that magical day when someone makes the connection and recognizes who you really are. Maybe they’ll first catch the sparkle in your eye. Or perhaps they’ll marvel at your insights and the depth of your spirit. Someone who will help you connect the dots, believe in yourself, and make sense of it all. Someone who will understand you, approve of you, and unhesitatingly give you a leg up so that life can pluck your ready, ripened self from the branch of magnificence.
Well, I’m here to tell you, your wait is over. That someone is you.
Good thing you rock,

Home; How Are You Expressing Yourself?
“A home is not a mere transient shelter: its essence lies in its permanence, in its capacity for accretion and solidification, in its quality of representing, in all its details, the personalities of the people who live in it.”
-H.L. Mencken (1880-1956)
“Home” itself is a very spiritual word – as it contains the primordial sound “om.” And the words associated with home: like “mom” and “father” have the “ah” sound. These words because mantra-like to us in that they represent a kind of security, a peace, a presence. Our homes are a reflection of how we express ourselves, and how we feel about ourselves. Look around and see what your home says about you – and what your home says to you!
