We can transform painful memories by re-imagining them from the soul’s perspective of love and meaning.

Andrew Schneider says that all experiences have the purpose of serving the soul. An experience in the past blocked us because our fear at the time distorted our perception of what happened. To transform this limiting experience, we must bring what was then unconscious into the soul’s realm through consciousness.

We can do this by following these steps:

RECALL the past experience that might inhibit us.
OWN the experience (no judgment, blame, etc.).
TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for it and the consequences (i.e., the experience was determined by my subjective perception of what occurred, dictated by my lack of wholeness — specifically my fears).
GIVE IT MEANING (the soul was attempting to gain some kind of mastery or skill, but we didn’t know that at the time).
RE-IMAGINE it from the perspective of soul consciousness (showing its higher purpose)

27: Our daily readings focus quite often on faith. Faith isn’t inherent to just one religion it encompasses them all, including spirituality. While we can have faith in many things one of the most important things to have is faith in ourselves. Our personal faith enhances our intuition and helps us to have a better understanding of self, and our inner workings. Remember that the Universe and the angels are here to helps us but we must be willing to do our part. (This sounds familiar… right?) This is where faith in yourself comes into play and the stronger your faith the more you can create. By allowing these things to control our lives it takes up valuable time and energy. Today the angels are gently reminding us that happiness and success are not created by “the things you have”. They are created by what you have within.

25: Change is an ongoing part of life and without it life would be pretty boring. The way we see these change is based on our perception of things. If we see these changes in a negative light it can create difficulties for us. But if we look for something positive in them then we grow in unimagined ways. If you are experiencing changes right now or changes are on your horizon the angels want you to know that things are going according to your divine plan and that these changes truly are for the best. They will bring you a much needed overhaul and a fresh outlook. So have faith in yourself and remember that the Universe is on your side and that you are safe and protected. Embrace these changes and flourish in this new cycle!

On Sunday, February 5th we celebrate the “Quickening Moon”. Other names for this moon are the Trappers Moon, Budding Moon, Moon When Trees Pop, Ice Moon, Storm Moon, Hunger Moon, Horning Moon, Big Winter Moon. The first signs of spring are beginning to show and you actually feel the earth waking up. The energy is dense and slow, it’s a time for new life and rebirth. At this time of year people are tired of being cooped up. They miss the light and warmth of the sun and like the sleeping plants find themselves reaching for a new beginning.

This moon is a good time for magical workings that involve focus on personal advancement and achievement. On a personal level work on plans for your future. What do you hope for and what dreams do you hold inside yourself? These are the things to consider as you set goals for yourself. With a confident and optimistic mindset, we can increase our chances of meeting our goals and making our dreams a reality, while a pessimistic attitude effectively stops our progress. Remember to embrace confidence as you work toward your objectives. Today the Universe is reminding us that help is always available in the forms of direction, protection, and guidance. If you find yourself struggling and need help just ASK. Your spiritual helpers are always willing to assist and their insights and knowledge are valuable assets when combines with our own faith and courage. believe that you are capable of manifesting and creating great things and great things WILL happen!
