Today’s Message: Relax and Let It Be

1213: As the holidays draw near we often find ourselves fighting with stress and anxiety which can be created through negative emotions and relationships, both ours and those of others. They bog down our energy which halts our forward momentum and blocks our creative power. For those who are struggling, we are being reminded that help and support are available by turning our emotional stress, fears, and worries over to the Universe. By letting go and simply letting things be we feel better and we gain clarity and perspective. Invite your creative mind to come forward as this effectively promotes communication, improves our overall mood and opens us to new ideas as it stabilizes your energy. Ask for divine help when needed and don’t forget to ground, clear and center. Above all know that you are loved and cared for and let inner peace be your friend.

 Archangel Raguel helps us to find our power and brings clarity when we feel conflicted about what to do next by providing a boost of energy and by bringing order to your thoughts.  He also aids in the letting go process which is essential to moving forward. Raguel reminds us that sometimes people can get “freaky” when they see you moving off in a new direction and helps to smooth the way by resolving conflicts and disharmony with those around us as we work with our creative magic.

The Egyptian goddess Bastet (Bast) is not only associated with cats both large and small she is also a goddess of protection and of things that bring pleasure to the senses. In her role as protector she tells us “Never be afraid to stand up for yourself or move in the direction you know is right. Remember the importance of setting boundaries. This helps you to take control of your life”

Amethyst is a powerful protector that helps to shield us from unwanted energies while dispelling anxiety and fear. It helps the decision making process by promoting common sense and spiritual insight. It also enables us to set realistic goals and sets us on the road to personal achievement. Amethyst is also associated with Archangel Michael. It calms and quiets internal chatter and “monkey mind”, which in turn enables us to relax and allow grounding and balancing to take place which help us to focus.

Dalmation Stone. This light hearted stone is a combination of quartz, microline and black tourmaline.  It instills feelings of safety as it helps us to reconnect with our playful side which is important to our emotional health and it transforms outdated thinking during times when we feel stuck and enables our forward progress by encouraging a fresh perspective This stone also promotes grounding and enhances our connection to Mother Earth.It reminds us that we are a part of her as well as being spiritual beings on a very human journey.

These clearing activities help us to make room for new abundance and growth. Continue the “Let It Go” process by making room in our physical realm. Take things that you no longer need/want or that are no longer relevant to who you are now, and re-gift, sell or donate. This activity can also help us heal on the emotional and spiritual levels by bringing peace and closure. Add to this a few positive thoughts regarding your material supply and know that you are being taken care of.

Archangel Raziel can assist us in both embracing our unique divine magic and in the overall manifestation process. Our spiritual helpers will be assisting us with exchanging the negative and stressful with peaceful and positive. It’s time to release what no longer serves your highest good or brings you joy. We often hold on to things out of fear. Fear of failure, new experiences, or of ourselves or sometimes there is even a kind of comfort in old, outdated situations. After all, things stay the same if we don’t try. This releasing is imperative as it not only creates a better life, it makes us healthier in mind, body, and spirit. We all deserve and are worthy of receiving good things. The key here is to trust in yourself and the Universe, you know what you need so allow yourself the ultimate freedom by cutting the cords that are holding you down.

1225: Today the Universe is asking us to perform a self check (it’s been a while since we’ve done one!). Usually, we are checking our balance or our current life path position, but today is a little different. Today’s check involves hidden negatives. We tend to hide things that we don’t like about ourselves, our job our situation or, negative thoughts about ourselves and others. The message is simple ” Hanging on to the negative things in your life offers no benefit to you or your loved ones. The time has come to unearth these things and heal them.” Start looking for those small hurtful places inside. Hold our Winter Solstice message of new beginnings and light in your heart and allow it to activate the self healing process. While this kind of work is never easy it will help us not only on our path, it will also usher in beneficial new blessings. We are never alone, the Goddess, Angels and the Ascended Masters are all here to help!

The key to maintaining our inner peace lies in our ability to let the annoying things bounce off. Ask yourself  “Is this worth getting annoyed about?” If the answer is no let it go. You have a choice in how you react, choose wisely your inner peace is worth it.
