Thought For The Day: May 4, 2018 ” Think Before You Speak”

Happy Friday,

Today’s message asks us to think before we speak. This can sometimes be difficult. Anger doesn’t usually “just happen” . It’s been sitting there and simmering for a while.  When the catalyst is right we explode. Remember that words spoken in anger cannot be taken back. Before unleashing on someone take a moment and put yourself on pause, breathe, walk away if you have to and think about what you want to say. Even though there is sometimes no nice way to say something we can choose our words and actions to have a more positive impact while still getting our point across.

We Are An Ocean: Cat’s Angel Message for April 24, 2018 

 April Theme:  We are being challenged to change ourselves. You have the power to make things happen and the Universe is on your side.

424:  The Angels and Ascended Masters are here to help us and the key to their assistance is simple….just ask. If we don’t ask they are unable to step in without our permission to do so (it’s all about free will). Does this sound familiar? Good! By staying centered in our own power and in our beliefs it. helps the angels to provide more assistance.  Remember though it’s imperative that we do our part to help create the life we want. By doing so we add our energy to that of the our spiritual helpers and we are able manifest things more quickly. This is about teamwork and while you’re a powerful creator in your own right when we work together with the Universe there is nothing that can’t  be accomplished!




Connect with your angels today, ask for help or just talk with them. By strengthening your connections it becomes easier to manifest your desires into reality. If you are unsure of who to ask try Archangel Sandalphon. Part of his job is to deliver our messages to the angels, deities and masters best suited to meet specific needs and requests.

Happy Thursday,


Our thought for the day is from Mark Twain. It seems that lately everyone is angry …………… with everything. Angry people are unhappy people, everyone is against them, nothing is good enough (blah, blah, blah). Some folks can get angry and let it go. Others hold onto their anger. They nurture it and help it grow to sometimes epic proportions. By holding onto their anger they are ultimately hurting themselves. Long term anger can cause anxiety, health/emotional problems, loss of relationships and friends.  You are in charge of your own peace and happiness, learn to let go (even if you can’t forgive). Anger has it’s place but it shouldn’t live there permanently.
