 224: Today we are being reminded to embrace the faith we have in ourselves. The Universe and the angels know that we are worthy of receiving the blessings that they offer. Prosperity, love, abundance and more are always available to us. However, there are times when we feel less than worthy and spend precious time knocking ourselves down. (Remember when we talked about being your own worst critic?) At times like this take some time to ground and center…. just breathe, do your best to let go and surrender the situation to your spiritual helpers. Dust off your courage (it’s there.. it really is!), ask for help and give yourself a big hug and acknowledge your power as a creator. You ARE worthy, YOU are amazing and YOU have the ability to create wonderful things for yourself!

Archangel Michael helps to calm our fears as he guides us through issues of self doubt by clearing our energy field and quieting the internal chatter so that we can access the guidance being sent to us. Today’s Message: Positive Energy Flow

126: It’s easy to become absorbed in the creation and manifestation processes to the exclusion of everything else. This can throw us out of balance and interrupts our PEF (Positive Energy Flow). The PEF is similar to water currents. It ebbs and flows and as we send things out and new things return to us. Today our angels are encouraging us to keep up the good work and to remember that balancing our energies creates the PEF that is necessary to open new doors and create new opportunities. Balance can found by using the “Sacred Tools” of faith, thought and patience to help tend to your spiritual needs, which are just as important if not more so than the material ones. Be as water today and learn to go with the flow!

Today’s Message: Finding Balance

118: The Universe is asking us to perform a balance check today. This is a reminder that doing this regularly is always in our best interest and is an important part of our self-care routine. Remember that there is a fine line between giving and receiving and that tipping the scales in either direction causes imbalance. By giving away too much of ourselves stress levels skyrocket and we become drained and tired. If we receive or take too much from others, not only do we drain them but our energy changes from positive and loving to needy and greedy. If you find that you are tipping the scales in either direction take the time to ground and center then make the adjustments to free up and even out your energy flow. This will help to open the doors to new things that you might miss out on otherwise. Remember, staying balanced means that you have more energy to create your dreams and goals

We often hold on to things out of fear. Fear of failure, new experiences, or of ourselves or sometimes there is even a kind of comfort in old, outdated situations. After all, things stay the same if we don’t try. This release is imperative as it not only creates a better life, it makes us healthier in mind, body, and spirit. We all deserve and are worthy of receiving good things. The key here is to trust in yourself and the Universe, you know what you need so allow yourself the ultimate freedom by cutting the cords that are holding you down.

The truth is that we are the Captain of our own ship and the Universe and it’s helpers are there to help us navigate and to assist in the journey. Remember that you are a powerful creator and it’s within your power to create the life you want. Focus on the things that are important and truly matter. It’s ok to let something go or just let it be. If you look at your life and your path and feel like you are missing something take a step back. Maybe it’s time to sail out of your comfort zone and take action. Surround yourself with good vibes and invite new people and opportunities.
