Today’s Message: Peaceful Vibes

31: As we start the new month we are reminded that the world needs fewer angry instigators and more peacemakers. This message is one of love and peace and while this may sound like a throwback from the 1960’s, its energy is powerful and one that should be freely embraced as often as possible. The concept of unity and community should top the list of priorities and by allowing peace to enter our lives we can set an example for others and ourselves too. On a side note keep in mind that boundaries are an important component. promoting peace doesn’t mean we should let others walk over us. You can stand up for your beliefs and still embody a peaceful attitude.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

Archangel Raguel helps us when we are faced with standing our ground. He can show us the path to resolving disputes and arguments in a peaceful manner. He also acts as a motivational coach when we feel down on ourselves and he loves to help the underdog.

The Ascended Master Sanat Kumara teaches us that we have an unlimited supply of personal power and helps us find the energy we need to keep going and rise above negative experiences and thought patterns. Today’s Recipe: Chicken Parmesan Pasta Casserole

Perfect for potluck meals, family gatherings, or in a smaller batch, for a winter comfort food meal for the family. Just my take on traditional Chicken Parmesan. I came up with this for my wife’s corporate potluck lunch. She wanted Chicken Parmesan, but it was too difficult to feed 20 people the conventional way. Figured a casserole would work just as well. It did!

228: As the month winds down we are being reminded that it’s more than okay to allow yourself to receive the gifts and blessings that the Universe has to offer. Sometimes we get so caught up in giving to others that when it becomes our turn to receive we kind of freak out and think or say something like ” Oh no, that’s okay!” or “I don’t deserve that!” By turning away good things that are offered we can slip out of balance and find our energy bottled up. But when we allow ourselves to receive with grace and gratitude doors open up to an amazing flow of abundance and growth. Allow yourself to receive today and allow this energy to come full circle.

227: Today the Universe is asking us to focus on our life path. Each person’s life path is unique. While we may travel together at times there always comes a point when we branch off to blaze a new trail. Move forward with faith and confidence as you navigate your chosen paths and side trails. Ask for divine guidance and trust in your intuition and follow these breadcrumbs as you create your life. By staying optimistic and expecting the best we help good things find us on our journey. If the path you are on doesn’t feel right make the necessary adjustments to get back on track. Be sure that you occasionally perform a self-review.

Does this resonate and bring me joy?
Is there anything I need to change?

226: Today the angels are asking us to share the gift of compassion with others. We sometimes get so caught up in our own “stuff” that we forget to check on those closest to us. Never assume that loved ones will always come to you if something is needed. We have been working on self-confidence and intuition this month. Both can help you if showing others that you care is difficult. This can be hard for some people and they come across as aloof or gruff because they want to “be there” but simply don’t know how to go about it. A good opener is a simple “How are you?”, “So things are going okay for you?” Intuition goes hand in hand with compassion and if it directs you to a specific person there may be a reason behind it. Our message today is ” Gather your loved ones close, let them know you love them and never forget the healing power of a simple touch or a hug.”

Today’s Message: Clearing The Way

225: We all experience times when it becomes necessary to let go of outdated and outgrown things like habits, relationships, material items and thought patterns. Hanging on to these things after their “expiration date” can become a crutch that we use when we are afraid to move on. This inhibits our personal and spiritual growth and causes us to flounder. Today the angels are asking us to start letting go of the things that no longer work for us. They know that this can be difficult and sometimes painful. However, the benefits and freedom obtained in the process will clear our path and propel us forward. It will also bring us new opportunities, growth and blessings that help us to achieve what we want most.

Today’s Spirit Helpers include:

The Himalayan Ascended Master Babaji helps us to achieve the personal and spiritual growth necessary for the letting go process. 224: Today we are being reminded to embrace the faith we have in ourselves. The Universe and the angels know that we are worthy of receiving the blessings that they offer. Prosperity, love, abundance and more are always available to us. However, there are times when we feel less than worthy and spend precious time knocking ourselves down. (Remember when we talked about being your own worst critic?) At times like this take some time to ground and center…. just breathe, do your best to let go and surrender the situation to your spiritual helpers. Dust off your courage (it’s there.. it really is!), ask for help and give yourself a big hug and acknowledge your power as a creator. You ARE worthy, YOU are amazing and YOU have the ability to create wonderful things for yourself!
